At Least I’M Free

At Least I’M Free
VII

Huga looked calmly at the girl who was crying so hard in front of her. It had been almost half an hour and the sentence he had thrown was nothing more than a curse and insults for the perpetrator of the murder of his teacher and mentor. Honestly, Huga did not expect to get an intense reaction and full of personal emotions like this, considering that the other students were indifferent when asked.

However, still in the end this one student could not answer the question properly because he was too busy struggling with his emotions. Even the sound of his crying invited some passersby to stop and peek from the window. Even though this classroom is deliberately prepared for closed question and answer sessions.

Seeing no progress, Huga leaned against the back of the chair and drank her cold tea. "I must admit that of all the children I have asked, only Ersya's son whose reaction is most normal. Your other friends are even indifferent and some are even excited as if the death of the teacher is a puzzle game."

"D-basic.the people have no heart.... Hiks.. why does he have the heart. pak Ian is a good man... hiks.." the oriental girl also drank her tea in a paper cup until it was gone.

Meanwhile, Huga re-examined the printed student data. From what is stated, it can be seen that Ersya's relationship with the victim is indeed quite close. Since entering the English Club, the achievements of 11th-grade students of this fashion style have increased rapidly even to penetrate the national level. Though previously he had no history of performance in any field during Junior High. Certainly the role of Ian Kurniawan is very large in the academic development of Ersya for almost two years.

Although everything seems 'normal', reasonable and reasonable but still Huga feels there is something strange to Ersya. Of course a hunch alone cannot be used as a reference for suspicion, therefore he needs more information and evidence.

Suga put the paper containing the student's data back to the table and then linked hands while observing Ersya. 'More emphasis on emotions rather than providing useful information is not a way of showing concern for people who are very instrumental in one's success.'

"Listen.. son Ersya, I understand how shocked you are at this. The perpetrator must be immediately arrested and punished. Therefore I really hope that son Ersya can provide information that might be useful to catch the perpetrator, whatever I will listen to." Despite speaking in a soft voice, Huga's eyes emitted a stern look.

Ersya looked down and pensive for a moment. "M-sorry." he almost whispered.

"Well how else... Now you can go back to class. Thank you for your support and contribution." Huga extended a hand in front of Ersya. Doubtfully the girl shook hands until she was about to release her hand, but Huga held her back.

"If there's something to say, you can tell me, ok?" Said Huga while smiling kindly with eyes that emitted a sharp glint.

    "B-good..."

After Ersya nodded her head, then Huga let go of her grasp. The girl hurriedly left the room while half-running.

Ridwan who stood guard outside could only be astonished to see the hasty departure of Ersya. Although very curious, he was forbidden by his senior to participate in this question and answer process. The reason is of course because the presence of Ridwan can interfere with his senior's concentration.

'Truly ridiculous reason, ' protested Ridwan who could not refute.

However, with the exit of the last student ended was a question and answer session for English club officials. Ridwan checked the watch on the hand which still shows one over ten. He did not expect the process would be this fast, even though there were more than 50 students from 3 classes. Somehow the way his senior was scraping information from each individual, which must now all be done.

With a sense of relief Ridwan was about to enter the room when his senior was already standing firmly in the doorway with a cigarette embedded in his lips.

"W-how sir, are there any new leads?" Ridwan asked after almost bumping into his senior.

"Nothing." Huga stared at the end of the corridor towards the direction Ersya was going.

Ridwan sighed tiredly. "Then what is this for?"

"How about yourself?" Ridwan stared at the senior who liked it by himself.

"I want to ask two more people" replied Huga casually.

"Two more people? who's? they're not members of the club?" Ridwan recalled the conversation last night about the two people who attracted his senior's attention. Until this moment, their identity is still a mystery because of the hardness of Huga's head.

"Then I come along," added Ridwan immediately became excited.

Huga chuckled while spitting smoke upwards. "This one is a little different. So you'd better not waste your time with me talking to them."

Ridwan clucked, he should have guessed that answer. "I'll go back to the office to make a report."

"All the question and answer recap I have sent via email yes," said Huga as she approached the trash and threw away the ashes of her skirt.

"I'm sorry then." Ridwan also passed with a sense of annoyance that is still imprinted.

After his junior had completely left, Huga tendered to the wall while staring at the ceiling of the corridor. Slowly drifting in his mind, he tried to recycle all the data obtained from the children he asked into his brain. So far, everything is still running smoothly and under control. Just meet those two kids...

"He died, Arvin. Yesterday the school abis disbanded the police came to your house, right? though already know, but the mallmnya you even act not know what\-not and me to the TKP,"

Suga recognized the voice. Suddenly the tall man turned his head and found two students were arguing at the end of the corridor there.

'They are still careless.' inner Huga while watching quietly.

Without intending to associate this incident with the 'lucky' palace, he also returned to smoking his cigarette which stayed a little. He waited for a calmer atmosphere to approach them, but unfortunately the opportunity turned into a necessity because what he saw one of them suddenly fell.

    BRUK!!

Without waiting again, Huga immediately turned off the cigarette and threw it into the trash while running towards them.

"Arvin! Arviv!!" Shouted the girl who sat down while patting her friend's cheeks who fainted in panic.

"Which side is it?" Without a second thought, Huga immediately grabbed the weakly drooping Arvin.

"D-there sir, next to the stairs!" Although he was dazed when he saw Huga, Lilya was awake and walked quickly to lead Huga to the UKS.

While continuing to step up, Huga did not expect her meeting with these two children to be this troublesome.
