Chapter 19: The Rise

By noon, Vegas was already upset by John's sudden presence and this afternoon something unexpected came back to Vegas, making him feel that this was such a bad day. "Why did you let him in?" vegas whispered to Helena who had just come to give a bottle of water.

Helena looked depressed, she took her breath in and replied to Vegas whispers. "I've tried to hold him back, but he just walked in and there's one person helping him in."

Vegas' forehead is wrinkled the same. "Who is that guy? how dare!" his Vegas.

"Ekhem!" laura's coughing voice made the two instantly turn lazy. The pretty face looked unflatteringly at Helena. "I didn't come here to see you guys whispering to each other" Laura said.

Vegas took a deep breath, he again began to unscrew the bottle and sipped the water quite forcefully. "Then don't come here if you're uncomfortable, Laura," Vegas said indifferently.

The woman immediately pouted at Vegas's speech, she walked up to Vegas while sulking a little. "Vegas, don't keep avoiding me, many like our relationship. Do you know what? many of our fans are asking about this relationship, do not let them down, times we have to have dinner and photos of both—"

"We've had a lot of photos with Laura, even I got bored," said Vegas slowly. No matter what Vegas is about, she doesn't dare to yell at a woman, even the first woman Vegas mistreats was Helena, trying to get that woman to give up on her job. But Helena was apparently not that easy to lose, she had a great sense of patience.

Helena who saw Vegas and Laura like that was quite upset in her heart, she was jealous and did not want Vegas to be approached by anyone. "Helena, come with me for a second, Vegas's next outfit seems to be ready to go, you're not busy, are you?" ask Bas who made Helena immediately distract him.

"In the front room, let's follow me. I've got to get some fresh drinks for all of us, you grab a dress that's been given a name, Lily's already hanging it in the second row."

Helena nodded her head understanding, they walked towards the hallway of the clothing room. "You okay, am I living alone?" tanya Bas convinced Helena.

"Yes, it's okay, go Bas, everyone's tired and wants a fresh drink." Helena gave a small smile and as Bas left Helena went in and looked for the clothes that Bas meant.

When she got the clothes, Helena went back into the photo shoot where Vegas and Laura were still talking. "Then I have to leave now, until I meet in 4 days, we will have another photo together" Laura said with a happy smile, in contrast to Vegas who smiled wryly as if forced.

As Laura passed by Helena, Laura's eyes seemed to be staring at Helena as her enemy, not a friendly smile pretending anymore. "From anywhere!" Helena who just got a look here from Laura is now getting a snapshot of vegas looking upset.

"I just picked up your clothes, let's change quickly."

Vegas did not heed Helena's words, she clucked softly while looking at her haughty hands. "Next time don't leave me alone again with that woman!"
