Chapter 27: Changes in Attitude

This morning Helena had just gotten out of the elevator, she rushed to the Vegas room to wake the man up and asked him about the necklace. Helena's call last night wasn't picked up by Vegas who seemed to have fallen asleep because of her busy schedule.

When a few more steps of Helena's feet reached the front door of the Vegas room, the door was already open and displayed the Vegas that was ready with neat clothes as usual. "You awake?" helena asked confused, not usually Vegas is ready for once, at least Vegas just finished bathing at this hour.

"Yes, let's go, I want to start this shoot right away," replied Vegas, not looking at Helena in the slightest, she locked the door to her apartment and walked ahead of Helena quickly.

Baffled by Vegas' hasty attitude, Helena no longer asked and followed the man from behind, maybe there's something Marteen told Vegas to make Vegas rush like that because the shooting schedule is still 1 and a half hours away. During the trip, Helena felt that Vegas' attitude was cold again, she was busy on her phone and did not ask Helena for a second. Is this a bit of revenge from Vegas because yesterday Helena didn't tell about Jeff and is more silent like Vegas now? "Vegas, I—"

"Focus on driving Helena, I want to focus on seeing some examples of poses for commercials later," replied Vegas who again did not glance at the glass as usual.

Helena breathed out slowly, perhaps Vegas really wanted to focus and not want to be bothered by it.

Arriving at the photo shoot, Vegas walked in and took off his jacket, greeting the photographer who was about to take a picture of him today. "Has Laura come?" vegas asked Helena to turn her head and be a little unsure of what she heard.

"Here, he's in the break room." Ben looked at Vegas as if he wanted to ask but had trouble putting together he said. "Um... Why did you and Laura come so early?"

Ben shook his head quickly. As Vegas walks towards the dugout, Ben approaches Helena, who has just finished her Vegas purse. "Are they really close? have relations?" asked Ben who was very curious.

Vegas goes into the model break room where Laura is having a small chat with her assistant. "Laura," called Vegas slowly making Laura turn her head and put on a happy face when she saw Vegas.

"Hi, have you arrived? come here" said Laura excitedly. He asked a bag containing a food box to his assistant and gave the bag to Vegas. "It's for you, I'm so glad you're having breakfast with me, I understand you don't want to be too highlighted by the media about our closeness, but I'm also happy to have breakfast with you here" Laura continued with a smile.

Vegas tries to smile even if forced, he just wants to prove if his attraction to women has returned and forget his revenge on the bad woman who took his Daddy. But now Vegas only realized if his feelings for Laura were still the same as before, feeling uncomfortable and uncomfortable being near the woman. Is it true that Vegas is only interested in Helena? but why go to Helena? she's just an assistant and why Vegas isn't just interested in Laura or her other model couple.

"You cook this yourself?" vegas asked as he looked at Helena who had just walked into this room. She also wanted to know how she felt when she saw Vegas with other women, whether Helena was jealous or just Vegas who felt this strange feeling.

"Of course it's not Vegas, you know how busy I am, I bought this all at my favorite restaurant" Laura replied with an unrelenting smile.

Helena who saw that in her heart was upset, how could Vegas have breakfast first without remembering Helena who had not had breakfast at all because she thought Vegas really had an urgent interest. "Where are you going?" vegas asked spontaneously when he saw Helena who was about to go out.

"I want to find breakfast near here, enjoy the time of the two of you" Helena replied as she passed by. Vegas began to wonder, is it jealousy or is Helena just hungry?
