Chapter 56. Not accepting the reality

The atmosphere becomes awkward, after Adrian throws a question to Sofia about who is Bhishma? Is Bhishma the son of Sofia that is always spoken of?

Adrian, Starla and Bisma look tense. They stared at each other with feelings that were hard to explain by words. They were silent, maybe they were in shock. Only Sofia looked confused and did not know anything there.

"Ma, your future husband is Adrian?" bisma asked while looking at her mother with a sharp look and made Sofia even more confused.

"Yes, she is Mama's future husband" Sofia replied.

"Can't be Ma, Mama can't marry Adrian." Bisma immediately expressed her rejection of her mother and Adrian's relationship.

"Bisma! Why are you suddenly talking like this? Wait a minute, do you know each other? Why are you acting this way?" sofia asked as she looked at Adrian, Starla and Bhishma alternately. Bisma and Starla look confused to answer what.

"Let's sit down and talk." Adrian broke up trying to mediate and calm the atmosphere.

Then the four people sat at a table that had been ordered beforehand. They ordered food first to one of the waiters there and while waiting, they started the conversation.

"What is this really? You guys know each other?" sofia asked Adrian. While Starla and Bisma were still silent with their heads bowed. They did not expect to be reunited under these circumstances. God's destiny is unexpected.

"Sofia, Bhishma is a former fiancee of Starla whom I have previously told you about" Adrian said, to Sofia's surprise.

"W-what? So, Starla is the girl you always tell mama about?" sofia asked Bisma.

"Yes Ma, so Bisma please be with Mama. To not marry Adrian," Bisma said, staring at Starla. He felt stupid for the response of Adrian, his mother and Starla after this. It doesn't matter though he's called selfish, which he obviously still hopes for his relationship and Starla, that they'll get back together later. After all, Bhishma could not imagine that she and Starla would have to be half-siblings.

"Bisma, why are you talking like that? You have no right to forbid Papa and Aunt Sofia from getting in touch!" starla's jolt that does not accept Bhishma's rejection of her Papa and Sofia's relationship.

"Of course I'm entitled to Star, because I'm Mama's son and I don't want us to be brothers. Because later we will get married," said Bisma and make everyone at the table was flabbergasted about his words. Adrian and Sofia.

Apparently Bhishma still has a taste in Starla' inner Adrian.

"That will never happen, sister Bhishma! I'm married and I'm going to have a child, which is probably me and you-"

The bisma instantly cut off Starla's unfinished speech. "Can Star, you've divorced your husband. We can be the same again!"

"Sir-Bisma you're outrageous!" starla said grunting furiously. He really could not believe that this man was so blatantly speaking in front of their parents.

Sofia looked sad, even her eyes started to glaze over at this moment. The first time he fell in love with a man, but was rejected by his own son. His heartache.

"Ma, if Mama still insist on marrying Adrian.don't consider me Mama's son again," said Bisma firmly and make Sofia more hurt.

"Because Starla is going to be my wife and Adrian is my Father-in-law." chirps Bisma who looks serious and does not play games.

"Sir Bhishma! Follow me!" starla said as she pulled Bisma's hand hard. He must awaken or enlighten this man, not to do anything crazy anymore. "Pa, Papa is talking to Aunt Sofia...Starla wants to talk to Bhishma's sister!" starla exclaimed to her papa who still looked shocked by this fact. "Don't tell me that you're going to give up, Sofia?" adrian asked softly, he did not want Sofia to give up on their relationship because of Bhishma.

"No, I didn't say that!" Sofia quickly shook her head. Adrian smiled at Sofia's reply.

"Good then" said Adrian pleased that Sofia was still with her stance to survive. Because, actually Adrian difficulty to find a life partner who can understand him like Sofia. Besides Anna, his wife died first. Only Sofia, the woman who can make him comfortable and connect.

Outside the restaurant, Bisma and Starla are having an argument and to the outsiders who are looking at them, they are like a couple fighting.

"You sit down Star, pity your baby if you follow tired because you stand still." Bhishma said attention, but it was a pity that Starla did not even like the attention of Bhishma.

Bhishma was made flinch by Starla, again she was made sick but she also did not want to accept the fact that Starla's heart had indeed turned away.

As Starla turned her body, she saw Saka at the door. Saka smiled at him, then walked past Starla and approached Bisma confidently.

"No, what did my wife say? Get away from him, you gotta be position conscious." Saka smiled victoriously seeing Bisma speechless with a defeated look on her face.

"Darling, come! Let's go see papa!" Saka took his wife's hand and made Bisma feel hot.

Bisma saw Saka and Starla enter the restaurant with an angry look on her face, she did not accept.
