14. Not Want to Survive

"His father had just picked up Shymponi a few minutes ago."

             Anely sighed, once again Alan did this. He should have contacted her first so she wouldn't do something this vain

"Well thank you. Excuse me first," Anely said then passed away.

"Next time tell me if you want to take Shymponi with you. So I don't have to do this pointless thing anymore" Anely sent a message to the man who is still her husband.

Across there, Alan only saw the text message without any intention of replying to it.

"What does your mom like to eat?" Alan asked as he looked at his daughter who was enjoying her lunch.

The little girl's head was slightly raised, trying to recall the food her mother ate most often. But none of the foods seemed to be dominant. In the memory of Shymponi. Her mother eats anything.

"It looks like mom likes all the food. Mother is not picky about food. Everything he eats."

“If you eat with uncle Lay, what your mother usually eats."

Anely didn't care about Alan not replying to the message. He's used to it. The important thing is Alan knows his wish. Usually the man obeyed.

       The helicopter landed on the rooftop floor of the city's largest hospital building, Chanyoel and Suho were already there.

             “Give me,” Chanyoel told Baek Hyun who was ready to lower Hana's body. The man according while the push stretcher also arrived there. Chanyoel greeted the body and placed it on a stretcher. Baek Hyun jumped down and pushed the stretcher. Hospital employees carrying stretchers were surprised to see who they picked up. Hasn't Baek Hyun been declared dead in an accident?

             “Hana, we have arrived, you must be safe,” he said as he clasped his wife's hand.

The woman just nodded. His face grimaced with pain.

The stretcher is pushed inwards. Such emergencies are commonly seen in hospitals. But this time something was different. The appearance of EXO members there is what attracts the attention of people in the hospital. Moreover, the same figure of Baek Hyun was vaguely seen among the people pushing the stretcher.

They whispered to each other.

"Did I not look wrong? That's like Baek Hyun?"

"But was he not declared dead?

"If it's not good who Hyun is anymore. There can't be anyone like that, and if it's not baekhyun why are there other EXO members?

"It's not wrong, it must be Good Hyun, He's alive"

Somehow he was afraid to be here now, to be in a city that made his life feel destroyed to make him choose to die. He doesn't know what will happen after this.

 Baek Hyun tried to calm himself down. His friends are here. He sure will be fine. They can definitely handle all this.

"Please wait here, we'll handle your wife."

"Hana, it will be fine," comforted Suho as he patted Baek Hyun on the back.

I'd like to talk to you for a second. Chanyoel pulled Suho and took him out of the room. While Xiumin and Chen walked into the room approaching Baik Hyun.

"What's wrong? Your attitude just now can make him worry," Suho said when he arrived outside.

“Didn't you see those people recording Baek Hyun's presence. I'm sure they've shared that video or photo. Soon the rest of the world knows that Baek Hyun is alive. Maybe there'll be some excitement here soon. Have you thought about that?" Chanyoel with a panicked expression.

"I've thought about it."

"Then why do you seem so calm?"

"Well how else? We can't cover this up, there's no way we're lying to everyone and saying that it's just someone who looks like Baek Hyun."

"But at least we have a plan to deal with this. It's no small matter."

"I knew. I've asked the manager to contact security to address a situation that's beyond our control."

"You'd better eat first" Xiumin pulled Baek Hyun into the waiting chair. The man took the kimbab, unfolded it and handed it to Baek Hyun. The man accepted it and devoured it.

Xiumin smiled, happy to see his best friend again, yes. Baek Hyun himself might not be calm at the moment.

"How about this, you like it?" Chen opened the package he was carrying and then showed it to Baek Hyun.

The man smiled. Instantly, the feeling of his hump disappeared to see the baby's clothes.

             "I immediately thought of buying it when I heard that Hana would be brought here. I bought a lot for all ages, but I left it in the car. I'll get you.”

"It looks like you didn't bring a change of clothes either?"  Guess Xiumin.

Baek Hyun shook his head. "I'm in a hurry. I didn't even bring anything but this wallet.  Baek Hyun took out his wallet from his pocket and took out his card which he had not used for a long time. The news of my appearance had already spread, so there was no point in me covering all of this up. But right now I can't get out. So I'm gonna have to buy you some clothes for me and Hana." "Where are you going?" Ask the new Suho with Chanyoel.

"Baek Hyun and Hana need a change of clothes. Chen and I are going out to buy it."

Baek Hyun ..”  The familiar female voice in Baek Hyun's ears echoed in the room. Two years ago he heard a voice in the city. Yura came with manager Eight and his daughter. The woman's eyes looked teary and then ran to embrace Baek Hyun who stood sculpting.

             “Yes God .. This is really you. You're real and alive,” cried Yura. “Why are you so heartless to tell me nothing? Why did you let us get hurt for losing you?” Her crying.

             “Baek Hyun... You really suck” said manager Eight as he approached, then embraced the figure he already considered to be his own brother. " If you don't trust anyone else, at least you trust us. Why did you just disappear without giving me the slightest word. What do you think of us, huh!" At the end of his sentence manager Eight pressed his embrace.

"Sorry ..." Baek Hyun's tears flowed down his cheeks. There were many reasons he wanted to convey but his heart had no ability to catapult everything.

"Mr Baek Hyun ..."

The voice of someone made the three people take off their embrace. Baek Hyun turned his head, and found a stranger holding a baby walking towards him.

"Congratulations on the birth of your daughter" he smiled.

Baek Hyun who was initially shocked at the end did not speak when doctor Lu handed the baby girl into his arms.

"Mrs Hana will be taken to the inpatient room. Her mother is still not awake, but she is fine. The baby is also very healthy. Congratulations again."

"Thank you doctor" said Baek Hyun sincerely.

"Sama-sama, I'll go first."

"Well, she's beautiful .." said manager Eight as he approached. Others came closer to see the little baby. Before long, the room where Hana's handling was open. Several nurses came out with Hana lying on a push stretcher. Baek Hyun rushed to him and found Hana lying with her eyes closed.

While outside dozens of journalists and news reporters began to arrive. News of Baek Hyun's presence has been circulating which invites their presence there. "What should we do? The reporters were already waiting in front of the hospital" Xiumin asked Chen.

Suho who received the news rushed over to Eight's manager and then pulled him out of the room where he was being treated.

"What's up?” Ask the man in astonishment.

"Journalists are already ahead, Xiumin and Chen will be here carrying a change of clothes for hana and Baek Hyun."

"There's no point in covering this up. Delaying confirmation will only make them more curious and may cause a stir. It's a hospital. Other people can also be distracted by their actions. Just tell me that it really is Baek Hyun. We'll hold a press conference to discuss this matter."

Xiumin and Chen looked at each other at the conversation between the leader and the manager. "Did you hear that?" suho's voice sounded on that phone.

"Alright.." said Xiumin.

The two men finally walked into the hospital courtyard with complete confidence. Several reporters who knew Xiumin's car rushed over followed by other reporters. Just out the two were immediately questioned by dozens of journalists.

"Yes ..it's our best friend Baek Hyun," Chen replied with certainty.

"Is he okay?"

"So he's been lying about his death?" the question that made the hot ears started to sound. But the patience of Xiumin and Chen was already very well trained to deal with all that.

"Tomorrow our manager will hold a press conference to discuss this matter, please wait patiently" Chen said as it passed.

"Is it true that Baek Hyun came here because of his wife's childbirth?"

"Is the baby a boy or a girl?"

Luckily the security department that has been prepared by manager Eight arrived to protect the two EXO members so they could escape the journalist raid. Of course, that doesn't make them leave. Hana stared at the figure who had just entered her room fixedly. The beautiful-looking man smiled in greeting her.

"How did he get here?" Hana remembers that she was taken from the small village to the city hospital by helicopter. And Hana realized she was still in one of those big hospital rooms. After all, it is not possible that village puskesmas have a space as good and luxurious as this. This is definitely not a dream.

"Wait, is this man handling the operation?"

"Well .. I'm fine." Hana turned her face to look at the ceiling of the room with an unhappy face.

"Why is the doctor here?"

             "This hospital has my father?" whispered doctor Lu

"I choose to be placed to work in the village puskesmas,” said doctor Lu as if he knew what was in Hana's mind. “I like a challenge. Hearing that a patient from the village was about to give birth by surgery, I volunteered to participate."

"Hana's eyelids shriveling.  He obviously doesn't seem to like that fact. Must have been doctor Lu had seen it all. This guy was purposely in the operating room to see everything, right?" Jana is dirty-minded.

“There used to be a patient who was going to give birth in a hospital. The woman was in pain because she was about to give birth.              Baek Hyun nodded.

             Manager Eight's face looked sad. “I beg your help this time. Please handle everything for me.”

             "What about your fans? After finding out about you, they're really hoping you'll come back."

             "You can explain everything to them.”
