Alfred and Helena begin to enter the cafe where they have an appointment with their old friend. Just a few steps into Alfred's feet, someone shouted calling and pointed at him so loudly without shame. Make the attention of all visitors turn towards the perpetrator.

"Hey, You!! Four eyes!!"

"Huh?" Lirih Alfred turned to the source of the voice. Ah, she finally seemed to remember who the woman who had just called her by such a designation was. Only one person who could call himself without fear was also embarrassed in the slightest.

Helena only noticed the two were confused. But then he was shocked as someone patted his shoulder making his body jerk.

"Gavyn?" the man did not answer. However he flicked his chin towards Alfred intending to ask 'why'.

But Helena just shook her head not knowing. They looked back at Alfred who looked calm with my eyes looking at the onix-eyed lady with a maroon red mane who was now walking towards him.

"Heaven.. It just so happens that we meet here. Can you explain everything to Bella about our relationship?!" Said the woman. The other one was Ashley while crossing her hands in front of her chest. Alfred raised his eyebrows in astonishment.

"You.... Ashley?" Pause for a moment. Staring at the woman in front of him. "Ashley Lee? The eldest daughter of Aunt Anita??" Immbuhnya.

"Yes. If you remember, why don't you explain it to Bella, Huh?!" Ashley pointed at Bella slightly shouting. And Alfred's gaze followed Ashley's index finger to the blonde woman behind him. Then again looked at Ashley calmly.

Yes, he felt a little guilty for forgetting Adelina's extant family. But he also had no idea where Adelina's family was when Thomas died. In fact, he also did not know their address and phone number just to inform about the absence of the two married couples.

"Thank you for finally finding us, Ashley." Ashley raised her next eyebrow not understanding. "We'll talk about it at home."

For a moment Gavyn, Helena and Alfred looked at each other in astonishment at the indifference and jutek attitude of Ashley. Alfred simply flicked his shoulders indifferently as he walked towards Bella's desk. He took his place next to the blonde woman. While Gavyn and Helena were sitting next to Ashley as well as Aleysia.

Edward was a little dislikeful when he saw Gavyn at the same table as him even though they were cousins.

"You here, Edward?"

"Hm." Edward replied without turning his eyes towards Gavyn.

Of course, the man could only sigh inexhaustible head bobbles with the behavior of Edward who was a little less friendly with him. Helena just smiled at the two.

"Good afternoon Miss Helena, emb.. Long time no see." Bella's greeting to Helena. A little nervous about not knowing Gavyn's name and her real face.

Instantly Helena, Gavyn as well Aleysia laughed hearing that. Edward just flicked his shoulders, while Ashley sighed because his nephew was not yet aware of the sweetness of the blonde's face. Alfred himself looked only at Bella hungry. Had there not been many people in this place, he would have pounced on his wife beside him.

How not, seeing your own lover put on a look that is very adorable for him.

"So, can you explain everything to Bella, now, four eyes!" Sela Ashley is back.

Gavyn herself was certainly intelligent enough to digest what the 'Al' call without the 'sister' frills of Bella meant for Alfred. But he chose silence. He does not know about the two who have other relationships other than just a sister. And don't know if they're blood brothers.

"Isn't this weird guy your girlfriend, Bell?!"

"He's Edward, Ashley. Aish..!"'s search...!" Erat Bella grinds her teeth.

"Suppit. Just answer me." Hardik Ashley, started to get emotional. He looked at Alfred.

"Edward is not my girlfriend. We're just friends. And nothing more." Reveal it.

Although Edward is aware of who he is, but somehow when Bella says that the woman with herself is only a friend actually hurts her heart unconsciously. Edward did not understand why. Though he was very sure that the real feeling he felt was only because of the bond that had accidentally been established before. What is it with his heart, really?

"And Alfred is my real lover." Bella explained.

Ashley petrified on the spot with her mouth gaping staring at Bella in disbelief. How could? They are - since when?- Oh my God.. What the fuck is all this?! Not likely. Ashley patted her forehead while throwing her back against the back of her chair limp.

"Jeez Bella. What the hell are you doing? Are you out of your mind?" Said Ashley staring at Bella sharply.

Even Aleysia was already unable to say anything more due to being too shocked to hear the answer from Bella which was really unexpected.

"Are you out of your mind, Al?" Gavyn raised her eyebrows sharply staring at Alfred unexpectedly. Judging the man.

Alfred could only shake his shoulder. Makes Gavyn sigh tiredly turning the eyes panted. "He's your own brother, Al."

"Not." Alfred's voice is short. Gavyn frowned increasingly confused. "We are not siblings nor because our parents were married. I'm just a kid Bella's parents took care of when I was 8." Evidently.

Gavyn was surprised. Yes, he could indeed see that the two did not have any resemblance at all.

"Ughhh!" Bella suddenly moaned feeling something unpleasant in her stomach. Like something wanted out of his mouth. Alfred and the others looked at Bella confusedly as well in panic.

"gig!!" Back Bella held her mouth that almost vomited while holding her stomach that felt like it was in a stir.

"Why Bella?" Alfred grabbed Bella's shoulders anxiously.

"Keep that filthy hand away from Bella, Alfred!!" Hardik Ashley yelled.

"I'm going to the toilet!" Bella got up as quickly as lightning walked to the toilet. Making others frown do not understand.

"HOOEEK!! UHOECK!! Ughhhh! Nausea." Bella's whine stroked her stomach many times.

But for a second later he again felt that his stomach seemed to want to come out again. And for the umpteenth time he vomited and strangely only a thick clear liquid came out.

"Aach... Why did my head suddenly get dizzy?!" Whining again. He even almost dazed if only not holding on to the sink strong.

Alfred was still staring at the toilet door where his girlfriend had disappeared. His face looked worried. Even though he still looks so calm. Ashley herself noticed Alfred leaking suspiciously.

"Why is Bella so long, Ashley? Is she gonna be okay??" Said Aleysia worriedly.

"Oh no!" Alfred screamed when he remembered something. He rushed after Bella worried. Everyone looked at him confused.

Gavyn. Edward himself looked at Alfred suspiciously. Something strange he thought.

Alfred broke his head when he saw Bella looked limp with a pale face now leaning against the wall of the toilet helpless. He was as fast as lightning directly supporting Bella's weak body.

"Darling, are you okay??" Ask worried.

Bella smiled forcedly while nodding weakly. Trying to smile but failing. It was precisely his smile that made Alfred feel pain in his chest.

"We're going to the hospital now." Without a second thought, Alfred immediately carried Bella ala bridal style. He does not care if it will be the center of attention of cafe visitors. All he thought about was one thing, immediately took his wife to the hospital to check on Bella's condition which made him anxious and worried. It's impossible, right? What he was worried about happened.

The door is back closed. Alfred's unnatural exit makes all the attention of the visitors pay attention to him. Ashley is no exception, as are the others. Especially Ashley who saw Bella's weak face pale.

"He's fine, isn't he?" Edward suddenly made a sound. Even though he was still with his flat look, deep down the man was very worried about Bella's state.

"I don't know. That's why I had to take him to the hospital to make sure." Answer Alfred.

"Let me check on him." Helena tried to present herself. Which is indeed in addition to being a teacher, he is also a nurse who is quite reliable in dealing with disease problems.

Helena immediately checked her pulse and body temperature. He was a little annoyed when he felt something strange. Alfred even always glanced at them through the rearview mirror in the car.

"Alfred?" Helena glanced at Alfred who also glanced at the woman through the rearview mirror. Without answering Gavyn's call.

Bad feeling. Looks like this is gonna be an unpleasant thing. He is confident and very sure of that. Inner Alfred.

"How can you?" It was all that came out of Helena's lips that stared at Alfred unexpectedly. Alfred certainly understood the meaning of the words from Helena. Very-very understood.

"Hm.. That's right, huh?" Alfred scolded. In his heart he felt happy. But I don't know why it made him suddenly afraid.

Helena was increasingly clueless with Alfred's murmur that did not answer her question. How could Alfred behave like this? Did that guy know before? But why would Alfred do such a thing? Moreover, he is a teacher.

Alfred simply glanced at Gavyn without answering. So is Helena who is still silent while holding Bella's hand. Until his car entered the hospital parking lot. Followed by the motorbike that Edward drove also Ashley's car in the back.

"You can ask Helena later, Vyn." Alfred said out of the car. Turn around to open the door and bring Bella's body slowly into the hospital.

Helena still looked so shocked as she got out of the car, making Gavyn stare at the woman in wonder.

"What's the matter, Helena? Speak." The woman looked quickly at Gavyn. The man squinted his eyes at Helena.

"Bella, yeah,.. Gavyn." the man frowned. "He's... H-pregnant."

Helena's words left Gavyn stunned. How could? And if it is. Who is she pregnant for? Alfred-was? Why would Alfred do such a crazy thing before marrying that blonde girl? In his heart he was disappointed in a friend during his Junior High. But how else, it all happened.

Without them noticing, Ashley overheard a statement coming from Helena's lips. Of course Ashley started getting emotional. His teeth were grinding with his jaws hardened, he clenched his knuckles tightly. His eyes were red with a look full of wrath.

"Alfred!! You're a real animal!" Snarled.

"his pregnancy is one month old, Alfred." Said a woman with shoulder-length black hair after checking Bella's condition and returning to her desk.

The woman smiled at Bella. "Yes, you'll be a mother in nine months."

"..." - ".Bella was stunned as she turned to Alfred who was looking at her with eyes that were difficult to understand.

"Yes, Bella. You pregnant. You're pregnant with my son. Our son." Alfred Sahut. Explain in detail.

"I gave you a prescription to reduce nausea in Bella's stomach. You have to take good care of her diet, Al."

"I'm not kidding, Mom. The four-eyed man had been so fond of Bella and now even bravely impregnated my cousin!!." Ashley paused for a moment just to take a breath.

"Just we need to separate Bella from that jerk, Mom. Ashley doesn't want to know!! Mommy and Dad need to get to the hospital right now!!" Ashley said final. Makes Anita look in disbelief.

Anita sweatsdrops in place while staring at the screen of her phone which indicates the phone has been disconnected. She glanced at her husband Chal who was staring at her confusedly.

"We need to get to the hospital, Chal. I got word that my niece is pregnant."

Without thinking long Chal nodded in agreement. Although in his mind he did not expect and did not want to believe about the news.

It only took them half an hour to travel from where they lived to the hospital. The look on Anita's face was so panicked.

When Alfred out memapah Bella, Ashley was presumptuous and immediately immediately hit one punch in the heart of Alfred. Makes the man groan.

"Ashaley!! You're outrageous!!" Bella screams in anger. Ashley just smirked cynically.

Aleysia, Helena, Gavyn, Edward, and Alfred were left flabbergasted when Bella violently slapped a slap across Ashley's left cheek. To make her cheeks flushed with traces of Bella's slap hand. Bella now holds a black belt in martial arts karate and taekwondo. Slapping must use deep energy.

"I'm warning you one thing, Ashley. Never insult or demonize Alfred in front of my eyes."

Aleysia never imagined that the harshness of her brother's head could be as bad as she sees it now. I hope his mother comes soon too. Please Aleysia in heart.

"I can still accept that you call Alfred like a four-eyed man. But I won't accept that you insult and accuse Alfred of just wanting to use me." Pause a minute. "Because you've never lived with him all this time. So it's only natural that you can talk about him. So don't ever insult someone if you don't even know them from the outside and inside." "Bella´s. Where are you going?" For a moment Bella knitted her brows in confusion, but she turned back to look at Ashley as well Aleysia who was suddenly relieved with a sneering sneer.

"I want to go home." The answer.

"Where? You need to come home with us, Bella."

Bella tightened her grip on Alfred's hand . Make the man look at the grasp of their hands.

"You who? My family? I've only had Alfred's brother all this time. My life is for him and my death is for him. No one has the right to rule me but him. Excuse me." Bella said firmly. Jerking the niche of the woman in front of him was in disbelief.

What the fuck?! What did the kid do?! The girl who was none other than Anita. His jaw hardened as he clenched his hands together.

"Bella!! I'm your aunt. And you have to come with us!!" Bella stopped her steps without turning her body. "Alfred is just your father's adopted son. It's not worth having a relationship with her, Bella." Anita began to get emotional.

He doesn't even care if he's in a public place right now. Bella herself was stunned. Didn't expect his mother's family to go too far just because of someone's social status.

"Even he dares to impregnate you now. What kind of a man is he?!!"

"ALFRED, DON'T SHUT UP!!" His screams again groaned in frustration as he had disappeared.

Gavyn clenched her hands. His face hardened and he approached Alfred with anxiety.

"Why are you quiet, asshole??!!" Gavyn's wrath shook Alfred's still silent body. "Wake up!!! Conscious Alfred, sober!!"

Bugh!!

"Gavyn!!" Helena approached the two. He wanted to break both.

Edward chose to leave. What else was he there for? He was even too disappointed in Alfred despite the fact that they were married. But why did they get married without telling her and her family?

"Alfred, wakey. Are you gonna shut up to see them separate you from Bella?! Don't you love her? Or the... Is what they say all true?"

Alfred gasped at the wounded Helena. Helena began to breathe a sigh of relief at Alfred who was beginning to wake up. "Pursue Bella and your future son, Al."

For a moment Alfred was still staring at Helena, the woman smiled then nodded. Making Alfred really aware because of his stupidity that has made Bella taken away just like that. His Bella must be disappointed in him.

"Bella's." Lirih Alfred broke away from Helena.

He ran out of the hospital with a troubled mind. Hope Anita won't take Bella away from there.
