Catastrophe House
The Little Girl Struggled

Mira stopped her speech and looked at Dennis who she thought was disturbed by the nonsensical story.

“Continue.” muttered Dennis staring seriously at Mira.

“I tried to trust him and get close to him, but after a while I and Jennie were together. He just kept quiet and, I heard Jennie's voice from outside—I was of course surprised and turned to look at Jennie but it wasn't Jennie. It was a woman who slapped me so that it could make me throw and hit the closet.” said Mira Long then he turned his face again and saw Dennis who did not flinch.

“So you mean? You fainted because of your own imagination?” dennis asked raise one of his eyebrows and looked down at Mira

“No! That's real! I feel it!” agile Mira fast with her blushing face.

“Say where things turn out in all your stories!” snapped Dennis while shaking both shoulders of rough Mira.

It was silent for a moment before Mira screeched and turned her gaze away from Dennis who was still staring at her sharply.

“You said you believed me, but this is also your reply to me. I expected it!? ” muttered Mira who sounded screeches at the end he said, with his disappointed face he took off both hands of Dennis who was on his shoulder. Then bend his legs and his face sinks between his legs and his upper body.

“I just can't believe in such a mystical thing.”

“But that is in fact, you must immediately get out of your logical zone.” added Mira faint because it was dispelled by the sound of her crying.

Dennis looked at Mira pity, he tried to apologize but this was not his fault because Mira herself made up unnecessary stories.

“To believe it or not, this is what I'm going through and when you experience it you will realize yourself.” Mira muttered to Dennis then she tried to lie down ignoring Dennis who was staring at him in wonder.

“Eoh? Are you healthy?” jennie said she was surprised to see Mira's body tidying up dishes filled with food for breakfast.

Mira turned to Jennie and smiled.

Jennie came down the stairs behind Dennis, who was looking at his wife who was trying to ignore Dennis.

“Mother makes what?” jennie asked behind her ear.

“Smoke curls and fried rice kimchi.” Mira replied almost muttering.

Jennie was a little surprised to hear that her favorite menu was in front of her and ready to eat.

“It's too much, I don't eat at home.” said Dennis staring at breakfast this morning.

Jennie heard Dennis' words and looked up at Mira who seemed to not hear or be indifferent to his father's words. Jennie shuffled when the girl saw and felt that there was no attention from the two couples who were very visible being far away.

“Heuh! Why are mom and dad quiet? You guys quarrel?” jennie asked began to be saturated with the treatment of both parents that had an impact on her.

“Jennie? What did you say?” dennis asked looking at Jennie with a bitch.

The man looked more grumpy since he lived here and the two women felt it so much.

Mira turned to Jennie and stopped the movement of her hand which took some side dishes into Dennis's stock.

“Jennie, why don't you have breakfast? Eat.” orders Mira softly while occasionally staring at Dennis who takes charge of his provisions affairs.

“Mother and father quarrel?” ask Jennie who has sat but did not touch the food presented at all.

Mira smiled before answering Jennie's question which sounded softer than before.

“No, we didn't fight.” Mira replied making Jennie's smile expand.

“Then give me a sister!” jennie shouts vigorously while stomping her palm on the table.

Mira widened her eyes and her lips almost shaped ‘O’ large, not far from the overreaction Mira Dennis just fixated on Jennie with her flat face but it was seen that the man was surprised.

“Why do you want to have a sister?” dennis asked in a low voice to make the two women turn to him.

“Then dad and mom don't fight, if you guys fight when I have a sister?” jennie said she got off the chair and held one of Mira's hands and put the woman's hands together with Dennis.

Jennie smiled when she saw the two hands together, while Mira looked at her hands with disappointment towards Dennis who was now just looking at her sharply.

“Dad has to go, it's too late.” said Dennis took off his hand on Mira.

Jennie unknowingly fades her smile as Dennis heartlessly lets go of the grip that Jennie hopes turns into a harmonious embrace of the family.

“Why did dad change?” jennie muttered at the door of the house where Dennis' back disappeared.

Mira is not much hurt from Jennie, this is not entirely the woman's fault.

“Dad is a lot of work, so it's natural that father is unstable.” replied Mira reassured Jennie and also herself, in the end Mira was sure if Dennis would return to her—to his family.

Jennie took a rough breath before she said goodbye wanting to get out for a little wind.

Yes, now Mira is alone again left by her son who should be with her and laugh with each other even though he is not with Dennis, but the girl is more willing to complain to nature out there.

“The hope failed.” said Jennie who is now right in front of

Hyeon Chul who put on a face wants to know.

“Ck! Whereas if I were you— I would eat her breakfast and not think about your parents.” Hyeon Chul said as her gaze turned upward imagining the food Jennie told her.

Jennie felt Hyeon Chul's opinion was in line with her thinking of responding by subconsciously pinching Hyeon Chul's arm quickly making the man stop his hallucination and complain of pain.

“They're my parents, they're really precious in my life! If they fight, the house will be very creepy.” Jennie's cry is not hard enough to look at Hyeon Chul annoyed.

“You are right, whereas I have no parents.” said Hyeon Chul lowly intending to insinuate Jennie who said so without thinking about her feelings.

Jennie gasps when Hyeon Chul

let out a soft word but Jennie still heard it.

“Sorry, I just accidentally.” Jennie muttered before closing her lips and looking down, Jennie certainly had to say something like this and if not who else would have heard the story.

Hyeon Chul who had been staring at Jennie with a very sharp and did not like to turn into a shady gaze but still looks not like Jennie.

“Yes, it's okay.” muttered Hyeon Chul who was still fondling her finely-touched arm from Jennie.

Jennie looked up quickly at Hyeon Chul who showed her thin smile, Jennie would be happy to see the face of Hyeon Chul who was not creepy anymore like his father's face.

“Perhaps if you want your father to be good again—your mother should apologize to him.” Hyeon Chul suggested before turning back—looked at a middle-aged woman who approached him.

Jennie who also saw the aunt immediately lowered her face and greeted her.

“Hallo aunty! I'm Jennie.” said Jennie excitedly and let out her best smile on the middle-aged woman.

The aunt was shocked for a while and then immediately smiled at Jennie.

“Hallo baby, your name is Jennie? Who is your friend?” the aunt asked looking at Hyeon Chul with her friendly face.

“Eh, I'm Hyeon Chul.” said Hyeon Chul a little stiff but he still behaved politely, bowing his body after he got up from his seat.

“Em, you brothers? What if I take you to aunt's house? There are many toys.” said the aunt seduced the two young children in front of her.

“Ah? we're not brother and sister, just friends. Besides, Jennie is not the orphanage child.” Jennie explained as soon as possible did not want to be taken by this friendly aunt.

“Yeah, really? Though aunty so want to have a daughter.” softly the aunt patted both her hands disappointed.

Jennie smiled wryly while continuing to look at the aunt while Hyeon Chul was also disappointed because the aunt actually only wanted Jennie not herself.
