then for the third clue is me, role, and evil. Livy thought that if this was a novel world, the third clue should be pointing to the character he occupied in the novel.

The third clue is the easiest clue because he is clearly in the novel world then there are only a few roles in the novel. Like the male protagonist, the female protagonist, the male helper (figurant) protagonist, the female helper (figurant) protagonist.
