Livy opened her eyes again and adjusted the light in her eyes. "Dad"call Livy softly though reluctantly interrupting their discussion but she is thirsty and hungry. That fight drained his energy.

Although Livy's voice was soft but all of them except Lisgred were swordmasters so their hearing was very sharp.

Because knowing that Livy has realized they're approaching Livy.

"Livy how you feel" asked the Duke gently but his face was still stiff.

"Livy's hungry dad" Livy replied with great difficulty, The wound isn't too severe he just doesn't have the energy to lose a lot of blood as well because of the fight against the killer earlier.

"I'll have the waiter bring me a meal" Afgaren said quickly, while Juan took water for Livy. He handed it to Duke because Duke was next to Livy.

"Drink first" Duke helps Livy sit down, then helps Livy drink even though his movements are a little stiff.

Not long after, Afgaren arrived with the doctor to check on Livy again, behind him the waiter followed with a food trolley.

The doctor examined Livy, "Lady Reichburgh is in stable condition, but please do not move too much, do not eat spicy and heavy food, take enough medicine and rest to taste" the doctor prescribed the medicine and then left.

What a stifling aura in the room, he didn't even want to stay there any longer.

Livy eats with Isgrid's help, Livy is unlikely to ask Juan to feed her because they are in front of her family. While his father was very stiff, so was Lisgred so only Isgrid the most appropriate choice.

After eating Livy take her medicine, let it be fair this time it was Lisgred's turn to help her even though the injured one was her stomach not her hands yet she was very pleased with their little attention.

After confirming Livy Afagren's condition left because she still had a job even if she wanted to stay couldn't because Livy was no longer her fiancee in the end she left reluctantly.

The Duke and Isgrid also left because they still had to deal with the remaining intruders. Juan, Livy and Lisgred are left in the room.

The atmosphere in the room was very awkward with Juan and Lisgred who were both still stuck in their own minds. Livy pursed her lips she felt that if they had something to talk to her but because there were others they did not speak.

And once again the choice was in his hands, he wanted to rest alone because if they were here he could not rest in peace.

Lisgred glanced at Livy then looked at Juan sharply warning Juan not to mess around. Juan is not offended because Lisgred is Livy's brother he understands her.

Without saying much Lisgred left Juan and Livy alone.

Livy looked at Juan "Is there anything you want to talk about?" livy asked casually he did not call Juan formally but also did not mention his name. It was because he felt a little guilty.

Juan did not speak, only sighed then sat down beside Livy and clasped his hands. Juan rubbed Livy's hand gently on her cheek.

Livy feels even more guilty because Juan is just silent and instead acts like a abandoned puppy. It would be better if Juan scolded her than to remain silent.

"I'm sorry I just don't want the afgaren to overreact... "Livy paused his words so as not to ignite Juan's emotions. He felt guilty for making everyone worry. Though in the past he never felt guilty because the attention of his parents was there just because he was useful.

Juan looked into Livy's watery eyes, for some reason he felt a deep sadness and fear in Livy's eyes. Juan stroked Livy's head affectionately and then briefly peeked at Livy's forehead.

"I'm not angry, just disappointed that I couldn't take care of you properly" Juan explained, knowing Livy's situation was a little bit unfavorable, Livy could have killed the killer with his magic but Livy knew if anyone was watching him because he only used martial arts.

"Hmm" nodded Livy slowly.

After livy finished off the assassin he felt the afgaren aura not far away, the other party seemed to deliberately want to bring him together with the afgaren. Without a second thought, Livy thrust the sword into his stomach, as Afgaren saw it he was pulling the sword out of his body.

"She was affected by black magic so I thought she would panic if I got hurt and not think about anything else" Livy explained softly.

Livy did plan to get into the afgaren trap but not so fast because he did it.

"Sorry, sorry that there was no one by your side" they already knew there would be trouble at their engagement party but Juan never thought that there were two parties who wanted to harm Livy.

One party sent the killer to Livy and inhibited the afgaren and the other party wanted to meet the afgaren with Livy in a deserted place.
