DEANNA

DEANNA
Deana-10

Really, Deana is confused and curious about what conditions Adit will propose. He was afraid he could not do it. If that happens then Deana no longer knows where to look for loans, while she has no acquaintance here. Even if he is new to know, it is impossible that he just borrowed money in large quantities. He still has his pride.

"Me-what's the condition, Mas?" Deana asked again after quite a long time there was a time lag between them.

"So gini, because I lend you money then after this you have to work with me. Not here, but in my private house because tomorrow I and Raffi are back home. I'll ask you to take care of Raffi during my work" Adit said. Stopped his words for a moment.

Deana turned to Marni because she did not know what to answer.

"What about Mr and Mrs? Will they agree, Mom?" Marni opens her voice to help Deana.

"That'll be my business later. I'll tell my mom. You guys take it easy" said Adit casually.

"Then the second condition?" ask the impatient Deana.

"Your "home certificate will be a guarantee. I don't want that after getting money from me, you run away. So, just think of the certificate as a guarantee and I will return it when your debt is paid off. How's it?" Adit raised a smile especially when he saw Deana's face that looked hesitant.

"But, Mas. The certificate is at home. So, there's no way I'm taking it there." Deana sigh*hkan breath into the air roughly.

If that's the condition of Adit then he won't mind. That means he still has his home despite the mortgaged certificate, more or less like it. However, what makes Deana confused is how to take the certificate. There was no way he could go home by bus alone, other than he had not left for long, he was also afraid to go home alone.

Adit seemed to know what made Deana think hard.

"You just calm down. I'll take you home next week. In addition to paying debts to the loan shark and taking your home certificate. I'll also ...."

"Papa" call Raffi. Stopped the conversation between the three men.

Adit lifts Raffi's body and sits on his lap, while Tiara and Akbar sit beside his grandson. They looked at Marni and Deana suspiciously let alone Tiara.

"Ma, I said the same to Marni. How about Deana work at my house." Adit answered.

"Can't!" Tiara turned to look at her son. Looked at him with full attention. The woman seemed to know that Adit had a certain secret and purpose.

"Ma, I need energy like Deana. To take care of all my needs and Raffi's. Don't you know I've been taking care of it all this time." Adit started to show annoyance.

"Who are you divorced from ...."

"Don't mention the woman's name, Ma! He can't even take good care of me and Raffi. She doesn't deserve to be called a wife and mother." Adit cut Tiara's speech. There is an emphasis on every sentence spoken from the man. It seemed to be a sign of how much disappointment felt by the man.

Tiara was only silent because she did not want to argue with her son.

"Ma, stop. Just let Deana work with Adit. I'm sure that Deana can take good care of Raffi. I can see she has a motherly attitude." Akbar who had been silent since then, now spoke.

"But, Pa. What if this woman actually seduced Adit and had the bad intention of draining our children's property" said Tiara. Without a care even though his words might hurt Deana.

"Ma, don't talk like that. I'm sure that Deana's not the person Mama said she was. Never mind, Ma. My decision cannot be challenged. I want Deana to work at my house" Adit said.

Make everything quiet. Tiara kept a deep vexation as it all seemed to defend Deana. Deana was only in the house for a while. The middle-aged woman stood up and left them. Carrying a feeling of annoyance that feels in the chest.

"Mom, how is this?" whispered Deana was afraid.

"You don't get confused. Didn't you hear that my decision was unanimous. You better get it done now because tomorrow you're coming home with me." Adit who heard the whisper earlier, immediately made Deana speechless at that moment.

"Papa .. I don't want him coming home with us, Pa. What if he took Papa from me. I don't want to" whined Raffi.
