DEANNA

DEANNA
Deane-8

"Don't, Mom." Deana refused quickly. "The house is a grandfather's relic and is the only treasure we have. Later let Dea borrow Lik Marni, maybe there is."

"Marni money must be used for his school child and his mother who is currently sickly. You don't borrow him. I just can't bear it until we borrow from Marni, De."

"Yes, Mom. Try Dea first, ma'am. Otherwise Dea will ask for help Lik Marni to borrow Mr. Akbar. Maybe later Dea will pay off the pay cut. Who knows, because Dea's employer is a good man, ma'am. Thank goodness."

"The...." Tinah hung her words out of doubt. The atmosphere was suddenly silent for a while and Deana could hear the soft cries trying to be held from across. "I'm sorry you've become a burden to you."

"No, Ma. It is precisely during this time that Dea becomes a burden for Mother. Were it not for living Dea and Rangga, mother would not owe Bang Togar any debt. Now it's time for Dea to avenge all the sacrifices Mother made to raise Dea, ma'am."

"Dea!"

A shout from the living room made Deana gasp in shock. With a thump he turned off the call without even saying goodbye. His steps were so hasty and when he reached the living room, Deana was surprised to see Raffi who was crying in Tiara's arms. Deana's heart was suddenly worried about it.

"Can't you mop until it's clean and dry! Look, that floor is still so slippery that it makes Raffi fall!" tiara exclaimed which made Deana's body shuffle instantly.

The girl's body seemed to tremble in fear as it got a snap and Tiara's extremely sharp gaze.

"I-I'm sorry, Madam."

Adit came down the stairs quickly when he heard the cry of his mother who was angry, even very jarring and heard up to the top floor. He immediately took over Raffi and tried to calm the little boy down. While Deana's getting down. His heart felt even more scared until cold sweat came out of his body. He also did not dare to lift his head and continued to rem*s the tip of the clothes worn to just reduce his fear even though all that is free.

"If there is a serious injury with my grandson then you must take responsibility!" Tiara pointed at Deana's face in annoyance. Adit let out a long breath. He already understood that if it was related to Raffi then Tiara would become so possessive.

"Alright, Ma. Raffi is fine. He's just surprised." Adit looked at his son who had started to stop crying. "De, go back to your room. It's time you got a wife."

"Pardon me, sir." Deana still answered fearfully, whereas Marni only looked from the kitchen door because she did not dare to come near at all. He was afraid that he would be exposed to the marahan of his employer who might blame him for having invited Deana to work in the house.

After Deana's departure, Tiara looked at her son in full search. However, Adit instead acted indifferent and chose to go take Raffi to his room. He did not want to argue with his mother for now. Tiara finally chose to go back to her room with anger that felt like it was on her chest.

"De, are you okay?" ask Marni to worry.

Deana's lips smiled when she heard Marni's question especially when she saw the look on the woman's face looked very anxious. At least Deana felt the attention of the woman.

"Dea's okay, Lik. It's all just Dea's fault that's been sloppy." The girl looked down a little. However, the body that was still trembling could not lie that the girl was still frightened at this moment.

"Sleep, De. I'll accompany you here. Don't think too much about it because Madame Tiara is like that. I would be very worried about Den Raffi. Tomorrow will be good again." Marni rubbed Deana's shoulder slowly to calm the girl down.

"Yes, Lik. Can Dea speak a little seriously?" tanya Deana hesitated. Marni looked at the girl very closely. Seeing the look on Deana's face that looked doubtful made Marni become so suspicious.

"Speak what?" ask Marni full of probes.

"So, Dea needs money to pay her mother's debt to Bang Togar. Time until next month. If Dea can borrow money later can cut Dea's salary to pay," said Deana full of doubts.

Marni frowned because of it. "How much debt do you have to pay, De? If it's only two million, I exist. You can wear it first."

"Thank you very much, Lik. But mother's debt is ten million."

"What! Azaghfirullah." Marni rubbed her chest and continued to beristighfar because she was surprised to hear the amount of debt.
