EP.42 Simple Happiness

Alonso was still living in Ailyn's apartment and it made Ailyn feel even more astonished. Where a powerful master disappeared, now turned into an ordinary man who was used to living in a simple apartment.

"Al, are you sure you still want to stay here?" ask Ailyn.

"Yes, as long as you're here I'll be here too." said Alonso.

"Why do you insist on asking me to come home?" ask Ailyn.

"Because you're my wife, I can't let you stay alone" Alonso said.

"How are you doing asking me to stay at the hotel?" reply Ailyn.

"Sorry Ai, I'm really sorry" Alonso said, giving Ailyn the creeps.

"Al you gave me goosebumps by apologizing so." said Ailyn.

"I'll stay here until you come home with me" Alonso said.

"I'll think about it." Ailyn replied.

"But you can't sleep on the couch forever" said Ailyn pitying.

"Then I stay asleep in your room." replied Alonso smiling.

"I don't think it's gonna work if we both sleep together." show Ailyn on her bed.

"You should have bought a big bed" Alonso said.

"That's because your body is big, not the wrong bed" Ailyn said.

"So I can sleep in my room?" ask Alonso.

"No, I have another solution" Ailyn said.

"What?" ask Alonso.

Ailyn smiled and ordered an item, before long the item arrived and Alonso became astonished.

"What is that bed for?" ask Alonso.

"Of course for you." replied Ailyn.

"Haa.." said Alonso.

"Now you can sleep in the room" said Ailyn.

Yes, that's how Alonso finally can sleep in Ailyn's room with a different bed. Although there was a protest but at least Alonso was allowed to sleep in the room.

"At least there is progress." muttered Alonso inwardly.

They finally started tonight sleeping in the same room even though different beds. And Alonso looked at Ailyn who was asleep in the bed next to him.

"Why haven't you slept yet?" ask Ailyn.

"I have trouble sleeping every night" Alonso said.

"What makes you sleepy?" ask Ailyn.

"Usually I'll just work until I'm tired" Alonso said.

"Do you think you only have to work?" ask Ailyn.

"I don't know what to do, it's very difficult for me to sleep at night" Alonso said.

"Should I make warm milk?" ask Ailyn.

Alonso also remembered his mother who often made him warm milk. Alonso became silent in his daydreams.

"l.. Al.. What's wrong with you?" ailyn asked because Alonso didn't respond.

"Yes, I want some warm milk" Alonso said.

"Well wait a minute" said Ailyn.

Ailyn went to the kitchen to make Alonso warm milk. While the man went to the toilet to wipe his tears before Ailyn came.

Ailyn came and Alonso was in bed.

"This is warm milk" said Ailyn.

"Thank you Ai." said Alonso.

Alonso immediately drank the milk little by little. And Ailyn moved to her bed to continue her sleep.

Tonight's events bring Alonso's memories back, and Alonso has nightmares in his sleep. He dreams of going back in time and seeing his mother beaten by his father to death. Alonso screamed in his sleep.

"No..!! stop ba**ann..!! my mother could die.stop..!!" alonso.

Ailyn woke up when she saw Alonso hysterically so, especially Alonso said his mother in his dream must be very serious. Ailyn approached and resuscitated Alonso.

"l.. All.. All. wake up, what's up.." said Ailyn.

Alonso awoke with gasps and tears. Ailyn also just this time saw the sad side of Alonso. Until Ailyn could not bear to see it.

"Al.. what's wrong?" ask Ailyn.

Alonso still did not answer and still looks confused. Ailyn hugged him to calm him down.

"Al Al. It was just a dream.whatever it was was just a dream." said Ailyn.

Alonso regained his senses, and wiped away his tears. Then Ailyn let go of his embrace and gave him a box of tissues.

"Remove your sweat and tears" said Ailyn.

"Thank you Ai."

Ailyn went to the kitchen to get Alonso some water to calm her down. After drinking the water, Alonso was a little calmer.

"Sorry Ai woke you up" said Alonso.

"What's wrong, you get hysterical so it means you're having very bad dreams" Ailyn said.

"Yes, I dreamt of meeting that demon again" Alonso said, leaving Ailyn speechless.

"Devil?" ask Ailyn.

"He's a man I won't remember for the rest of my life" Alonso said.

"Alright, don't tell me that" said Ailyn.

"Are you okay?" ask Ailyn.

"No, I'm not okay" Alonso said.

"Then what do you want?" ask Ailyn.

"Come with me." said Alonso.

"OK.." said Ailyn.

Ailyn took a book and read a book near Alonso Ailyn did not even expect to see the sad side of Alonso tonight. The figure that was considered a demon by Alonso made Ailyn curious and again Alonso also had time to mention his mother's name.

"Who is this demon? did anyone torture his mother?" ailyn murmured in the heart.

Ailyn was just wondering in her heart, because it seems that Alonso is not okay after the dream. Ailyn was just accompanying him to read the book beside him at his request. It made Ailyn could not bear for Alonso to leave him.

The night was getting late and Ailyn fell asleep on Alonso's shoulder. Alonso also felt his shoulders getting heavier after Ailyn had fallen asleep. Slowly, Alonso took the book in Ailyn's hand and moved Ailyn's body to sleep properly. Tonight Ailyn sleeps next to Alonso.

Alonso could be satisfied to look at Ailyn, which is almost not far from him. The man began to wonder why the woman was always on his mind and disturbed his calm. When the woman disappeared it was like Alonso began to go crazy and want to know where she was. And when Alonso was at his worst, Ailyn hugged him and calmed him down. Even the woman did not protest when Alonso could not do anything.

"Why have I always wanted to be around you? why do I feel calm and happy to see you??" alonso muttered in his heart.

His heart slowly calmed down and his eyes began to feel heavy. Alonso finally fell asleep again without having nightmares.

When Ailyn awakens, she finds herself sleeping while hugging Alonso. Then Ailyn felt ashamed of herself and broke away from Alonso. The man is still asleep and Ailyn wakes up from Alonso's place. It seems that Ailyn fell asleep while reading the book and Alonso changed his sleeping position so as not to fall.

Ailyn also did not want to take a headache and started her activities. Ailyn also cleans the house, cooks and washes clothes. After everything was done, Ailyn got a call from her boss and had to leave right then and there. Inevitably Ailyn left Alonso who was still asleep and just left a memo at the dinner table that already contains breakfast for Alonso.

Shortly after Ailyn's departure, Alonso woke up and looked for the whereabouts of his wife.

"Ai.. Where are you?" ask Alonso.

Alonso went to the toilet, the tv room, the kitchen but saw no one. There is only food available at the dinner table. Then Alonso saw a piece of paper with a message from Ailyn.

..."I had a sudden call this morning.I'm sorry to just leave you.. I've made breakfast but don't forget to wash the dishes and the glasses before leaving." wrote Ailyn in her memo. ...

"So you have to go again?" muttered Alonso.

Alonso can only accept it and prepare to go to his office. He also ate all of Ailyn's food and washed the dishes and glasses. Alonso can now wash dishes after being taught by Ailyn.
