15. Job Interviews.
"Hello, my dear son-in-law." Just as Bella opens the apartment door, Jessica appears and stands there.
From her stunning appearance, Jessica seems to be preparing to attend Noah's inauguration at the office. However, why did he suddenly appear in his apartment?
"Where are you going?" jessica asked while watching Bella's appearance from top to bottom which was quite neat.
Bella was silent thinking of the right reasons to get out of the house as soon as possible. "I want to see a friend, Ma," the girl replied.
Jessica laughs. "Friends? Which friend?" Do you have any friends?" ask him in a mocking tone.
"Mm, I just got acquainted with some of the apartment dwellers, and the plan is that we will gather for tea together." For whatever sake Bella now throws a ridiculous excuse that makes the most sense in her opinion.
Jessica frowned. Obviously from the clothes Bella wore, she did not intend to go just to relax with the wives of other apartment residents. The girl was definitely going to attend Noah's event, and Jessica wouldn't let that happen.
"Don't lie!" jolt Jessica as she pushes Bella away from the door. The woman pulls Bella's hand rough towards the apartment bathroom.
"Ma!" exclaim Bella.
"I know you're going to the office to attend my son's inauguration, right? Don't dream, outcast! Until then you'll never be the wife of the CEO of Werner Company!" jessica shouted furiously as she threw Bella into the bathroom.
Bella wild. Jessica was wrong. She will go to the husband's office, but not for the event, but for an interview.
"Ma, I didn't go there, I just wanted to go out for a while with my new friend!" peekik Bella pleaded.
Jessica stared at the snide. "You think I believe in your rotten mouth?" After saying so, Jessica heartlessly picked up the bathroom key embedded in the door and went straight out of it.
The woman smiled with satisfaction when she heard Bella screaming from inside, banging on the door. With a casual step, Jessica sauntered off to the Werner Company building.
Meanwhile, Bella keeps trying to scream that Jessica will open the door. However, the result is nil. Once done Jessica will not change her mind, especially if it concerns Bella.
While being overwhelmed by confusion, suddenly Bella's phone rang. The girl was surprised and happy because she just remembered that the object was in her pants pocket.
"Thanks, God!" peekik Bella as soon as she saw the name Viola listed on the phone screen. Without thinking, the girl picked up the phone from Viola and asked him to come right now.
Although the inauguration event is being held, office management still conducts job interviews with adjusted time, and the deadline he has is only two hours away.

Harold must swallow his disappointment, when Noah tells him that Bella is unable to attend the event due to being ill. The man had offered to check directly the situation of the adopted daughter and her daughter-in-law. However, Jessica, the wife, interrupts.
Harold thought what his son had said was a lie, but seeing only Jessica come to the office made the man swallow his disappointment a second time.
"What happened to Bella?" ask the wife.
"His vertigo is relapsing, honey, so he can't come to attend this important event." Answer Jessica.
A worried look immediately crept into Harold's face. "What's? How could? Let me get Oliver to drive him to the hospital!"
"No, Honey! Bella made an appointment with her doctor this afternoon. You don't have to worry, 'cause he promised to call me after." Jessica held her husband's arm gently.
Harold closed his eyes for a moment then nodded.

"Thank you, Viola!" bella exclaimed after Viola came and saved her.
"Together, Madam. Now go, I'll keep watch at home until you come!" tell Viola to help bring Bella's bag.
Viola nodded. " Good luck, Madam!"
Bella did not think at all that the large and luxurious building that she now stands on, is a building owned by her husband's own family.
There are many things that spoil the eyes of office residents and guests of the place. From the outside, Bella can see a luxurious lobby with various advanced features such as holograms resembling the father, Harold, and a sophisticated robot that will guide guests up into the elevator.
Unfortunately Bella can not get in there because it is being limited to invited guests only. The girl was forced into the building through the back door. It just so happened that the rear door was pointed straight towards the kitchen of the cafeteria.
Not many suitors still survive there when Bella arrives. Only about five to six people.
Bella patiently waited for her turn to enter the chef's room. The girl did get an interview call at the office cafeteria.
"Arabella Catriona Gladwin!"
Bella rushed up from the chair as soon as her name was called. The girl politely walked into the head chef's room.
"Hello, Arabella, I'm Willy, and this is my assistant Queen." A handsome man in his thirty years welcomes the friendly Bella.
"I'm Arabella, you can call me Bella" the girl said.
"All right then. Please sit down, Bella" Willy said.
Bella stared at the friendly Queen who was standing right next to Willy. Although only a second met, somehow Bella can guess that Queen is not much different from Martha.
A sigh came out of Bella's mouth, when she found the cold gaze that Queen threw.
Not many questions asked Willy to Bella, because after that, the man tested Bella's skills in knowing some cooking tools and spices that exist.
Lucky Bella almost answered every object that Willy pointed at correctly.
"Do you like to cook at home?" ask Willy then.
Bella smiled knot. "Slightly, Mr. Willy. I am happy in the kitchen" he replied.
Willy nodded his head. "In that case, please wait in front first."
Bella bowed her body before retreating from the place. The girl was very hopeful of being accepted to work there.
Ten minutes later Willy came out with Queen. The man calls Bella and one other suitor named Emma.
"From tomorrow, you can work here" Willy said, extending his hand.
Bella and Emma welcome Willy's handshake with joy. Both of them thanked the head chef who had received them.
Emma who is a graduate of cooking school is believed to be one of the beginner chefs in the kitchen, while Bella will be on duty outside.
"Bella your part is to arrange the layout of the arrangement of the dish menu, prepare all the needs in the canteen such as hand washing soap in the sink, and prepare an additional menu in the form of snacks and milk. Don't forget to make sure the food is always filled until lunch is up" Willy said, explaining a little Bella's task.
Bella nodded and noted down all of Willy's explanations on her phone.
"For anything else, Queen will explain it to you tomorrow."
Bella and Emma nodded. A happy smile was on the girl's pretty face. Despite having to work to meet her own needs, Bella doesn't mind. At least he can do something he has never been able to do, which is socialize with others.
