"Have you been stoked with drugs? Ask the Young Master.

The four men who had smothered Kelik's mouth and Moko took him to the surgery room while waiting for the arrival of the Young Master.

"True Young Master." Answer one of the men.

"Your work is very good and I am very satisfied with your work." Said the Young Master.

"Thank you Young Master." Answer the four men in unison.

"Call the doctors and nurses to come here!" Young Master's Order.

"Good Young Master." Answer the four men.

The four men immediately left the operating room while the Young Master walked towards the table and then picked up the scissors located on the table near the bed.

Tuan Muda then cut off all the clothes attached to the bodies of Kelik and Moko to plain without a thread and then put back the scissors together the door open opration room.

The young master knew that the doctor and four nurses came while pushing a trolley containing bottles for human organ storage.

The young master was slowly dissecting Kelik's body while the other doctor who had just come dissected Moko's body which was still affected by drugs. Kelik and Moko could only hiss withstanding the pain but her eyes seemed to be very heavy to open her eyes making the Young Master smile devil.

"Sickness." Said Kelik and Moko whimpering in pain.

The splashes of blood hit the hands and body of the Young Master but the Young Master and the doctor did not care about the groans of Kelik and Moko made Kelik and Moko forced open her eyes but unfortunately only the shadow of a man who did not so clear.

Until not how long Kelik and Moko returned unconscious until almost twenty-one minutes later the surgery was completed at the same time Kelik and Moko died.

"Dump the body as usual." Said the Young Master.

"Good Young Master." Answer the four nurses in unison.

In a different place after the death of stepmother and to the two half-sisters of the life of Grand Lord Willy especially doctor William walked quietly.
