They leave the mansion and head to Farel Sebastian's doctor's residence, where Katherine's doctor is waiting for her.

Doctor William can't wait to meet his old friend named Doctor Farel Sebastian and his old enemy named Belia Kurniawan and his Tantenya with his Tantenya family.

In the past, William's doctor's life wanted to be resolved as soon as possible, regardless of whether the Aunt and her Tantu family still had family relations.

'Today is the day on which I will make the calculations that you have done in the past.' Doctor William said in his heart while driving a car at moderate speed.

Thirty-five minutes later they arrived at the home of doctor Farel Sebastian. Many invited guests came to wish doctor Farel Sebastian a happy birthday.

"Sister William." Call Katherine while walking towards Doctor William who is walking side by side with Grand Lord Willy.

"Where is Lord Farel Sebastian?" Ask Dr. William while looking around the room.

"There was in his room because his body was so tired." Katherine answered while kissing the back of Big Master Willy's hand.

"I want to meet him." Said doctor William.

"I'll take Brother." Katherine.

"Hallo how are you." Greet Katherine's parents while shaking hands with Grand Lord Willy.

Doctor William kisses Katherine's parents' two hands in turn.

"Mommy and Daddy, Katherine wants to take Brother William to Grandpa Buyut's room." Katherine.

"It just so happens that Daddy wants to see Grandpa Buyut too." Her father Katherine.

Doctor Farel Sebastian who felt the aura of his best friend came to make Doctor Farel Sebastian look at the doctor William.

Doctor William walked slowly towards Doctor Farel Sebastian until he stopped right in front of him. They were silent for a while while while Katherine's parents asked her how she was doing.

Katherine's parents introduced Grand Master Willy and doctor William then they chatted until twelve minutes later ....

"I want to have a private talk with William." Doctor Farel Sebastian said in a barely audible voice.

"Good." Answer her parents Katherine.

One by one they left Farel Sebastian's doctor's room, leaving William and Farel Sebastian's doctor.

"How arel." Call doctor William.

Arel is the beloved nickname of doctor Farel Sebastian in which only the parents of doctor Farel Sebastian and his best friend doctor William called the name.

"How's Liam doing." Call doctor Farel Sebastian with a smile.

Doctor William sat down on the side of the bed and held the hand of doctor Farel Sebastian.

"You incarnated into the body of the young man before me?" Ask Dr. Farel Sebastian.

"Truely, other than incarnating I want to avenge myself because Auntie, Uncle and her son have poisoned me until I die." William's doctor replied, not hiding his identity.

"What's? Aunty Belia Kurniawan and her family poisoned you?" Doctor Farel Sebastian asked with a surprised face.

"That's exactly why I want to make a calculation with them." William replied while holding back his anger.

"Auntie Belia and her family are very evil when they used to help you even give a house and valuable assets so that their lives are guaranteed." Doctor Farel Sebastian said with a face of disbelief that Belia Kurniawan is very evil.

"It's true that I will take revenge against them without caring if we have a sibling relationship." Said doctor William.

"Liam, do you know?" Ask Dr. Farel Sebastian.

When Farel wanted to talk, doctor Farel Sebastian coughed, coughing up black blood.

"Arel, why is your blood black?" William asked the doctor with a surprised face while checking the pulse of doctor Farel Sebastian.

"I don't know either and my chest is often as tight as it's hard to breathe, please get oxygen." Pinta doctor Farel Sebastian while pointing towards the top of the table where there is oxygen.

"No need, I'm going to remove the poison in your body." Doctor William said as he pressed his hands against the chest of doctor Farel Sebastian.

"I'm poisoned?" Doctor Farel Sebastian asked with a surprised face while trying to take in as much air as possible.
