"Usually if there is a very severe problem then Daddy's heart feels very tight and difficult to breathe. But ever since Daddy took the medicine you gave him, Daddy's heart doesn't hurt anymore." Said Grand Master Willy.

Doctor William just kept quiet and listened to the next sentence even though the doctor William knew the next sentence.

"Too good for that guy, Dad." Doctor William replied in a relaxed tone.

"What is the punishment then?" Asked Great Lord Willy curiously.

"Later Daddy will know what punishment he deserves for that person." Doctor William replied with a grin.

"Then Daddy leave it to you." Said Grand Lord Willy handing everything over to William's doctor.

That was because Lord Willy saw clearly the smile of Doctor William where the smile was a sign that the enemy would be given a very painful punishment.

"Good Dad. Daddy take it easy William will teach them a lesson." Said doctor William.

"Daddy trusts you, but..." Great Lord Willy hung up his sentence.

"But why, Dad?" Ask William's doctor in curiosity.

"Daddy wants to ask you a question and Daddy hopes you answer honestly." Great Lord Willy said as he gazed at Doctor William.

'Daddy start suspecting me?' Ask doctor William in heart with heart palpitations.

"Ask what, Dad?" Ask William's doctor in curiosity.

"Daddy feels like the old William with the now very different William, who are you really?" Great Lord Willy asked with a probing glance.

'I guess I'll definitely ask like this and thankfully I've prepared the right answer.' Doctor William said in his heart.

"According to Daddy?" Ask doctor William.

Doctor William did not answer Lord Willy's question but rather gave a question. Because he could not say that William was dead and his soul named doctor William into the body of William.

"Your face is like William and your nature is partly like Daddy and Mommy while some of your different natures are more courageous and difficult to guess especially can detect there is a disease or not." Great Lord Willy answered honestly and as is.

"Maybe it's just Daddy's feelings. I'm William, just William, who passed away from the torture of my stepmother and my two half-sisters." Said doctor William.

"Where are they pretending to be nice to Daddy but when Daddy's not around they torture me cruelly. It wasn't just once but over and over again and when Daddy asked me why I was hurt my stepmother pretended to cry when I fought with a schoolmate." Follow doctor William.

"I'm sorry Daddy that Daddy's been more trusting with their sweet mouth. Daddy promised from now on Daddy he'd trust Daddy's son more." Said Great Lord Willy while hugging the body of his only child with a very guilty feeling.

"It's okay - what an important Daddy Daddy already knows and trusts William." Doctor William said as he returned the arms of Great Lord Willy.

After a while Great Lord Willy and physician William let go of his embrace.

"Other than that what are they doing?" Ask Big Tan Willy.

"If Daddy finds them, Daddy will torture him to death in a horrible way." Great Lord Willy held back his anger.

"Daddy don't think about them first because the most important thing is to take care of Daddy's health." Said doctor William.

"Daddy is grateful to still be given a second chance to fix the mistakes that Daddy has been doing." Said Great Lord Willy who was still feeling guilty.

"There is no need to remember the past because the past cannot be fixed so from now on we start from the beginning and forget the past which is very painful." Said doctor William.

"What you said." Said Grand Master Willy.

"Oh yes, later if Daddy really is healthy. We're going home to the De La Costa mansion because William wants to concoct medicine for Daddy." Doctor William said after a while they were silent.

"Is the drug to increase endurance? Remember Daddy's body is fine." Said Grand Master Willy.

"Not Daddy, the drug that William would concoct is a drug to neutralize toxins that have not all come out of Daddy's body. William was only giving a temporary medicine where the drug can only remove some of the poison in Daddy's body. William replied with a serious face.

"Is the poison very vicious?" Asked Great Lord Willy curiously.

"It's very violent and if it's on time please it could be ...." Doctor William hung up his sentence.

Great Lord Willy was very surprised by what William's doctor said. She is so grateful that Dr. William saved her life and hopes that he will be caught soon.

Great Lord Willy did not care about his life but rather his son's life. That's why Lord Willy wanted Uncle Rey to find and capture the culprit on cctv footage.

It was not long before the door of the treatment room was opened wide by someone that Great Lord Willy and physician William turned their faces towards the door to see who was coming.

"Good day Great Master and Young Master." Greet the doctor as he walked towards the two of them and was followed by a nurse.

"Jiang." Doctor William answered briefly.

Great Lord Willy just kept silent without making any sound while the doctor was not angry because the doctor understood the nature of Great Lord Willy.

"How is the Great Lord? Is it starting to improve?" Ask the doctor in a friendly tone.

"I don't feel pain and pain like I came." Answer Big Lord Willy.

"Thank God, I'm glad to hear that. Sorry, Big Master, I'll check on the Great Lord's condition." Said the doctor.

"Please doctor." William answered the doctor.

"Samely, Young Master." Answer the doctor.

Suddenly the door of the vvip treatment room opened making everyone stare at the door as a nurse walked with quick steps towards the doctor.

"Excuse me, Grand Master, Young Master and Doctor. Sorry for coming I've disturbed the peace." Said the nurse while bowing her body with a frightened face.

"What's the sister?" Ask the doctor in a friendly tone.
