The direct communication connection was cut off and William's doctor put his phone back in his bag. Doctor William quickly walked towards the car park until it did not feel William's doctor had arrived in the parking lot.

It did not take long for the car driven by Uncle Rey to reach the hospital and without waiting for Uncle Rey to open the car door, doctor William first opened the car door.

"So morning wasn't Daddy okay?" Ask William's doctor with a confused face.

"We've tried our best but his heart is slowing down and I'm sorry if Young Master wants to see for the last please." Said the doctor.

"What Doc?? Okay Doc, I'll see my Daddy." Doctor William said with a surprised face.

The doctor went back into the operating room followed by doctor William while Uncle Rey just stood waiting with a sad feeling.

That was because just now the Great Lord and Young Master felt a happy life because the three evil people had already left the mansion. But now should the Great Lord go for a long time leaving Young Master William alone, I don't know Uncle Rey just wishes there was a miracle.

Doctor William hears the sound of a heart-beating machine and moves very slowly a sign Great Lord Willy is experiencing on the brink of death. Doctor William stared at the pale face of Great Lord Willy with a convulsive body.

Doctor William immediately held onto Grand Lord Willy's wrist to check his pulse and his eyes immediately rounded perfectly when he found out that Grand Lord Willy had been poisoned by someone.

Suddenly the sound of a heart machine was very strong sign Great Lord Willy exhaled his last breath.

"Sorry sir, we'd like to remove the hose attached to his body." Say one of those doctors.

"Daddy is poisoned not heart." Said Dr. William without answering the doctor's words while opening his bag and taking the antidote.

"What poison? What is Young Master doing?" Ask the doctor to see William's doctor unscrew the bottle then open the breathing tube that closes Big Lord Willy's mouth and then insert a small pill into the mouth of Great Lord Willy.

"I gave you the antidote to the poison." Answer doctor William.

"But Young Master. Didn't Grand Master Willy have heart disease? Moreover, Lord Willy has died ....." The doctor's words were cut off by William's doctor.

Even though the doctor wanted to say he had died so it was useless to be given medicine.

"Doctor's wrong, my Daddy's been poisoned and Daddy's alive." William replied, insisting that he give a bottle of drink to get the medicine into the throat and then gently massaged it.

"As for Young Master. The hospital will not be held responsible if Grand Master Willy is at the autopsy and there is a level of medicine that Young Master gave." Said the doctor in a resigned tone especially he already knew that Great Lord Willy had been declared dead.

"Young Master, why does Great Lord Willy bleed black?" Ask the doctor with a surprised face as well as others.

"As I said, Daddy's been poisoned." Doctor William answered while still cleaning the mouth of Grand Lord Willy clean and then reattach the hose to breathe.

"Who is Young Master?" Ask the doctor.

"What doctor do you mean? I don't understand." Said doctor William Pura - pura did not understand while throwing the tissue used to slap the blood of Great Lord Willy into the garbage can.
