"Sorry Doc, a patient named Miss Katherine Sebastian is conscious but...." The nurse hung up her sentence.
"But why?" Ask the doctor to be curious.

The doctor and the two nurses left Grand Lord Willy and Doctor William with the nurse coming along with a tray containing a bowl and glass and then walked towards the table near the bed.
"Please eat the Great Lord." The nurse spoke kindly.
"Thank you sister." William answered the nurse's words.
"Same Young Master." Answer the nurse.
The nurse placed the tray on the table and left the treatment room. Doctor William took a bowl of porridge and opened the plastic wrap ping that wrapped the bowl.
"Daddy, eat first." said Dr. William.
"Daddy's not hungry yet." Said Grand Master Willy.
"Eat a little, Dad." Refer to William's doctor by displaying his puppy eyes.
"All right." Great Lord Willy who could not refuse the request of the doctor William especially saw his puppy eyes.
Doctor William smiled then began to feed Great Lord Willy painstakingly. It didn't take five minutes of porridge in the bowl to run out without the slightest residue to make William's doctor smile happily.
Doctor William put the bowl and then took a glass containing mineral water that had been there.
Great Lord Willy drank the mineral water with a straw until it ran out without rest as the door of the vvip treatment room opened and it looked as if Uncle Rey walked inside and walked towards Great Lord Willy.
"How's Uncle?" Ask William's doctor without further ado.
"Uncle has found and the culprit there are two, namely the waiter and the bodyguard." Answer Uncle Rey.
"What?" Great Lord Willy asked with a surprised face while holding back his anger.
"Great Master, those two who have dared to poison through the Great Lord's food and drink." Answer Uncle Rey honestly.
"What's? Who told them?" Great Lord Willy asked in a surprised and angry tone at the same time.
"They don't want to confess to the Great Master." Answer Uncle Rey.
"Where are they now?" Ask doctor William.
"They're in the Young Master's cellar." Answer Uncle Rey.
"Daddy and Uncle Rey, William go home first." Dr. William's.
"Young Master William, I'll take Young Master to the mansion." Said Uncle Rey.
"Don't Uncle, you better take care of Daddy." Said doctor William.
"But Young Master..." Uncle Rey's words were cut off by William's doctor.
"Uncle, before going to the main mansion William wants to go to the other mansion that stores drugs because the poison in Daddy's body is temporary so William wants to make the antidote first after that new go to the main mansion after that just to the hospital." Said doctor William.
"William, you go places you better be with Uncle Rey." Said Grand Lord Willy who was worried about doctor William his only real son.
"Daddy don't worry, William can take care of himself." Said doctor William.
"Good Dad." William's doctor answered obediently.
"In that case, Uncle will send a message to the driver to wait in the hospital lobby." Said Uncle Rey while taking her phone out of her suit pocket.
"Good Uncle." Answer doctor William.
Doctor William opened his bag and then took two testpack-like tools and gave them to Grand Lord Willy and Uncle Rey, leaving them both confused by what was given to William's doctor.
"Why were we given this? We're pregnant so we're taking a testpack?" Great Lord Willy asked in an annoyed tone.
"Sorry Dad, it's a testpack but it's used to food or things around us whether it's toxic or not." Doctor William explained.
"What's? How come?" Great Lord Willy asked with a surprised face.
"Can you exemplify it, Young Master?" Ask Uncle Rey curiously.
"Attent." Said doctor William.
Doctor William put the two testpacks because Lord Willy and Uncle Rey did not want to hold the testpack onto the table. Then William's doctor opened his bag to retrieve a box containing a silver needle.
"What's that silver needle for?" Ask Big Master Willy.
"If I stick it into one of Daddy's nerve points and the silver needle turns black it means there's poison." Answer doctor William.
Finished saying that the doctor William thrust a silver needle into one of the nerves into the body of Great Lord Willy. There were not yet five seconds of the silver needle being pulled by doctor William and then shown by Grand Lord Willy and Uncle Rey.
"The color is black a sign that the poison in Daddy's body is still there because William will concoct the medicine so that the poison in Daddy's body is really gone." Said doctor William.
"Then related to the testpack?' Ask Uncle Rey.
"Daddy can answer it for sure the silver needle will be attached to the testpack and there is a line two." Answer Big Lord Willy.

"What a great tool. Where did the Young Master buy it?" Ask Uncle Rey curiously.
"Buy my friend." Doctor William is lying.
Learning from the experience where he was poisoned by his aunt led William to create a sophisticated tool called a poison detection testpack.
Doctor William bought a testpack and then modified it using a tool that he also just bought. Where the materials needed in buying everything through online.
Great Lord Willy and Uncle Rey who heard the words of Doctor William just nodded his head as if to believe what the doctor William said.
"Your friend is great." Said Grand Master Willy.
Great Lord Willy praised the cleverness of his friend Doctor William without knowing that doctor William is the one who deserves to be called very great as well as Uncle Rey who also praised. Doctor William just smiled as he nodded his head.
"That means it can't be used anymore." Said Grand Master Willy.
"Can be used again Dad. After five minutes then the line two was gone." Answer doctor William.
"That means you don't have to buy any more to your friends." Said Grand Master Willy.
"Remain buying, Dad. Because after twelve times the testpack is thrown away." Answer doctor William.
Great Lord Willy and Uncle Rey simply nodded their heads in understanding.
"Oh yes Daddy and Uncle. William's leaving first." Doctor William then turns his hand to the hand of Great Lord Willy and then taps the back of the hand of Great Lord Willy.
"Okay, be careful." Great Lord Willy replied with a feeling of worry and somehow felt bad.
Doctor William kissed the back of Uncle Rey's hand after that and then William's doctor came out of the treatment room. But just a few steps to the elevator door someone called him to make Doctor William stop his footsteps.
"Wait, don't get in the elevator." asked a girl as she ran to Dr. William.
