Don't Blame the Line of Destiny
Chapter 3: The First Time

“Ark!” Hana screamed in shock.

Hana's body was pulled back by a unique face. Because full of surprise, Hana did not expect if she would fall on the body of the person. Hana's head fell directly over the left arm of the person. Seeing his position on top of a man's body, he rushed away.

“You who?” ask Hana.

“Are you crazy?!” The man suddenly raised his tone.

However, Hana was stunned by the face of the person who suddenly called her crazy. He has a unique face even others do not necessarily have the same face like him. Hana looked at the man with a confused face.

“Are you crazy to jump?!” angry at that guy.

“Not so. It's not what you imagined,” Hana said in a bit of a panic.

“Then why are you standing there if you don't want to jump?!” ask the man in a high tone.

“The goal was originally so but I changed my mind!” Hana also raised her tone because she did not want to lose.

“Really, ‘kan? Your initial goal is to jump, ‘kan?” The man remained confident in his stance.

“Indeed my goal to jump but that's just the goal. I still can't do that,” replied Hana. His tone began to fall.

Hana was trying to explain her whereabouts in that place. He does have strange habits that can even be said to be bad. Instantly, there was a clear sound of gusts coming from the man's mouth. However, Hana thanked the unique man. He had no intention of jumping off the building.

“Whose name?” tanyakanya. The unique-faced man was trying to be friendly.

“Hana,” Hana replied quickly.

“While life is as hard as anything, you can't just give up!” suddenly the man. It makes Hana shocked not play, the man is scolding her.

“You're scolding me?” ask Hana confused.

“No, I'm advising you,” he replied.

The man stood up immediately. After that, Hannah stood up as well. That guy is really weird. Hannah never expected her arrival. Then he came up with the excuse of saving himself. Not only that, the person obviously scolded him but admitted to advising him.

“Obviously you're scolding me. You pulled me suddenly and now you're scolding me,” explained Hana.

“I saved you, you know,” said the man.

“That's not what I meant. I don't know you right away but you scolded me as if you already knew me,” Hana replied while putting on a sad face.

Seeing the person he saved even took issue with his anxiety, making him a little furious. Anyone would not worry if they saw someone who was about to end their life. Of course he will save the man and try to resuscitate him.

“Ah! Already!” say that unique man.

“See you're scolding me again! You freak!” Hana's raising her tone.

“Any but already saved yourself, ‘kan?” ask the man. From their talk, it seemed like the 3rd world war was about to start.

“Thank you for saving me,” replied Hana suddenly. The man looked at Hana. He was quite amazed to see the girl he helped finally thank him for his help.

“You asked my name. So, what's your name?” ask Hana.

“Darent. That's enough,” he replied.

Hearing that answer, Hana exhaled her breath with a huff. There are very annoying people in the world. “You really, deh,” said Hana.

“Truly what?” The man still did not accept.

“Nothing, kok,” replied Hana.

He had given up on serving the person before his eyes.

“Thank you for helping me. I want to go first,” he said before leaving.

“Good. I also want to go,” said Darent.

They finally left the historic site. Luck is not on Hana's side today. The elevator they were going to ride on was broken. Fortunately the building was not too high so the stairs that had to be passed were not so much.

“You stay here?” ask Hana. He just wanted to break the awkward atmosphere.

“Iya, I am a resident of this apartment,” replied Darent.

“Oh, that? At what level?” ask Hana curiously.

“Level two,” answer coldly.

“Oh, is that it?” said Hana.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere remained awkward. It was fortunate that the sound of the soles of their feet following the steps covered the awkwardness between them. However, Hana was confused to see the unique-faced man instead following.

“Why are you following me? Isn't your house on the second floor?” ask Hana confused.

“My house is there. But, I'm afraid if you go back upstairs and jump,” he replied.

“What?” Hana stopped her steps and looked at the man with an unacceptable look.

“It's fast before the day gets night,” tell the guy.

Hana followed what the man said. Finally they arrived in front of the apartment building. Before long, the man pulled out his phone and called someone.

“This is the third time I've thanked you. Thank you for helping me, blocking me and sending me,” Hana said. After that, Hana decided to leave without waiting for the man to answer her words.

“Where are you going?” ask Darent. Hana stopped her steps.

“Return. Why?” the answer.

“I've booked you a taxi,” he said.

“Not necessary. I can take the bus, kok.” Hannah refused politely.

“It's almost night. The taxi is heading here,” he said.

This made Hana have to think twice. He doesn't want to owe that guy. I don't want Hana to obey. Now, Hana was already sitting in the taxi that the freak ordered.

“Hey, wait a minute,” call the man.

The man took out some money and gave it to Hana. Hana who saw that was certainly surprised not to play. “I don't know where you're going, so take this money. That's enough, ‘kan?”

“No need to give me money. I can pay for it myself,” said Hana trying to refuse the money.

“Do not refuse and accept it,” said the man.

The man looked at Hana's face with a sinister look. Inevitably, Hana was forced to accept the money even though her heart really wanted to refuse the gift. Finally the yellow car moved to its destination. He stared at the money given by the strange man earlier.

“Wait a minute.” Because of fighting with the strange person so unconscious with a unique face belonging to the person earlier.

“The name is Darent, right? If you remember again, his face is truly unique. Again his wound that has a face,” he said trying to remember the unique man's face earlier.

The person has a unique face, different from most faces in general. He had a large cut on his eyebrows that extended down to his cheek. Even the color of his left eye is white where the wound is located.

“His face is unique. But his behavior is also unique, anyway,” he said.
