Chap.8 "Triple Trouble"

Once upon a time, there lived a marquess princess named Yuriel. He is famous among men for his beautiful appearance, even almost all men who spread their eyes to him will be devastated and fall in love.

The girl who is known as a rose in her country managed to lure the ruler of the kingdom, King Oscar. However, Yuriel immediately withdrew her hand as the king knelt before her. Yuriel leaves behind Oscar who has taken a heart on her for a long time, and welcomes Helio, the young Duke who is the greatest swordsman of his time.

Yuriel and Helio's relationship gets a lot of obstacles, but the bond of feeling both strengthen them to get through everything. This led to deep jealousy for Oscar. A week before their wedding, Oscar orders Helio to go lead the war against the demon army at the border.

Helio made it back safely a week later, right on the day of his wedding to Yuriel. The wedding day that was supposed to be a happy day turned into a disastrous day. The king captured Helio and exiled him to a tower in a remote area with a death-defying exit.

Oscar immediately ordered his subordinates to bring Yuriel before him by force. Thus, with his estranged Helio, Oscar succeeded in intervening and making Yuriel the queen and mother of the heir to the throne.

The exiled Helio, secretly gathers strength to get out of the cursed place where he is locked up. In the end, three years passed since Yuriel became queen, Helio was freed and re-held the position as Duke of Trovis and dropped the Oscars along with other nobles who staged rebellions.

Yuriel returned to Helio, and they lived happily until the end of his life.

"Unbelievable Rayn, I want to laugh at your story." Said a man in jet black with topaz green beads, clapping softly in front of his twin who had just told a romance story that was so 'hopeful'.

"Where did you get that 'beautiful' story?" Asked the man with a face similar to her who was sitting and chin-backed next to her.

"Sister Celestine told me about it. Just tell me a boring story, Rai." Rayn replied, the man who is the youngest twin among the three.

"Stop your sarcastic applause too, Rei." The connection a few moments later.

These three people with identical faces to each other were triplets, sons of Aeolus the storm witch. They are quite smart in positive terms, and very smart in negative contexts. Like tricking and playing with others like toys.

As of now, the three were relaxing on the cliff of Wind Mountain, which was an area belonging to his father. Waiting for an intruder to work for them.

"I'm bored." Complaining Rai, he laid his body beside Rei and looked up at the sky.

"Do something, don't complain to me." Rei said, his eyes still focused on the antique compass he was holding.

"Rayn, what are you doing?" Rei shifted his focus to his twin sister who was tumben once did not comment.

Rayn did not answer and did not look. He was performing a ritual in the middle of a green magic circle.

Five seconds passed and he said.

"Silent Rei, I'm moving the dinosaurs here. I'm ing-"

BLEED IT!!

Rayn's speech was cut off suddenly when a stone throw from Rai hit his head. "Use your logic properly, just imagine if the large-bodied creature appeared and made a mess. You want to take responsibility for all the mess in front of mom?" Rei spoke at length, followed by a nod of Rai.

"Ck, okay. I'm gonna fuckin' ya?" Rayn's words stopped again before they were finished. The existence of mana that feels familiar and foreign at the same time makes it distracted.

"What else? Now you're gonna bring a giant here, huh?" Rai spoke while turning his body back to his two twin.

"No. Look, there's two guys beside that oak tree." Rayn pointed towards the towering oak tree.

Rei who heard that immediately took the folded binoculars from his clothing pocket and pointed them beside the oak tree. "I'm like I've seen it somewhere." Rei chuckled softly on the sidelines of his words, in his mind he was planning a game scenario that had elements of parasitism.

"What should we do to teach them a lesson?" Rai sat himself down, he looked at his twin and raised his eyebrows.

"Hey!"

Rei and Rai compactly shouted as Rayn suddenly pulled the two behind a bush. "Before that, I found this piece of paper on my dad's desk. Should we open it?" Rayn took out a small paper with a flick of her finger.

"Yes, and before we open the paper, can we move?" Said Rai who looks to be getting rid of small branches and leaves attached to his clothes.

"Just shut your mouth. Let me read it." Rei forcefully snatched the paper from Rayn, then let out a small sigh before opening it.

Dad and mom would go for a few days to Frave to take care of some things. And while we were away, mommy's dad was hoping you guys were nice and didn't mess up at home. Although you can clean up all the mess that happened, I can realize it by looking at it once. Therefore, do not do things that can make a mess.

And one more thing. Aine tells us that in the near future, there are two special people coming to our house. Don't do anything weird to them.

"Is that all?" Rayn easily placed her left arm over Rai's shoulder as a pedestal to change the sitting position.

"Then what do you want? Get rid of your arm, you think your arm is as light as a feather?" Rai said, pushing his twin hand to remove the burden on his shoulder.

"Continue the fight when Dad gets home. Now we have to act." Rei gave the command, and the three leaped high and then dispersed to three different points.

"This forest is very calm, until it seems suspicious. There are no great fauna and everything seems to be controlled." Eric said behind Alice's body who was observing a dark brown fur.

"Hmmm...." The blonde head did not touch Eric at all, his eyes still focused on the object he found in between the branches of the tree about ten minutes ago.

'This hair looks unique, brown and shiny like gold. If this feather is sold in an antique Lyvia store it may cost well beyond the giant seashell pearls of the southeast. Or better sell it when I get to Lyberinth?' Alice spoke inwardly, her eyes twinkling.

"Sad." Eric grumbled softly.

"What's wrong? You pissed? This is Aeolus' magic forest, it's only natural that this place is different from Freesia's forest." Alice spoke long to her best friend.

"Yes, yeah. I understand, shut up." Eric raised both his hands and shoulders in mockery.

Eric squinted his eyes sharply at the impact sound it made, not too close from where they were standing. However, the voice sounded like the existence of humans or large animals that felt were lurking around them.

Shutt.....

Duars......

"Alice! Quick retreat!" Eric drew his sword and stepped forward to cover Alice behind his back.

The arrow suddenly shot towards Alice's head, and exploded right before them before hitting Alice.

"Gear!"

"Alice! I can handle this! Quickly go to the tower on the top of the mountain!" Eric shouted behind the magic shield he had made.

"Did you come here to kill yourself?" Rei who was flying floated in front of Eric sneered, a bow with a green magic aura already in his hand.

'He who sent the explosive arrow.' Eric tightened his grip on the sword.

SETS!...

"A-akhs!" Alice who was about to run was immediately stopped when Rai suddenly came and strangled her neck to almost close the access of her lungs to breathe.

"If you have been given a powerful bait, any clever prey will not miss it. Miss, you won't be able to get away with it that easily." Rai took out a dagger beside her sword, then pointed the sharp edge of the dagger at Alice's neck.

Freezes...

Both of Rai's hands slowly froze, a piercing coldness continued to creep up until it almost touched his heart.

"Tie!" Screaming Rayn who had just arrived at the battle area, Rayn immediately prepared an attack in the form of a ball of wind that could tear anything hit her.

CRING!

PRAK!

A BLAR!

A multi-layered magic shield appeared around Alice and protecting her, the white-colored part of the shield reflected Rayn's wind magic until it turned on her and unleashed a lightning bolt that struck Rai.

Rei stared in disbelief at his two younger siblings who were lying weakly on the ground, it was impossible for them to suffer defeat other than against the power of the sun.

"You...!!" Rei growled, he stuck his right hand forward and started making a whirlwind.

W.WOOSHH....!

Winds from all directions blew forming a huge whirlwind around them. Eric without a doubt immediately put his sword back in and approached Alice, their chance of winning against Rei amidst the strong winds was slim. If they cannot fight, they must leave before the opponent.

'Ck! Which energy they disappeared into, you loser! They might escape during the battle!' Rei began to stop the whirlwind and set his foot on the ground.

'I have to clean up all this mess quickly before mom and dad figure it out.' He carried the bodies of his twin sisters and took them to the tower.

CRING!

Eric and Alice switch places instantly using teleportation magic, currently they are both in front of the gate to the city of Lyberinth, a cross-world city.

Alice was still managing her irregular breathing after being strangled by Rai, and she was shaken by the unexpected events that helped her. He himself did not even know that a multi-layered magic shield that reflected magic and emitted lightning could appear in his time of danger.

"We can't go straight into a city like this. The guards can assume that we're suspicious people." Eric took off his robe.

"Yes, you're right." Alice patted her dirty clothes and tidied her hair.

'It just so happened in Lyberinth.' Alice murmured in her heart.

"Sister! Get rid of your legs!" Rayn spontaneously screams as Rei makes her footrest to fix Rai's bandage.

Reine, the mother of the triplets, gazes at the concerned interaction of her three sons. While Aeolus who was standing next to him only crossed his arms around his chest, his countenance was like he was investigating something. They came back sooner out of fear for their three sons.

"Something happened while we were away. Rei, can you explain all this to me?" Aeolus glanced at his eldest son who did not seem to have the courage to look at the father.

"We're looking for trouble with the two people you mentioned in the letter, dad. And their strength is incredible. It can even be equated to the power of the sun." Obviously Rei to Aeolus.

"So those who caused Rai and Rayn to be injured were wrapped in bandages like this? What happened to your magic regeneration power?" This time the mother spoke up, her hands gently rubbed Rai's cheeks.

"Come, mother. It feels like an illusion, but it's all a reality." Rei said while fixing Rai's bandage.
