Chapters. 36. The Company Birthday.

Today all employees are busy preparing for the company's anniversary which will be held tomorrow. Likewise with Arion and Zeva, they were busy preparing all the invited guests for the important event.

Both of Arion's parents also came to the company to see the preparations, as they did not want any mistakes to happen.

"How, Ma? Do you like the same concept?" ask Zeva who is currently inspecting the company hall that will be used as a place for events.

"Mama likes it anyway. But, why does the theme have to be the secret?" He felt confused, and had never heard of such a theme before.

"Look, Ma. Everyone must have secrets in life, including all the people who are members of this company. Even the company has its own secrets. Neither good secrets, nor bad secrets. So we want to make everyone feel safe with the secret, as well as how life can continue to grow with the secret,"

"Right, like your marriage to Arion."

Zeva immediately gasped when she heard it, she then lowered her head with her hands interlocked.

"Listen, Honey. You don't know why until now you didn't tell everyone about your relationship. Is it because your relationship isn't okay?"

Zeva immediately raised her head and looked at Mama Audy. "There's no problem whatsoever in our relationship, Ma. We're fine."

"really? Then why are you keeping everything a secret?"

Zeva was speechless as she could not answer the in-law's question, while mama Audy sighed heavily while holding onto the woman's shoulders.

"Tomorrow is the perfect time to tell everyone, mom and dad don't want to hide it anymore,"

"What's wrong with being hidden?"

Zeva and mama Audy looked directly to the side, looking as Arion was walking to approach them.

"It's not wrong, but it's not right, Arion. Everyone should know, so that the respect they give you is also what they give your wife." Mama Audy let go of her hand grip on Zeva's shoulder.

"Peace is earned because of his speed, Ma. Not for being my wife. Anyone can have that honor, even if she's not my wife,"

"Hush still. Mama knows that you're going to keep arguing, and she won't hear anything. If tomorrow you don't tell everyone, there's something you're hiding from us. Whatever it is, one day we will know it," said mama Audy made Zeva look directly at Arion.

"Alright, mama wants to see papa first." Mama Audy rubbed Arion's arm and left the place.

For a moment there was silence in that place. Several times Arion glanced at Zeva with a smirk on her lips, but the woman was unconscious from thinking out loud.

"How's this? If we don't do it, then all the families will be suspicious. But, if we announce it. Gavin would be mad at me. Duuh, what should I do?" Zeva was feeling very confused at this moment.

"Why are you nervous? We don't have to obey my parents, let me talk to them later" Arion said.

Zeva was silent at Arion's words. He feels very evil and guilty to the man, because Arion always obeys what he wants.

"no need. We'd better just tell everybody,"

"Well, what?" Arion was surprised by what Zeva said. "You, what did you say?"

Zeva smiled knot. "Let's tell everyone, let's count so they know we've been married."

"Arion, why are you daydreaming?"

Arion gasped in shock from his daydream. "Well, I'll take care of everything. But are you sure you want to do it? Will your girlfriend not be angry?"

Zeva breathed a heavy sigh, it felt really bad when her husband himself talked about his lover. "That's okay, our marriage should be known to everyone. When it comes to Gavin, you don't have to think about it."

Arion nodded in understanding with a smile engraved on his lips. "Of course I won't think about it, because I really want to make trouble between you guys."

"All right, I'll take care of everything."

Cup. Unknowingly Arion sprinkled a brief kiss on Zeva's cheek, causing the woman to flinch. "I have to see Haris." He then went away from that place leaving Zeva still in place.

Zeva's hand raised touched her cheek with a straight forward look. He was very surprised by what Arion did, to the point that his body felt stiff and unable to move.

"Miss!"

Zeva jumped in shock as a clap landed on her shoulder. "Y-yes?"

"I'm sorry for surprising you, Miss. But I want to ask you about the guests tomorrow" one of the employees told Zeva.

"Ah, okay. Follow me!" He immediately went from there followed by the employee. He wonders if the woman saw what Arion did to him, but it is impossible to ask all that.

After all the preparations are done, finally the company's birthday party will be held tonight. All the invited guests had packed the company hall, as well as the employees who of course had to attend the event.

The entire Arion family has welcomed all the guests, as well as the Zeva family who have been present at the place.

"Alright, thank you to all the invited guests who have attended this company's birthday party. I also thank all the employees who have worked hard to advance the company. " Papa Ben puts his head on everyone as a thank you.

"Tonight is not just a corporate anniversary event, but as a notice to everyone about my son. Come here, Arion."

Arion set foot to climb onto the podiam by holding the hand of a woman, which of course shocked everyone.
