Chapters. 9. A Very Great Anger.

Zeva immediately hailed a taxi to take her to meet Gavin, there was a feeling of longing as well as fear that enveloped her heart at this moment.

To be honest, he misses Gavin a lot. They usually make video calls before going to bed. Also once a week they always meet, to let go of longing while pouring out all the love that is being felt.

Not felt, the taxi carrying Zeva had arrived at the destination. He immediately paid the taxi fee and got out of there to meet Gavin.

Gavin who was sitting while leaning his body immediately stood up when he saw the arrival of Zeva, without further ado he immediately hugged the body of his lover tightly.

After a while, Gavin invites Zeva to sit down because the woman has begun to calm down.

"Would you like a drink?"

Zeva shook her head, then she looked at the man before her heartily.

"What's really going on, Zeva? Don't worry me like this!" He again clasped Zeva's hands, and placed them on his thighs.

Zeva fell silent, should she tell Gavin the truth? Or stay tight and decide everything?

"Zeva, answer me!" Gavin held onto both of Zeva's shoulders and slightly shook her.

Zeva was silent for a while, her eyes staring deeply into Gavin's eyes as if seeking strength through the man's gaze.

"Gavin, do you know that I love you so much?" he nodded, and answered with a nod of Gavin's head.

"Me, I'm married, Gavin!"

Deg. Gavin was silent when he heard what Zeva said, his eyes looking straight ahead with a stiff body."you, what did you say?"

Zeva lowered her head, she couldn't bear to see how shocked Gavin was at the moment.

"What did you say, Zeva?" Gavin again gripped the woman's shoulders and shook her firmly, her chest starting to feel hot at this moment.

"Gavin, me, me-"

"Say one more time, Zeva!"

Zeva gasped at the sight of Gavin, for the first time the man looked very angry at her.

"Me, I'm married, Gavin!"

Deg. Gavin was stunned to hear what Zeva said, his forehead wrinkled to the point of almost making his eyebrows fuse as he tried to make sense of the woman's words.

"You, are you kidding me, Zeva?"

Zeva shed tears while shaking her head, she then raised her left hand as if she was showing Gavin something.

Gavin's heart felt like it had been pierced by thousands of knives when he saw a ring curled in Zeva's sweet finger, his chest immediately felt tight as if his breath was stuck in the throat.

"Gavin, I've been-"

"You, are you married?"

Gavin immediately pushed Zeva's body and stood before the woman, his hands clenched tightly as he held back the anger that had begun to overwhelm him.

"listen to you? Heard you were married, did you?" gavin snapped until Zeva's body jumped in shock.

"Why are you doing this? Why did you marry someone else, Zeva?"

Zeva lowered her head with a trembling body, she felt sad as well as scared by what was happening at this moment. His heart ached at the disappointment in Gavin's face, but he also did not know how to say everything.

"Why are you silent? Hah, why are you doing this to me, Zeva? Why?"

Gavin clutched Zeva's shoulders again and forced her to look at him. "Take me, Zeva! Answer me!" He shook the woman's body firmly making Zeva's tears flow profusely.

"I, I'm being betrothed!"

Then Zeva told her everything that her parents had done, she also told her who the man she had married was.

"I'm sorry, Gavin! I'm sorry!"

Gavin immediately released the grip of his hand, he rubbed his face violently when he found out everything that had happened to his lover.

"What is the lack of me in your family's eyes, Zeva? I'm rich, I have money. I can make you happy, but why would they marry you to someone else?"

Zeva gasped at Gavin's words. "It's not about treasure, Gavin. I love you sincerely, I never love you for treasure!"

"But your family isn't like that, Zeva! You were married to the son of a great businessman, waah! Great, great your family, Zeva! I really never imagined it!"

Somehow Zeva's heart felt not accepted by what Gavin said, she knew that what her parents did was too outrageous. However, it is not all because of wealth and power.

"Gavin, I think-"

Zeva was speechless, her tongue feeling very faint when she wanted to answer what Gavin was asking.

Zeva looked back at Gavin wistfully, but the man smiled sinisterly at her without knowing the pain she was also feeling.

Zeva shook her head hearing Gavin say. "no, Gavin! That's not true, I love you so much!"

"Enough, that's enough!" Gavin raised his hand so that Zeva would not continue. "I congratulate you on your wedding! Happy new life, Zeva! May you always be happy!"

Gavin pulled out Zeva's hand and immediately shook hands with her. "Thank you for the hurt you've been inflicting, you're truly a very selfish and cruel woman!"

"Tu-wait, Gavin!"

Gavin continued to walk away from the place without listening to Zeva's call, while Zeva herself burst into tears.

His body immediately fell to the ground firmly, his legs felt extremely limp and unable to support his body.
