When she was young, Diana was a talented chef who learned to cook all the way to Paris. He has a restaurant with many branches in Indonesia and Paris of course. After her retirement, Diana became a guest judge for cooking shows on TV several times.

Nina grabbed the fork and knife beside the plate, cut the lasagna into small pieces, and then fed it to her mouth. Diana was very happy because the way was quite successful, so she began to offer a topic of conversation.

"Have you heard about Logan and his wife?" diana asked, without paying attention to Nina's expression that had suddenly frozen while cutting the lasagna.

Mood Nina is free-falling, lasagna no longer attracts attention. "Suddenly talking about it. Why?" replied Nina coldly, finishing cutting the lasagna.

Diana knew this hurt Nina, but it didn't mean that. "Logan and his wife had an accident. I heard that his wife miscarried and could not get pregnant again" he continued, deliberately heating up.

Nina keeps chiming in on her mom, even though she doesn't care about Anna. "There's so much love for him." The cold tone is more sarcastic.

"Pity?" diana snorted somewhat. "You're sorry for the woman who took your lover?"

Nina's eyes were tightly closed, unable to bear the mother's play. Nina put the fork and knife to the table without a sound, then looked at her mother with hardened jaws. "What does Mama mean?"

Diana also put her fork and knife on the table. The reaction he was waiting for finally appeared. "You still love Logan, don't you?"

Nina squinting. Why is the direction of the conversation so here? The arrival of the mother did not treat him at all. "Then, what does this have to do?" cecar Nina fierce.

Diana reviewed the mysterious smile that made Nina even more wondering. Diana grabbed the wine glass, then sipped it a little, pointing a question at Nina while putting the wine glass on the table.

"Nina, pick one of them. "You stay here, but you have to continue your career. Or ..." Diana advanced her body, while Nina waited with various conjectures. "Back to Jakarta to do Mama's plan."

Two days later, Anna returned home. Logan does not go to the office for a while, his father tells Logan to focus more on Anna, though Anna says that she is fine.

Anna did her usual activities. But this afternoon, he was moved to visit the bedroom of their future baby who should have been born into this world. The room was located next to his bedroom with Logan.

However, the heart continues to be broken. His hand froze on the door knob of the room, as if unprepared for if the wound gaped again if it went inside.

Anna can't be like that. Didn't he promise to accept the baby's departure? Anna stiffened her heart, sighing deeply before opening the door of the room.

The first sight she saw was a blue baby bed. His heart was flattering, frozen, and his legs were trembling. It felt like he wanted to escape from there, and hurriedly closed the door.

Anna turns around, but is hindered by Logan being in her presence. Logan's hand carries Anna in his arms. Anna said, tears poured down Logan's chest.

"I've tried, but I still can't, Logan," isak Anna, clutching Logan tightly.

Logan's sad gaze led to the nursery. As was the case with Anna, it was difficult for her to accept the fact that they had lost the baby they were so looking forward to. Logan wanted to cry, but he tried to hold back his tears because he had to stay strong in front of his wife.

"Anna," he called her softly. "When I buried our son's body, it was difficult to do so. My tears did not stop flowing, my chest was tight when I had to say 'goodbye' to her. But, after all, we have to let go of that kid even if it's hard."

Anna stopped sobbing, raised her head and looked at her husband. Logan sighed at Anna's hair with tears in his eyes.

"Don't do it if you're not ready." Logan said as he closed the door. "We'll be back here when we can really let go. But, don't be alone, I'll accompany you inside."

Anna nodded and smiled, her feelings somewhat better after hearing Logan's words.

Gery came that afternoon to Jonathan's house at Matthew's request. The waiter greeted her, then let her into the house. Logan was going down the stairs to coincide with that.

Logan frowned, his steps swallowing. "The gery? What the hell are you here for?"

Gery turned to him, bowing respectfully. "Sir Logan, how are you? How are you doing?"

Logan quickly approached Gery. The man made her suspicious because it was not usual for Gery not to answer him directly. Eyes squinting. "Papa told you to?" tanyakanya.

Gery had to nod. "Sir Matthew wants to talk about the company."

Incidentally, Logan wanted to know about the development of the company. As long as he did not go to the office, no one gave a report related to the company's performance.

"By the way, how was the company after my death? Everything all right? Did you manage to convince Mr. Reiner to join our start-up company?" Logan screeched with vigor and his eyes sparkled expectantly.

"There's this? Why only talk to two?" Logan interrupted. "Gery. If you want to talk about the company, I have to come too!"

Gery glanced at Matthew, waiting for orders from him. However, Matthew himself was worried about his attitude.

"Logan, about the company, let Papa handle it," said Matthew, his calm attitude tucked into a faint nervousness.
