A beautiful girl with a height of 169 Cm was running around the sports field, every morning she did the activity to fill her time off. After exercising, before taking a bath she helps the mother clean and tidy up the house.

“Thank you, Pa,” said Jessica then rushed to the front, she saw her mother again talking to the neighbors and the girl approached her mother.

“Mama,” call Jessica and her mom turns and asks.

“What's up, Jessi?” Jessica approached her mother and asked her permission.

“I want to go to the store I want to buy,” Jessica replied in hopes that her mother would let her go.

“Iya, don't go home tonight ya!” Her mother let her go, Jessica's face immediately looked very happy.

“Iya, Mother. I just went to the store not anywhere,” said Jessica. Mama Jessica is fierce, the girl is often hit if late coming home from school, even though she was late because she studied with her friends. Sometimes he gets hit just because of his two sisters. Jessica went out and called for an ojek.

“Bang, take me to the Central store yes.” pinta Jessica while walking over to brother ojek.

“Iya, Non,” reply ojek artisan. Jessica got on the bike and the motorcycle driver gave her a helmet, the girl took it and put it on.

The bouncer immediately drove Jessica to the store, they arrived and the girl went down and paid for her motorcycle taxi. He rushed into the shop.

“Hi, Mr. Can I help.” Mr. breathed a sigh of relief because someone could speak English.

“Ah ... finally anyone can speak English,” said the Mr. “Yes I just arrived here and do not understand this area, want to traditional market but do not know the way.  I asked them but they did not understand,” said the Mr as his eyes looked back and forth.

“ Ohh .. yes Mr, I can help you.” Jessica's face was flushed with embarrassment. “Ok Mr where are you going?” He asked again to relieve his embarrassment.

“Oh .. market extrim.” Mr. nodded his head. “The extreme market is not far from here, Mr can walk or take public transportation if Mr want fast. Umm ... if you want I can take you there.” Jessica offered help to Mr.

“Oh ... may-be,” replied the Mr with pleasure. “I'm glad someone can take me, I'll give you a tip later. Oh yeah what's your name?” ask Mr. then Jessica reached out to shake hands.

"My name is Jessica but just call Jessi,” she replied to the Mr and the man introduced her name to the girl.

“Oh yes, I am Carlos,” reply Carlos to Jessica while shaking hands. Jessica smiled at him as she said,

“Ok Mr Carlos. I will take you to the market,” Jessica said with a carefree face, she forgot what her purpose was to come to the store.

“Ehm .. don't call me Mr again, but just call Carlos,” beg Carlos then the girl laughs.

“Alright, Carlos. Let's walk now.” He invites Carlos to go to the traditional market on foot, coincidentally the market is not far from the store where they met.

Along the way people were staring at the two of them. The girl told me about her area and culture, Carlos was very interested in Jessica's explanation. Eventually they arrived at the market.

The Tomohon Extreme Market

This extreme market is already famous in foreign countries many tourists visit this area just to see what is sold in that place. This market is called an extreme market because it sells various kinds of animal meat such as :

Pyton snakes, wild boar, dog, mouse, bat, cat, cow, chicken and sometimes there is also monkey. But it has been banned by the Government because it includes protected animals.

This market is not like other markets, you can choose a dog or cat that is still alive. Finished choosing, before your eyes they killed the dog and burned it. So too with cats.

So if to this market must be strong faith, many tourists who cry to see animals killed and consumed by residents here. Don't be upset this is already a tradition in this area.

Jessica saw Carlos was taking a photo with his camera, he took a photo of anjiing-dog in an iron cage waiting to be selected for consumption. Poor to see it too. Hmm. .. Good thing I'm not a meat eater. Mumbled the girl.

Carlos was busy taking photos of such a huge snake hanging in iron. She wanted to talk to the sellers but Jessica pulled her hand and looked at Jessica in surprise.

“Why?” carlos asked with both his eyebrows raised.

“I don't want to go there, you'll just wait here,” said Jessica while a little away from the meat sale.

“Why don't you want to come inside?” asked Carlos again in surprise.

“I'm afraid of snakes,” Jessica replied then the man laughed and took his camera.

“Oh, then you just wait here.” Jessica nodded her head then Carlos went inside. Jessica noticed the man snap there snap here, occasionally she shakes her head.

Carlos hung his camera around his neck and his hands on his waist while looking around. The place was full of virgins, she walked towards Jessica, her face looking sad. The man stopped in front of an iron cage full of surviving dogs and gestured with his hands for Jessica to approach.

“What's Carlos?” jessica asked, approaching the man.

“Jessi, will these living dogs kill as well?” carlos asked with a sad face while watching the animals in the cage.

“Yes, if there is a buyer they will kill this dog and burn it there.” Jessica pointed to the place where the dogs and cats were burned.

“This cat too?” carlos asked rounding his eyes while pointing at the iron cage nearby.

“Iya,” Jessica replied while nodding her head.

“So crazy,” umpat Carlos while putting both hands on his waist. “Do not have any other food until it has to eat dogs and cats.” The man's face looked upset.

Jessica understood the man because their Caucasian people are animal lovers, she noticed the face of Carlos who was so sprained to see the state of the market

Then Jessica explained to Carlos that this has become a tradition in his area so that the man understands the habit has been hereditary.

Finally he was able to respect what had become a tradition in Jessica's area and they left the market.
