SS2 Episode 2

Carlos fell asleep in Jessica's arms, slowly Jessica let go of her embrace and got out of bed. Jessica stood on the porch and thinking about Carlos, she looked at Carlos who was sleeping soundly.

“This is also my fault, had I been honest about my pregnancy to her and not left her back then it probably wouldn't have happened like this. I don't want to lose him either, what should I do? And what if the court gives the death penalty?”

Jessica pacing back and forth in front of the terrace.

“What should I do, do I let him turn himself in the police or keep everything? Ahh.. Why does it have to be like this?”

Jessica picked up her phone and contacted Mike and heard Mike sound

“Hallo my sister how are you?”

“Hi Mike, I'm fine.”

“Happy to hear Jessi. Oh yeah, did you call me?”

“Mike are you busy?”

“No Jessi, what's up?”

“I want to meet you, there is an important thing I want to talk to you about.”

“Well Jessi, where are you now?”

“I'm again in villa Mike.”

“All right I'm there now.” Mike said across the phone.

“Alright Mike I wait.”

Jessica hung up the phone and went into the room and sat down on the side of the bed. He stroked Carlos face and kissed Carlos forehead.

“I love you so much, I don't want anything to happen to you.”

Jessica stood up and she went down to the pool. Jessica sat by the pool while waiting for Mike. And not long after Jessica's phone rang, she noticed a message from Mike.

“Jessi I'm already in front of villa.”

Jessica got up and went to open the door for Mike. Mike comes in and Jessica invites Mike to sit by the pool. Mike looked at Jessica.

“What's Jessi? Why is your face like that? What's up, tell me.”

Jessica pulls Breath

“Mike me and Carlos have reunited.”

Mike was surprised and his face immediately turned happy.

“Really Jessi?

“Yes Mike, I've forgiven Carlos and we stay together now.”

“But isn't she getting married to Vania? Keep you with Pedro how?”

“Iya Mike was originally Carlos and Vania were getting married but Vania cancelled their wedding, she wanted me and Carlos to come back. And Pedro's problem, he's divorced me.”

“Jessi I'm happy to hear it.”

“But Mike….

“But why Jessi? Is Carlos okay?”

“He's Mike Carlos fine, he's sleeping in the room. Mike Carlos told me he killed Cayla.”

Mike nodded and took a deep breath

“Hi Mike how are you?” I heard the voice of Carlos

Mike and Jessica looked at Carlos and Mike stood up and hugged Carlos.

“I'm fine Carlos.” Mike answered and then he let go of his embrace and sat back down.

Carlos sat next to Jessica.

“What are you guys talking about?”

“Me and Jessica are talking about Cayla.”

“Oh, so? Mike I want to turn myself in to the police.”

Mike looked at Carlos

“Are you crazy Carlos? If you turn yourself in to the police I can also be arrested and sentenced to death. Carlos, if we're both on death row, what about your family?

“Mike why are you going to be sentenced to death? Did you help Carlos kill Cayla?

“No Jessi, but I've paid people to make false confessions. If Carlos turns himself in to the police, I'll be arrested. Are you thinking about that, Carlos? What if we were both sentenced to death? Who will protect your family? You think your family is safe right now?”

Mike looked at Jessica.

“You know your family's Jessi is on the trail. If they don't kill me and Carlos, your son will be their target. Now it's up to the two of you, you're gonna support Carlos turning himself in to the police or keeping all of this.

Carlos and Jessica were silent.

“Oh yes I have also killed the person who has freed Adrian.”

Jessica and Carlos looked at Mike.

“Who freed Adrian Mike? Ask Carlos.

“Awhile I took a picture of him in my car.”

Mike stood up and went to his car and he took a picture of the man who had released Adrian. Mike went back to the pool and sat down.

“This is the man who freed Adrian.” Mike said while giving the photo to Carlos and Carlos saw the photo and he was surprised.

“It's not Victoria? So Victoria released Adrian?”

“Yes Carlos him and Bernard's son, they both set Adrian free. And my men killed him.

Carlos leaned against the back of the chair

“Why did Victoria do that?” Ask Carlos in my heart.

“So how's Carlos Jessi? Do you still want to turn yourself in to the police?”

Jessica was silent, she was thinking about her son. Jessica looked at Carlos.

“I don't know baby, I'm also worried about children. I don't want anything to happen to them.

“Carlos I got information that someone was after us both. I want you to keep an eye on your son.”

“Who's after us both Mike?”

“I don't know Carlos yet, I'm still looking for information. But I suspect they're Calvin and Rolland's sons. Maybe they want revenge on both of us. Aren't they just the age of Carlos now.

“Yes Mike and maybe I'm older than them.”

“We must be vigilant maybe also our business rival or anyone Carlos. Ask Charlie and his men to always keep an eye on your children.

“Good Mike.”

“Then I go home first, if anything contact me.”

“Well Mike, Thank you.” Jessica said to Mike.

“Be careful Mike!” Carlos told Mike and he hugged Mike.

Mike left the villa. Jessica and Carlos also leave the villa and return to Santa Barbara.

Arriving home, Carlos and Jessica enter the room. Jessica picked up her phone and called Charlie. Charlie's voice came from across the phone.

“Hallo Jessi are you guys okay?”

“Iya Charlie we're fine. Charlie can you come home now? I have something to talk to you about.

“Well Jessi, I'm leaving now.” Charlie answered across the phone.

“Thank you Charlie.” Jessica said, then she hung up and sat down next to Carlos.

“What's your plan, baby?”

“I want to ask Charlie to add his men. I don't want anything to happen to my son.”

“Well baby.”

I heard the door of the room knock. Carlos stood up and opened the door.

“Papa hold.”

“Umm.. it turns out that papa's beloved is knocking on the door.” Carlos said while holding Isabell and he put Isabell on the bed and they both played in bed. Jessica smiled at Carlos and Isabell.

Jessica came out of the room and went to the backyard, she thought of Carlos and his son.

“Maybe they want to take revenge on Carlos and Mike for their past deeds. I don't want my son to be the victim, nor do I want anything to happen to Carlos. I love her I don't want to lose her.

And Charlie broke Jessica's daydream

“Hi Jessi how was your holiday in Indonesia?” Charlie asked as he sat across from Jessica. “Oh yes I heard you have returned to Carlos.

Jessica looked at Charlie and smiled

“Yes Charlie me and Carlos are back together. Oh yeah Charlie I want you to add more men.”

“Why Jessi?”

“Charlie's been after my family. I don't want anything to happen to the kids and Carlos.”

“Who's after your family Jessi?”

“I don't know, but Mike got information that someone was after Carlos and Mike. If they don't succeed in killing Carlos and Mike, their target is my son.”

“Jessi you don't worry I'll find out who they are. And I will also add men to keep watch at home and watch over your son.

“Thank you Charlie.”

“Same Jessi, then I go first.”

“Good Charlie.”

Charlie left Jessica's house. Jessica went straight to her room.

Jessica saw Carlos still playing with Isabell, she smiled looking at the two of them. Isabell looked very happy, so did Carlos he loved Isabell very much.

Carlos looked at Jessica and smiled

“Has Charlie arrived?”

“Iya already, I have also asked Charlie to add his men.” Jessica said as she sat on the sofa.

Carlos stood up and held Isabell

“Dreams of papa in the room first yes.” Carlos said as he took Isabell to his room. Carlos put Isabell in the box and then he went back to his room.

Carlos sat down next to Jessica and hugged Jessica.

“Darling I want someone to keep an eye on Cella and Acel at school. I don't want anything to happen to both of them.”

“Iya of course.” Jessica answered, leaning her head against Carlos' chest.

“You also spoke to Kairos, let Charlie's men be with him. If you're the one who's talking he'll definitely hear.”

“Iya later I'll talk to him. I'll prepare our dinner beb.”

“Well baby, I'll help you.”

Carlos and Jessica came out of the room and headed to the kitchen. Carlos helps Jessica cook.
