Giving birth to twins
Jessica's age is nine months old. Carlos and Jessica have known the sex of their baby since the age of six months, today Carlos drove Jessica to the hospital. Jessica is going to have a caesarean section. Carlos doesn't want jessica to give birth to a normal.
At the hospital, Jessica and Carlos met with the Anesthesiologist, who signed a letter of approval. After signing the letter of approval, Doctor, Jessica and Carlos headed to the operating room. Carlos was allowed to accompany Jessica during the operation.
Shortly afterwards Federico, Liliana and Mike also Kairos arrived at the hospital. Mike carried Kairos, Carlos went straight to them.
“Papa, which mama?”

“How is Carlos, the operation has started?”
“Not yet dad, soon to be started. Dad Jessica needs are already below?”

“Alright dad, I go inside first.” Carlos kissed Kairos and he went inside and he put on his medical clothes and a mask. She sat by Jessica's bedside, Carlos staring at Jessica. She stroked Jessica's hair then Anesthesia Doctor came and told Jessica to sit down. Doctors injected Epidural injections into Jessica's spine, after which she was done, and the doctor sat down near her bed to make sure there was no negative reaction to her body after receiving the Epidural injections.
The nurse came in and covered half of Jessica's body with a curtain, Carlos watching Jessica. Her feelings became fearful and nervous, she held Jessica's hand and soon the surgery began. During the operation, Carlos looked directly into Jessica's eyes and Jessica always smiled at him, Carlos stroked Jessica's face.
As the baby cries, Carlos stands up and sees the first baby the doctor takes out. The doctor saw Carlos.
“Baby girl.” The doctor gave the nurse and the doctor took out another baby. Carlos saw the doctor take out another baby. “Yang this baby boy.” Carlos was so happy, the doctor cut his ari.
“Dok, can my wife see it?”
“Of course.” The doctor told the nurse to show Jessica both babies.
Jessica smiled at the two babies, then the nurse took the two babies and bathed them.
Carlos again sat by the bed, he accompanied Jessica until the doctor finished sewing the former incision of the operation.
The doctor stood up and the nurse opened the curtain that covered half of Jessica's body.
“Let's be moved soon.”
“Good doctor, Thank you.”
“Same as Mr.” The doctor left the operating room and the nurse tidied up the operating equipment.
The nurse and midwife were still watching Jessica in the room recovering unconscious, Jessica could not move her legs.
“Beb, my legs are like paralyzed.”
Carlos laughs. “That's because the Epidural influence is still there, later on your legs can be moved.”
“You haven't seen our son?”
“Iya dear later I will see it.”
“Beb, invite Kairos also to see his sister!”
“Definitely darling.” Kairos kissed Jessica's forehead he stood up and went out to meet Liliana and Federico as well as Mike.
“How's Carlos?”
“Having finished Dad's surgery, let's see the baby!” Carlos hugs Kairos and they go to the nursery, the nurse sees Carlos. She moved the two babies near the glass window.
Carlos saw his two children.
“Honey, the sister of Kairos.”
“Papa Kairos want to kiss sister.”
“Iya later darling, can't now.” Liliana, Federico and Mike, they also saw the two babies from the glass. They're very happy.
Not long after Jessica moved, Jessica moved to Vip. They went into the room and Kairos saw Jessica.
“Mama, sister Kairos where?” Carlos lifts Kairos up and sits on the side of the bed and Jessica kisses Kairos. “Before sister kairos will be below here.”
“How long mom, Kairos want to see sister.”
“Iya dear, patient!” Jessica stroked Kairos' hair and soon the nurse brought the twins into the room. “Well that Kairos sister came.”
“Mama, Kairos want to carry sister.”
“Iya darling, briefly.”
“Iya darling, the sister Kairos.” Kairos caressed her sister's face and kissed her cheek, Jessica smiled looking at Kairos.
Liliana took the baby boy out of the nurse's hand and placed next to Jessica, Jessica stroked her baby cheek.
“Beb you will name what our twin babies are?”
“Marcel and Marcella darling.”
Liliana and Federico smile at Carlos and Jessica, Carlos takes Marcella from Kairos and Kairos down from the sofa. She walked over to Jessica's bed.
Carlos puts Marcella next to Jessica and she holds Marcel. They took turns hugging Marcel and Marcella, they all looked happy.

Finally Jessica and her twins came home, they had prepared a room for Marcel and Marcella. Carlos and Jessica put them in a box.
Jessica and Carlos close the twins room and go to their room, Jessica lies on the bed and Carlos kisses Jessica on the forehead.
When Marcel and Marcella were six months old they took a nanny to help Liliana take care of their twin babies and Jessica resumed her studies. Carlos is back at Federico's company. Companies in Indonesia are handed over to Tiara.
Jessica attended college for two years, finished college she helped in Federico's company. Kairos was six years old and went to school, while the twins were two years old.
Jessica and Carlos are very harmonious, although busy with their work always makes lunch with their children.
Carlos walked to Jessica's room, opened the door and approached Jessica again in front of the computer. Jessica stood up and wrapped her hands around Carlos' waist.
“It's time for lunch baby, kids are waiting for us.”
“Iya beb, we walk now.” Carlos kissed Jessica on the forehead and they came out of Jessica's room, they both left the office and went home.
Arriving at Kairos' house immediately welcomed Carlos and Jessica.
“Hi papa.” Kairos hugged and kissed Carlos on the cheek.
“Where are your two sisters?”
“Still in room.” Kairos also hugged Jessica. “Mam, I love you.”
Jessica hugged Kairos. “Mama also loves you very much dear, oh yes earlier in school learn what dear?”
“So we learned to read and write mam.”
They went into the dining room.
“Keep you can?”
“Of course Mam.”
Jessica hugged Kairos. “Smart mama's son, which oma is dear?”
“Still in room Marcel and Marcella.”
“Dear love you just sit here, mama wants to see your two sisters. Beb let's go to Marcel and Marcella's room.
“Iya darling.” The two of them went upstairs and went into the twin's room, where Liliana was replacing Marcel's clothes.

Marcella saw Jessica. “Mama hold.”
Jessica took Marcella and carried her.
“Beb you carry Marcel!”
“Iya darling.” Carlos carried Marcel and they came out of the room to the dining room.
Jessica and Carlos put Marcel and Marcella in the baby seat and Jessica fed them both. After feeding the two of them, Jessica eats and Carlos takes care of the twins. Carlos dropped them both and let them play.
“Kairos later help oma ya see your two sisters!”
“Iya papa.” Carlos hugs and kisses Kairos, then Kairos plays with his two younger siblings.
Jessica and Carlos returned to the office.
