The sound of exhaust roars roared on the deserted streets, a car with a famous brand of red was driving. No matter the exhaust noise, it was as if he was the owner of the road.

Carlos drives a car in the dark of the night, he is in a hurry to meet someone. Carlos arrived in the suburbs, he stopped the car and he got off. Carlos entered at one of the bars and someone greeted him.

The man took Carlos into the room and the two of them talked, and soon two more people entered. Carlos stood up and greeted the two men, and they sat down and talked. Sometimes Carlos nods his head, his face looks serious. (what are they talking about?)

Carlos stood up and again he greeted them, Carlos said goodbye to them and then he walked out of the bar. Carlos got in the car and he went back home. At home, she goes straight to her room and Jessica's. Carlos opened the door, and he saw that Jessica had fallen asleep. Carlos took off the Jacket and T-shirt then he sat down on the side of the bed, Carlos stroked Jessica's face and kissed Jessica's forehead.

Jessica woke up and she looked at Carlos, Jessica smiled and she put her hand on Carlos' thigh.

“You from anywhere, beb?” jessica asked in a hoarse voice

“I met a friend at the bar, sorry to wake you up,” Carlos said then he stood up and took off his jeans and he lay down next to Jessica

“It's okay,” Jessica said, she put her head on Carlos' chest and wrapped her tag around Carlos' stomach.

Carlos stroked Jessica's hair and kissed Jessica's forehead. With Carlos's thoughts on Mike, Carlos begins to become suspicious of Mike's change in attitude.

“Darling, there's something I want to talk to you about,” Carlos let go of Jessica's embrace then she sat down and leaned against the back of the bed. Jessica sat on the bed and looked at Carlos

“What's up, beb?” Jessica became astonished by Carlos' attitude

“Honey, if I die ...” Carlos stopped

“Beb, what are you talking about? What else are you going to do?” Jessica started to worry about Carlos

“Honey, lately Mike's attitude has changed. Ever since Sonia and Reagen came in she seemed to change, I suspected something was wrong. If Mike wants to touch my family, then with my own hands I'll kill him, even if my life is at stake.

“Beb. You don't think so. There's no way Mike's gonna touch our family, isn't he there like this because you're also daddy. So there's no way she's touching our family, ” Jessica is trying to calm Carlos down, even though she already knows who Mike is. Jessica just doesn't want Carlos to kill again.

“What if what I think happened,” asked Carlos while holding Jessica's hand

Carlos was crying in Jessica's arms, he missed Kairos so much. Carlos still does not believe in Kairos' death. Jessica took Carlos to bed, she let Carlos sleep on her chest.

“I'm sorry, beb. I can't tell you yet that Kairos is still alive, I don't want all the plans they've put together to go awry.” Jessica said in her heart.

Finally Carlos fell asleep in Jessica's arms.

Carlos goes to Mike's office, without knocking on the door he goes straight into Mike's office. He saw there was Reagen and Sonia there. Carlos greeted the three of them then he immediately sat down on the sofa.

Mike was surprised to see Carlos, he immediately stood up then he sat in front of Carlos.he saw the look on Carlos's face was not as usual.

“Hi, Carlos. How are the kids?” ask Mike to eliminate his surprise at Carlos' arrival

“Emm .. they're all fine Mike. Oh yes Mike there is something I want to talk to you about,” Carlos told Mike

“Good, Carlos. What do you want to talk about?” mike asked while glancing at Sonia and Reagen

“Um ... Look Mike, it looks like someone wants to play around with my family,” Carlos said, he wants to see Mike's reaction with his words.

“Who, Carlos? Who wants to mess with your family?” mike asked pretending he didn't know, he didn't want Carlos to be suspicious of him.

“I'm still investigating Mike. If what I think is true, then I do not hesitate to kill him. I do not care who he is, if you dare to touch my family then with my own hands that will finish him,” Carlos replied by looking at Sonia and Reagen

Mike just kept quiet, he knew Carlos's nature. He would not look at anyone to kill.

"Carlos, if anyone bullies your family then I'm the one who'll finish him off." He pretended in front of Carlos so that Carloa would not be suspicious.

"Thank you, Mike." Carlos stood up and he walked out of Mike's study. Carlos went to the parking lot and then he got in the car.

He sat down and rested his head on the back of the chair

"Don't play games with me Mike, I've taken my brother for granted. But if you want to stab me in the back, I don't hesitate to kill you" Carlos muttered and his phone rang.

Carlos picked up the hanphonenya then looked at the incoming grill. Carlos did not know the number because there was no name. Carlos didn't answer the phone, he drove his car out of the parking lot.

While driving the phone again rang, Carlos saw a message coming in. Carlos pulled the car over and he read the message.

After reading the message, Carlos immediately hit the gas, he went straight to the address listed in the message. Carlos arrives and he gets out of the car. Little Carlos berlair walked into the cafe, he was looking for the person who sent him the message.

He saw a woman waving at him, Carlos approached the woman. They shook hands and Carlos sat opposite the woman, they talked. Carlos looks like he's nodding his head.

Carlos pulled out a check and wrote a number there and then he gave the woman a check.

Carlos stood up then he shook hands back with the woman. Caros left the cafe, he went to the office.

Carlos arrives at the office then he goes inside the room, Carlos sits down then he thinks about the conversation he had with the woman at the cafe.

"Leave for a moment then all will be exposed," murmured Carlos then the door opened.

Carlos smiled then he stood up and greeted Acel. He hugged Acel and kissed Acel's forehead.

"What about your work," asked Carlos as he sat back in his chair.

"Good, pap. Oh yeah tomorrow there's a board meeting."

"Yes, everyone has to be present. Mama is you too" said Carlos. He noticed the look on Acel's face. "are you okay?"

"Em .. Yes, just my stomach again there's a little problem. I went back and forth this morning to the toilet" said Acel, holding his stomach

"You go to the Doctor."

"Ah .. no need, pap. I'm fine, all right I'm back in my room. There's something I want to do." Acel stood up and hugged Carlos

Acel left Carlos's study and then he walked into his study. Acel is back at work.

Mexico

Kairos and Mauritio went to review the location to be built condominium, they both circled the land so large.

"How, Kairos? Do you like this location?" mauritio asked while walking on Kairos' side

"This location is good, have you met this landowner?" Kairos turned his gaze to some towering buildings near the location.

"Yes, Kairos. I've met this land owner, he just happens to need money again" replied Mauritio

"Good, Mauritio. I hope this land is not expensive" said Kairos then he took Mauritio away.

They both got into the car and Kairos' cell phone rang, Kairos smiled and he answered the phone from Tania.

"Hallo, honey. What about your plan? It worked?"

"Yes, honey. I'm still working on my plan. Ah.honey, I miss you so much too Ezer." There was a clear voice coming from across the phone from Tania

"Alright, honey. I hang up now, I'll call you later tonight."

"All right, sweetheart. I love you" said Kairos

"I love you too. Bye."

The phone closed and Kairos smiled.

"I must quickly get land and then return to America" Kairos murmured inwardly.

To the next day in Federico's office gathered all the board of directors, Mike was also present there. They all went into the meeting room.

Carlos and Jessica sat close to Federico while Acel sat opposite Jessica. Mike sat a few seats with Acel.

Federico opened the meeting, he explained about all their Group-owned companies. Mike's eyes slightly glanced at Acel.

"It's been almost a week, soon the poison will make you die" Mike murmured, not concentrating on Federico's explanation.

Mike had not heard about the company in Germany, he did not hear that the company in Germany had been given to him. His thoughts were only on Acel, he wanted the death of Acel so badly.

Jessica watched Mike, she saw Mike's gaze always pointing at Acel.

"What is Mike planning? Why was his gaze on Acel like that?" Jessica becomes agitated, she begins to suspect Mike. "Don't let him plot something evil to Acel."

While Reagen is with Ambar in the car, the two make out.

"Ambar, how about you be my lover?" ask Reagent by showing a serious face

Ambar laughed then he patted Reagen's arm, he couldn't believe what Reagen had just said.

"You're serious, Reagent?" ask Ambar with a smile

"Yes, Ambar. I'm very serious, be my lover" Reagen asked with a pleading face

"Not so fast, Reagent. Give me some time, ok!"

Reagent took a deep breath then he leaned his head on the back of the car seat.

"Alright, Ambar. I'll wait for him" Reagen said in a slightly disappointed voice

They're still meeting at Federico's office. Carlos watched Jessica beside him.

"Are you okay, baby?" asked Carlos in a soft voice

"Yes beb," Jessica replied while nodding her head. "I was just looking at Acel, his face was pale."

Carlos immediately turned his eyes to Acel then he whispered to Jessica

"Honey, yesterday he complained that his stomach was having problems. Yesterday he went back and forth to the toilet, and then we finished our meeting and took him to the doctor" said Carlos to calm Jessica

Acel looked restless on the seat, his body sweating coldly.

"Why does my body feel so weak? Is it because I didn't have breakfast?" Acel immediately wanted to get out of the room but Federico was still talking.

Mike smiled at Acel who was getting restless, he saw that Acel's face looked pale. He took a deep breath and leaned his body on the back of the chair.

"So soon he'll be gone for good" Mike said with a cynical smile.

Federico ended the meeting, then he stood up and hugged Carlos and Jessica.

"Let's go to the house" Federico told Carlos and Jessica

"Yes, dad. Later in the afternoon I Jessi and the children will go to daddy's house" Carlos replied while watching Acel who was still sitting.

Mike approached Federico and Carlos and he talked to them.

Jessica saw that nothing was wrong with Acel, she stroked Acel and stroked Acel's hair.

"Are you okay, baby?" jessica asked worriedly

"Mam, my body feels weak. Maybe it's because I've been sleeping a few days and not eating" Acel replied, wiping the sweat off his forehead.

"Darling, this room is cold Why are you sweating? We better go to the doctor now. Mama doesn't want anything to happen to you" Jessica said, stroking Acel's hair.

Carlos watched Jessica and Acel, he left Mike and Federico and then he approached Jessica and Acel.

"What's up, baby? Is Acel okay?" asked Carlos while watching Acel.

"Beb, we have to get Acel down to the hospital" Jessica said. He looks very worried

"Mam, no need. I'm fine, I just want to go home and rest" Acel said as he stood up from his seat.

"Acel, you need to see a doctor. From yesterday you complained of pain. Papa doesn't want anything to happen to you."

As for Mike, he still talks with Federico but his eyes are always on Jessica, Carlos and Acel.

They all came out of the meeting room. Acel was walking with Jessica and Carlos, suddenly he was holding Carlos' hand

"Repr ...." Acel suddenly fainted

Carlos stopped and immediately held Acel. He hugged Acel and slowly he threw Acel on the floor.

Jessica and Federico immediately panicked, Jessica immediately called Colby and Dennis.

Mike smiled at Acel passing out, he looked happy because he thought the poison was working. Mike put on a worried face, he pretended to panic and shouted to Colby and Dennis

Carlos patted Acel on the cheek, he looked very worried. He palpated Acel's pulse, still throbbing. Carlos took off the tie and opened the Acel shirt.

"Honey, we're going to the hospital" Carlos said, his tears falling

Jessica cried she held Acel's hand and stroked Acel's face

Colby and Dennis came in and they picked up Acel and took Acel to the car. Jessica and Carlos got in the car. They took Acel to the hospital.

Federico also went to the hospital, Marco escorted Federico. Mike got into his car and followed her to the hospital.

"My plan worked" said Mike, laughing in the car. "now the Ecuadorian company is automatically mine."

Mike looks really happy in the car
