The door of the room was opened by officers. Gabby is still strengthening her heart to accept the reality. Without even being told, he already understood what was being faced with.
Gabby looked at George for a moment, asking for strength for the man who still controlled her heart. What else after the love statement.
George nodded and smiled. “You must be strong. Let's go in, your husband must have missed wanting to meet you,”.
Clenching her lips so as not to quiver, Gabby nodded in response.
They began to step into the execution room. Gabby's chest rumbled as she looked at her husband's back. He can't say anything more.
Gabby couldn't hold back her tears, she let out the clear liquid as Marvel began to turn towards her.
The man still smiled, but his death was in sight.
“Hei ... why cry?” Marvel walked over to his wife. He rubbed the wet cheek with his fingers.
Gabby still didn't answer, her throat choked. His lips were clenched and tears were the answer to his grief.
“Did you miss your husband so much that you cried to see me?” marvel asked, stretching out his arms so that his wife would embrace him.
Gabby nodded in response. He took off the stroller and hugged Marvel tightly. He cried by letting out a sob.
George took over the baby stroller. He could only see a couple who would soon be separated by death. He was not jealous, he felt sadness.
Marvel stroked his wife's shoulder, he wanted to cry but as much as he could. He did not want to make his wife harder to leave him.
The two hands began to unravel his arms from his wife, Marvel held Gabby's shoulders and gave distance to see the beautiful face of his wife. His wife's eyes still shed tears.
With his fingers, Marvel again wiped his wife's tears with a smile review. “Do not cry.”
Gabby hit her husband's chest with no energy. “How can I not cry when I meet my husband in a room like this? Why are you so bad not to tell me?”
“I'm sorry, I just don't want to burden your mind.”
Gabby could only shake her head. He is very sad. What is this fact, why is the sadness in a row. Having lost her father, she must now deliver her husband's departure.
Marvel turned to squatting in front of the stroller. His hands outstretched playing with the baby's puffed up hands.
“Hei, hotshot. Take care of your Mommy, huh? Grow healthy.” His hands began to grab the tiny body. He carried her like a real father.
The baby chattered as Marvel asked him to speak. The tiny hand stretched out to touch Marvel's jaw overgrown with fine feathers.
George just stared at the sight earlier. He just kept quiet.
While Gabby looked at her husband with her baby with tears that did not stop.
Marvel is closing in on George. He smiles. “Simple men, thank you for all your help for me.”
George didn't protest when Marvel called him a stingy guy, not what he used to be. “It is my duty as a human being to help each other,” he replied.
“Can I ask you one more thing?”
George nodded. “Tell me.”
“Pasti.”
Marvel kissed the baby's forehead held deep. Once satisfied, he looked back at George and handed the baby to his Daddy.
George took over his son. He carried it carefully.
“Congratulations on the birth of your first child. Sorry, I just said it now.”
“Thank you. I'm sorry, I also forgot to deliver God's message before he died. He told me to apologize to you for not being able to see you in jail.”
Marvel nodded. “I'll meet him after this. Hope we can meet there.”
Marvel turned to look at his wife Gabby—. “Thank you Gabby, my love, my wife. You have been present in my life full of sin and error. Thank you for accepting me to be your husband. I am so happy to be your husband. Forgive me for not being able to be a husband who can protect you. My mistake is too big. The law must be enforced. If I could regret it and repeat time, I would not be a mobster. But time keeps moving forward. All can only be my regrets.”
Marvel then guides Gabby to stand next to George. He joined his wife's hand with George.
“After I'm gone, marry George. He will be the one who will always take care of you, love you, and love you. He's the right person to be your life partner.” Marvel handed his wife over to his love rival. A competitor who helped him a lot. “I want you to promise me that.”
Gabby and George nodded in response.
Marvel looked at the officer standing guard there. He nodded his head giving a signal that he was ready by now.
One of the officers walked over, carrying a tray filled with glasses.
Gabby and George could only watch in silence. Can't say anything. It is his lawful path like that.
Marvel started grabbing the glass. Slowly he started drinking it. Cyanide water. Marvel made a final appeal to the authorities. The prison in its place does have a previlage for the death row inmate making a final request before being executed, whatever it may be granted provided it is not a release.
Marvel made her final plea to let her family come to see her and choose to die with poison instead of being hanged, shot, or electrocuted. He wanted his body to remain intact when he died.
Yoke!
Marvel put the glass back. The cyanide has not yet reacted.
Marvel looked back at his wife. “Can you hug me? I want to breathe my last breath in the arms of my loved ones,”.
Gabby nodded. He immediately grabbed Marvel's body. Still sobbing herself, her stock of tears was very abundant.
Cyanide begins to react in the body. Marvel started to spit foam out of his mouth. He closed his eyelids as oxygen began to get into his lungs.
The hand that grabbed his wife's body began to limp helplessly. Slowly Marvel collapsed in his wife's arms, his legs unable to support his body anymore.
Gabby's body slowly slumped down, not letting go of her arms from Marvel. He sat there. Slowly he broke his hand.
Marvel fell on Gabby's lap.
The woman cried bitterly when she saw the face of her husband who had given off a lot of foam. He hugged the body again.
“Sleep peacefully, my husband. Thank you for loving me,” Gabby said.
Gabby landed her kiss on her husband's forehead. His tears until dripping wet the skin that had turned blue on his lips.
