Lady Obella was obviously very interested in the diamond. Then he said. "Miss Olivia, we'll have a chance to talk another day, about that delicious restaurant, please help me. Lucas said he'd take me there."
"Good, sure."
"Let's go, madam." Hansel accompanied Madame Obella in.
"Sister, you go first, I'll talk to my friend for a minute" Lucas said, nodding Hansel.
At the door, Lady Obella looked at Olivia and Lucas.
Hansel stopped, and asked. "Mrs, what's wrong?"
Madame Obella replied. "The girl really caught my attention. You can see it, Lucas is very interested in him and he has enough reasons to ignore me."
Then, Madame Obella laughed elegantly.
"I think you're too serious. The boy always respects you as his birth mother. If he seems to be ignoring you, it may be because he is watching a beautiful girl who catches his attention" someone told Lady Obella.
Lady Obella smiled and said, "I still hope that in the future, Lucas can be my son-in-law and son."
However, when Obella thought about it, sadness appeared in her eyes.
Mrs Obella's son has been separated from her for more than 8 years and she doesn't know if she's okay or not.
For over 8 years, her son has grown up on his own and has been adopted by his new family.
Hansel tried to comfort Mrs Obella and said, "Mrs, you have to believe that I've tried my best to help you find her and I believe there will soon be a clue. If you really like Lucas, you can think of him as your son."
Madame Obella smiled and patted Hansel's hand. "Young people have young lives. If Lucas wants to like Miss Olivia, I won't force her. Miss Olivia is good to look at, in contrast to the women who have bad personalities."
Hansel nodded in response, but in his heart, he did not expect that the two would meet in person.
Olivia was shocked as Lucas waved his hand in front of her face and distracted her from his thoughts.
Olivia realized that she was thinking about Mr. Scarlett's words on the show.
"What's wrong?" ask Lucas.
Olivia tried to respond quickly, though her mind was still struggling on Mr Scarlett's words. "I'll be away for a while, you hurry to accompany Madame Obella!"
"But the auction has just begun and there's something extraordinary in a moment. You look amazing tonight, it's a pity that you leave" Lucas said, looking at Olivia with appreciation.
"Thank you, but I'll be a minute." Olivia left immediately without waiting any longer.
"Initially I came to work, now that person doesn't need me anymore, so I don't have to linger here anymore" Olivia said and turned to leave Lucas.
"Olivia" Lucas stared at Olivia's departure
Olivia didn't go back to Lucas.
Olivia grabbed her skirt and went down the stairs.
Lucas glanced back at the figure that had slowly disappeared from his sight in the darkness.
