At first, Lucas' attention made Olivia feel overwhelmed. However, the last sentence Lucas uttered made him somewhat irritated.
After Mrs Obella exits the IGD room and enters the VIP room, Lucas offers to drive Olivia and Rena home.

Lucas and Rena are ready to go. Then, Olivia saw someone she knew from afar heading to their place.
Olivia stood up as she looked at the figure. However, the man following behind Alio made Rena feel sad and embarrassed.
Seen from her eyes was a sense of regret, and Rena involuntarily turned away.
Alio came here with Doctor Lay. Lucas knows that Alio's arrival must be for Olivia.
"Second young master, let's go!" rena whispers to Lucas.
