Chapters 13. Guests Not Invited.

Shiena arrived at her home as the day approached midnight. From outside his door he heard the voice of a man conversing with Shen Shen, the butler of his house.

"I feel no stranger to the owner of this voice. How could a man be in my house this late?" Shiena walked over with anger.

People in this country are too friendly to new people. There were times when he liked this, but it was not uncommon for him to be unfamiliar. His high curiosity made him lose his freedom.

Shiena prefers to live in Europe and eastern Asia. There he felt more free. High individualism makes him comfortable because his life will not be too kidnapped.

Shiena's door opened slightly. Now he could see clearly who the person who was visiting his house was.

"No way," whispered Shiena softly.

It felt like he didn't believe his eyes but this was completely real. His heart rippled violently as he looked at the man who had strange energy waves in his body. Shiena flailed the base of her palm on her forehead while walking.

"Good night, Miss!" greet Shen Shen when he first saw her.

"Hm." Shiena nodded then looked at Mister Sean who was standing up to greet her.

His two furrowed brows made Master Sean understand that Shiena was wondering about his arrival.

"I'm sorry if my arrival bothers you. I just want to make sure you come home and one more ...." Mr. Sean pulled out his phone and showed me some photos in his gallery.

"What does this mean?" Shiena looked at Mr. Sean's phone in her hand.

"That's the bike I promised you. You can choose which one you like I'll send it tomorrow." Mr. Sean looks so excited.

Shiena gave a strange look to Master Sean.

"So, he came just for this? Can't he send the picture to my phone? Just-there's!" Shiena was inexhaustible with what Mr. Sean was doing.

"Aren't I coming to your office tomorrow or the day after tomorrow? I'll hand over all the evidence and all the data I've managed to get." Shiena sat on a single sofa that was in front of her.

Mr. Sean looks flabbergasted. Regardless of what prompted her, she was eager to meet Shiena. When he was near her it was like being near the Red Phoenix that he had saved as a child.

Actually he wants to be honest but it feels very embarrassing if he says about his best friend. A handsome, rich and slightly arrogant man was friendly to a phoenix, unbelievable.

"I've failed several times to send people to arrest Hazzel and Leo. Let's just say I'm worried about you, miss."

Mr. Sean's remarks impressed Shiena. However, his high prestige made him mediocre. Another case with Shen Shen who blushed in embarrassment when his master got the attention of a man.

"What's wrong with my mouth? I shouldn't have said this." Sean looks nervous.

"thank you. I'm so tired tonight. I'll see you tomorrow." Shiena left Master Sean who was confused by her.

Master Sean could only stare at Shiena's departure without saying anything. His image as a cold man indifferent to women collapsed instantly. No matter how much his wits resisted, his heart continued to push him to get close to Shiena.

Shen Shen felt confused to face Master Sean. There was no way he would throw her out to go home even though she was already sleepy.

Until a while Mr. Sean kept daydreaming and was unaware that Shiena had disappeared. Shen Shen Shen's voice pretending to cough was what made him wake up from the daydream. His face flushed when he knew that Shen Shen was watching him.

"Ah, sorry I forgot about you. Looks like I should be home soon. Thank you for letting me wait here." Sean said goodbye to Shen Shen.

"This man is very handsome and gentle. Not all rumors are true. Or...he was being nice for liking Miss Gu Jia? Ah, nevermind! May they be fooled." Shen Shen did not want to bother.

His smile never escaped his face as he walked towards his room. To the point that he did not realize that Shiena was standing before him. He almost hit her.

"Gee!" shen Shen Pekik.

"Good, Miss! You just surprised me!" shen Shen said as he held onto his thumping chest in surprise.

Shiena continued her footsteps going into the kitchen to take a drink leaving Shen glued to her feet.

"You're the one who's whining. Smiles like crazy people." Shiena shook her head in an inexhaustible manner.

Shen Shen smiled and gave a flirtatious look to tease Shiena.

Shiena aimed her shoulders in disgust at Shen Shen's behavior. If he was not a descendant of Yushi, he would have beaten him to a pulp.

"Huh! What are you, anyway? You're not drunk, are you?" shiena asked while shivering.

Shen Shen Shen's facial expression changed instantly. He felt that his employer misunderstood him. Before everything went haywire he had to explain everything to Shiena.

"Miss, can't be joked. Wherever I like Miss, we are both women" Shen Shen Shen's murmur showed its regretful face.

Their closeness made him extremely bold to Shiena. Although she liked being ignorant but Shiena rarely scolded her.

"Then what do you mean flickering like that?" Shiena was no less upset.

"Hmm, Miss is too stiff. I just wanted to tease Miss because she already has a male friend" Shen Shen explained.

Shiena knitted her two eyebrows.

"Near friend? You mean Sean?" ask Shiena.

Shen Shen nodded quickly.

"From the look in his eyes it seems so obvious that Mr. Sean likes you, Miss."

Shiena looked at Shen Shen straight. He did not believe what he said. Only twice had he met Mr. Sean, it felt strange that Shen Shen made such a conclusion.

"You've been watching too much drama." Shiena walked away from Shen Shen. He did not want his mood to get more chaotic. Shen Shen Shen's words often poisoned his mind.

They both went to their rooms. And sure enough, what Shen Shen said was very disturbing to Shiena. The shadow of Mr. Sean's face kept appearing in his mind making Shiena feel frustrated.

"Armgh! It's all because of Shen Shen. My brain was completely consumed by her nonsensical speech. It seems impossible if Sean likes me. I don't want to be fooled." Shiena covered her entire body with a blanket.

A few seconds later, he opened the blanket again. He remembered his promise to Yushi to open his heart to a man. There was no harm in him giving Mr. Sean a chance to get close to him.

"'It doesn't look bad. Even though the man was cold and arrogant before, he started to notice me. But what if his arrogant and haughty illness relapses again? I don't know, I don't want to think about it." This time Shiena decided to go to bed.

In his sleep, Mr. Sean was back. However, not as an owner of several companies. He appears as a man from the same era as his early life.
