Chapters 07. Shiena's Regret.

Shiena did not return home immediately. He hadn't visited Yushi in a long time. His loyal servant is old at this time. Although he could survive but his body could no longer look young like Gu Jia who remained young.

The distance of her current place with Yushi's residence was still quite a distance away but Shiena did not want to look for a taxi. He has not walked for a long time. His steps look ordinary but surpass the speed of the most sophisticated electric train creation.

It only took him about ten minutes to reach the place he was aiming for.

In front of the gate he was greeted by security guards there. They were still Yushi's descendants so did not feel astonished by Shiena's sudden arrival.

His gaze circled around and found the condition of the house had not changed much. Almost twenty years Yushi occupied it in this country. They are quite comfortable considering the environment and good weather.

"Normally not yet, Miss. Grandma was still awake even though she was in her room!" obviously one of those men.

"Hm." Shiena nodded then walked away leaving the two gatekeepers.

Yushi's residence is quite spacious. They take the natural concept by expanding the green area and beautiful garden around the house. However, Shiena did not allow them to nurture any kind of beast here.

Yushi's house looks empty. The servants might have fallen asleep by now considering it was late at night. Shiena did not call anyone to greet her and walked alone towards Yushi's room.

The old woman was seen sitting when Shiena came. Even though Gu Jia changed her name and appearance hundreds of times, she still recognized him well. Yushi tried to get up from his seat to greet Gu Jia.

"Shut up there! Let me come." Shiena felt pity to see Yushi's old body.

Yushi smiled happily.

"Miss Gu has never changed. Your kind heart makes me flattered. Greetings, Your Majesty!" Yushi put his hands together in front of his face.

"You're over-praising me. How are you doing? Are you all right?" ask Shiena.

"I'm fine, Miss." Yushi's face looked sad. It was as if he was hiding something.

Shiena knew Yushi well. He would rather hide his problems than reveal them to anyone. However, the slightest change in expression on her face was able to be captured by Shiena.

"You're not okay. What are you thinking? Are your grandchildren not treating you well?" search Shiena.

Yushi hurriedly shook his head. She did not want Shiena to misunderstand and blame her grandchildren.

"Then?" Shiena was still chasing after him with questions.

Yushi lowered his head. For a few days his mind was disturbed. He felt too old and tired with his condition.

"Hmmh!" Shiena grunts.

As a commander in chief in the past, his firm attitude still dominates to this day. He doesn't like complicated things. His patience is very thin.

"Agod, Miss. There is nothing less than you. I was just thinking about myself!" Yushi is back to making puzzles.

"You guys? What's wrong with you?" the look in Shiena's eyes stared intently at Yushi.

There was no longer any gap for Yushi to hide his wish. Lying was useless as Shiena would easily find out.

Yushi finally said what was on his mind. She hoped Shiena would understand and let her die as soon as possible. Yushi could no longer bear his helplessness.

Shiena was silent at Yushi's words. His heart felt sad as it remembered that only Yushi had him at the moment. After his death no one cared for him other than Yushi.

A very rare moment happened. When Shiena is sad, it will have a bad impact on the world. On a clear night suddenly there was a thunderous sound that roared from his grief.

The clouds started to gather and bring about a storm. In an instant it rained down with a rush of wind and lightning. This storm had a very bad impact and caused a lot of damage.

Yushi looks very worried. Before this the same thing had happened a few hundred years ago, and if it was not stopped soon then the entire city would be completely destroyed.

Shiena's body stood pecked with her cold-looking face. His eyes stared blankly ahead with tears dripping down his cheeks. Losing Yushi would mean losing half of his life.

With a face of fear and guilt Yushi descended slowly from his chair. He then dropped his body on the floor and knelt at Shiena's feet. Sorrow makes Yushi cry because he no longer knows how to calm Shiena down.

"Forgive me, Miss. I didn't mean to leave you. I am guilty of wanting death. I admit I was wrong, Miss. I'm .. I'm willing to live another thousand years for you." Yushi was crying so much, he didn't know what to say anymore.

Shiena started to flinch. He looked at Yushi feelingly. Still with his cold demeanor he helped Yushi to get up and took her sitting on the edge of the bed.

Shiena's sorrow was still visible on her face even though it had started to fade. His eyes became soft and looked softer.

"You should know that I'm willing to sacrifice anything for you. Even I was willing to give you my blood to keep you alive. Do you still doubt if I'm really afraid of losing you? Just be patient, Yushi. At least until I find my soul mate. At that time we will leave this world quietly and return to the heavenly realm." Shiena spoke with fiery fury.

Yushi could only nod. He is not able to speak anymore. To him most importantly Shiena was already calmer.

Slowly the storm began to recede along with Shiena's already improved mood. Yushi was relieved.

"I promise not to leave before Miss gets perfection. We'll go together to nirvana!" Yushi spoke confidently.

Shiena smiled happily at Yushi's remark. His heart felt calmer. The only thing that can realize his wish is to find a man who sincerely loves him.

For Shiena it is harder to establish a relationship with someone than to risk her life to fight the enemy. However, he had to do it immediately because honestly he himself also did not have the heart to see Yushi's increasingly old body.

"I promise you, Yushi. After today I will try to be more gentle with a man!" Shiena monologues in heart.
