The girl closed her eyes, and Kaleesh stomped his feet. That is all it takes to send shock waves to the ground. The bandits no longer brandished weapons or glanced. Their boots were shaking.
“Well,” says Kaleesh, “what's wrong here? The three of you are not thinking of kidnapping this helpless girl, are you? Or is this rape possible? Not that it makes a difference; after all, you torture the weak! I hope you are ready to be tortured in turn!”
The torture at first wasn't Kaleesh's plan. He would give quick and merciless death to those men. But then, in a trembling voice, one of the thugs spoke up.
“H-Heh! K-K-You are my type, m-sweet! I-I will do what I want to you too!"
Empty words. Kaleesh Dragon Aura completely prevented low-level monsters from acting. The man was clearly struggling just to stay sober. But his words quite angered Kaleesh.
"What's that?" she asked. “You want to taste it? Well, if you think you can take me, then help yourself!”
When Kaleesh became a demiwyrm, he chose the Soul Dragon as his Dragon Factor. The reason for that was simple: awesome, really cool, and it fits perfectly with his image! But now, he thought, it might be the best option. After all, it gave him the ability to see the nature of a person. Every stagnation and uncleanness that pollutes a person's soul is a reflection of his actions in life. A person with a dirty soul like these bandits must have committed a great deal of sin. This was not surprising, considering they had attacked a young girl. The fools will get what happens to them.
“This is the end of your worthless life,” Kaleesh said. “Mag Anima..” As the demiwyrm of the Dragon Soul, Mag Anima is one of Kaleesh's special magic schools. According to the game, it is a high dimensional magic that can bind, judge, or guide the soul of a living being. In this case, the effect will be the judge. “...Negative Gate!”
A hole opened in the sky. A terrifying sound like a key was played, and then a dark light began to radiate. The gate has been opened. Countless grasping hands came out. They could hear the miserable wails of the dead.
“Ee—!” shouted the bandit, desperately trying to fight against that arm. “B- Stop! Please! Forgive me!”
“Acpardon you?” Kaleesh looked at the man coldly. As if you were going to let someone beg you for mercy? Maybe a line down, but Kaleesh meant it.
“Tidaaaak!” The man was crying. "Please! Somebody help me! I don't care who! I don't want to die! I don't want— Ouch!” A dead hand pierced his chest. He was unable to speak or even breathe as the embrace dragged him silently to the deepest hell.
“The dead will hold your funeral,” Kaleesh said. “Maybe your soul can even be purified. Try to live a better life next time.” The golden light his eyes were fixed on the other bandits. “And now, it's your turn.”
The two surviving bandits had no idea what was going on. They were so scared that their hearts stopped beating. They were bathed in sweat and gasping for breath, afraid of what would happen to them. They could hardly believe that Kaleesh was real.
“T-Wait!” One of them said, pleading for his life. “I'm not like them! I am not a serial*h or maniac ****! I'm just a farmer everyday! But the taxes that the landlord levied were too high for us, simple people, to make a living and I had to turn to bandits! I have no choice! But to be honest, I've never killed anyone!” The bandit begged desperately, hoping to surpass any hope of gaining mercy. But that's all just an excuse.
It might work on Young, but now that he's Kaleesh, he's losing his temper for bullshit.
"really?" she asked. "What a pathetic." He stopped his Dragon Aura just as the bandit felt he was about to disintegrate, releasing his pressure for a moment.
Kaleesh showed an understanding and friendly smile. “But I have to ask,” he said, “what was it like the first time you raped a girl?”
"Oh!" exclaim that man. “Yeah, of course I feel—” he stopped his steps, but in vain.
"So so!" Kaleesh could see the shape of a human soul as clearly as his body. “Your wife told me that you had fun so you couldn't help it!”
“Gh—!”
“Everyone faces unhappiness and misfortune in his life. Some souls go up. Others get lost and become deviant.” Kaleesh hugged the girl gently. He was skinny, dirty, and smelled like he hadn't had a bath in weeks. But his soul is still pure. “This is the result of the choice you made,” Kaleesh told the bandit. “I won't hear complaints.”
Wind blowing. Kaleesh laughed wickedly, not even glancing at the bandits. All he noticed was the girl. “Citing a friend of mine,” murmured, “maybe this is indeed destiny.”
The girl's clothes used to be quite pretty, but dirty from dirt and mud. Her unkempt golden hair glowed dimly under the moonlight. His eyes were closed, but his eyes were big and bright when open, and made Kaleesh have a strong desire to protect him. Her body was still beautiful even though her weight had dropped. His ears are also slightly taper, marking him as a dweller of a fantasy world. But more than anything, it was her beautiful and powerful soul that fascinated Kaleesh.
“It's over,” he said to the girl. “You're safe.” But the girl did not respond. "Hi! Wake up!" This was the first person Kaleesh had met since coming to this world. He's very happy. But the girl looked very ill. He didn't move at all.
“Oh no...” says Kaleesh. “Is this really bad?!”
Obviously the girl was weak, but unlike in AMO, Kaleesh did not have a look that showed the girl's stats. He had no idea how much HP or MP he had, let alone hunger, stamina, or any other status effects. Her dragon eyes showed her that the girl had lost most of her life force, but that was all she knew.
“She has trouble breathing.. Hey, you! You won't die for me, will you?!” He listened to the girl's heart. It was still beating, but it seemed like it would stop at any moment.
What am I supposed to do? he wonders. Should I use a special potion? Or if she's sick, maybe Yggdrasil leaves? Or Spirit Elixir for attenuation? I can give him the Hermit Peach to recover his hunger... Kaleesh trembled without a sound. It hit him harder than he thought.
"NO!" Kaleesh crying. “I won't let it end like this!” He would not let their meeting go to waste. There's a way to save her, something that's guaranteed to work. It was something that he could only use twice as many abilities as he had never used in the game.
Kaleesh hesitated, but only for a moment. She hugged the girl tightly and brought her face closer to her face. His heart is pounding. It feels like it's going to explode. His face was flushed red, and the more red he thought about what he was doing.
He touched his lips to the girl's lips and kissed her, sighing softly. This was the trigger to activate his Dragon Bound Servant Origin Skill. His soul began to release its power like a gust of wind, tracing the light green magic pattern that spread in an intricate geometric design. The girl's body began to glow. And as his pure white soul power becomes Kaleesh's, Kaleesh looks into his dream.
