I ran into the back yard to Grandma who called me.
Finally, I was able to escape from Uncle thanks to Dad. Thank you, Dad.
Oh, anyway. The person who called earlier was my aunt. He said he'd come.
You know, my aunt's the house farthest from Grandma's. So he rarely comes.
Luckily, I don't like Auntie very much. He was annoying, chatty, and loved to kiss me and pinch my cheek.
“Grandmother!!”
Grandma looked over and smiled warmly.
After I got to know Geeta, Grandma used to take me to see her. Of course, without any other knowledge.
“We will meet ‘with him’ again?” I smiled broadly.
Grandma nodded. “Iya. He misses you so much.”
I laughed crisply. Ah, where is it possible. We just met yesterday.
Grandma led me to the swamp. This time we did not go to the bridge. But straight down through the stone stairs I used to hide.
Grandma told the others that we were going to find fish in the swamp.
But what happened was the opposite. It was Grandma who brought the fish to the swamp. In other words, in the swamp there are no fish.
“We'll give this to Geeta?” ask again.
Grandma nodded. Then open the bag of fresh fish.
It's still alive, as long as you know.
I made some distance to the big fish bag Grandma had prepared near the swamp before we got here.
“W-Wah, the fish really live.”
I'm stunned.
Not long after Geeta comes to the surface. Her green jewel eyes glowed.
“Aaang!!”
I flinched a little. Still not used to Geeta's voice.
“Ssssttt, don't be too noisy. Later caught another,” my scolding on that beautiful figure.
Geeta covered her mouth with both hands instantly. Very amusing.
I'm laughing a little.
Grandma took out a medium sized Goldfish from the pouch, and threw it at Geeta.
With a swift figure it caught a fish thrown with its mouth. Like dolphins.
I patted happy hands. “Keren! Do again! Again!”
Unknowingly, now I was the one making a fuss. But Grandma didn't take issue with it and threw the second fish back.
Geeta again caught it with her mouth, and instantly devoured it quickly.
In just a matter of seconds, the Goldfish was gone unceremoniously.
Geeta is back to prepare for the next fish. Eyes sharpening. His tongue licks his lips, a sign of still hunger.
Grandma laughed a little. “Sabarlah Geeta's. How about you eat here?”
Grandma hints at Geeta coming to the mainland. I nodded in agreement.
“Iya! Come closer!”
Now I'm no longer afraid of Geeta. Although her body was much bigger than mine, Geeta was acting like a puppy.
You could say, his figure when he became a human, looks the same age as Uncle.
Geeta out of the water. His long hair was able to cover the entire body of the creature. But Grandma gave him a sweatshirt.
He sat next to me. And smiling sweetly.
“Hangi!~” sapanya.
I laugh. “Iya, yes! Hello also.”
While Geeta was eating her fish, I told her what I had taught Geeta to Grandma.
Oh, in human form, Geeta eats by hand. She's been trained by Grandma a long time to do that.
“Nek, Grandma! I taught Geeta how to greet people. Wanna hear?”
Grandma rolled her eyes in surprise. “Really? When did you teach him?”
I chuckle. “When we meet.”
Grandma looked at me suspiciously. “You didn't go quietly to meet him right?”
I shook my head strongly. “Engga! I'm not going out of the house quietly again, is not Geeta?”
Geeta looked at me for a moment, then turned to look at Grandma. He smiled widely and nodded.
“Hangi, aang aang!!”
I laughed again and rubbed Geeta's head.
Even so, Grandma's suspicious feelings have not gone away. “Hmmm, it seems you guys can already work together,” he said then chuckled.
After finishing her last fish, Geeta showed me what I had taught her.
“Geeta, say hello to Grandma.”
Geeta stuck out her right hand at Grandma as soon as she heard the instructions from me.
Grandma seems pretty impressed. He received Geeta's hand.
“Sahmat hagi!” geeta said loudly.
I smiled proudly. Then give the next instructions.
“Geeta, introduce yourself.”
Geeta let go of her hand, and stood up straight.
“Naham legit Hita!” said again.
Grandma smiled broadly. Impressed by the development of Geeta. “Still can not say the word correctly, but this is also very tolerable,” comments.
I puffed out the chest. “That's! Who used to teach.”
Next, Geeta gives her greetings for the night, and during the day. How to pronounce letters too.
Until it didn't feel like the afternoon had come. But I don't want to part with him yet. I want to play longer.
Lowering my head, I made a request to Grandma in doubt.
“Nek, can I... play again with Geeta tomorrow?” my voice slowly.
Grandma looks. “What?”
Ah, I'm guessing he didn't hear. I lifted my head and raised my head.
“I want to play with Geeta tomorrow. Can ya?”
Grandma was silent for a moment. Thinks. I know, tomorrow is Grandma's schedule for her health check. He won't be able to accompany me. But…
“Cannot,” disconnect.
Right then, for the first time I was disappointed by Grandma's decision.
“Come, I beg.” I hugged Grandma's left arm. Intended persuade.
But it doesn't work.
“Can't, Hannie. Grandma has to go tomorrow.”
I still don't want to lose.
“Ngga! Anyway I want to play with Geeta!!”
“Hannie..”.
“Just want to play!!!”
“HANGI!”
I jerked. In the middle of my argument with Grandma, Geeta suddenly shouted.
I turned my body to look at him. A beautiful female figure with beautiful jeweled eyes, was smiling gently at me.
“Hanti itaa.. mahin agi. Hm?”
I scrunched my forehead. ‘Later us... main again’? That's what he wanted to say, right?
I wiped the tears that appeared at the end of my eyes. “Geeta...”.
He smiled until his eyes closed and formed a crescent moon.
“Ha~ngi~”
He put his face close to mine.
“Denghain New!”
I frowned again. ‘Listen Nek’? Granny mean it?
Geeta rubbed my head gently and smiled back. His eyes stared right into my gray eyes.
He seemed to say, ‘Be a good boy’.
I'm gobsmacked. Geeta, just communicated with me. With human language.
...…...
I opened my eyes slowly. The first thing I saw, was an old European style ceiling. I'm in the room.
I forced my body to sit. My head feels really heavy, and my chest is a little tight.
I turned the view to the whole corner of the room. There's no one there.
Lastly, I remember Aunt squealing my name. Then I dreamt of my childhood again.
Is that really my memory or just a dream?
I whimper. When I tried to remember it, my head hurt.
I got out of bed, and out of the room. Is Aunt home yet? What time is it now?
Coming down from the stairs, I could see the figure of a moss-green-haired lady as waist was sitting at the dining table. His head was laid on the table.
The geeta?
At that time, I didn't want to go near her. Am I afraid of him? No. gabe. I'm afraid he woke up from his sleep.
I looked at Geeta's goal. It feels so missed. Like I haven't seen him for a long time. Last night we spent time together.
Is it because of the dream effect?
As if he was being noticed, the girl woke up and looked at me with her eyes still sleepy.
Even so she still looks very beautiful.
“Hangi..?” He rubbed his eyes and formed a smile. Then make another sound.
“Sahmat hagi!”
