Hansa & Geeta

Hansa & Geeta
The Chapter XXV

“What do you want to eat?” ask me while glancing right and left. Finding a suitable place to eat.

Geeta did not answer. He thought for a moment and looked around.

Despite not wearing sunglasses, Geeta still attracts other people.

Wh why?

Hmm, you could say Geeta's face looks unique. White skin pale, eyes large, and because of the original eye color Geeta often shine, the old brown contact lenses turned light brown.

In other words Geeta looks like a stranger. It even beats me that has European blood.

“Oh! Hannie!”

Geeta pulled up my sleeve and pointed at one of the fast food restaurants.

“You want to eat there?” many ensure.

Geeta nodded. Then walk first, pull me.

I'm laughing a little. Well, although many are paying attention, I don't think Geeta is so bothered.

Once there, it turned out that the line was very long.

I'm clucking. Find an empty table first. If Geeta comes in line, she'll be exhausted.

I pulled him to a special two-person table at the end of the room near the big glass. The boundary between the indoor and outdoor areas of the restaurant.

“Sit here. I'd like to order food.”

Geeta looked confused as I was leaving her. Alright, it seems like he is not used to being surrounded by crowds.

I rubbed Geeta's back. “Just a minute. You can still see me from here.”

I pointed at the line of people. “See. I'll stand there. If there's anything wave your hand.”

Geeta hesitated for a moment. Then let go of his grip from the tip of my white shirt.

He's nodding. From the look on his face, I knew he was worried. But I can't ask him to come in line, can I? I'm afraid he'll be exhausted.

“I won't be long. Promise,” I said before stepping quickly into the queue.

...…...

The moss-green-haired beautiful girl bit the tip of her thumb. He looks very anxious.

His eyes never separated from the tall man who was queuing at the front cashier there.

“Ih, look at. Bule huh?"

“Bro, man! Here and there are really cute girls.”

“The guy was his girlfriend wasn't ya..?”

Since they entered the Mall area, many whispered about them.

The girl was actually quite disturbed. But when she saw the granddaughter of Miss Sophie was ordinary, she also held back her irritated feelings.

He didn't want to trouble the man. Not to worry him.

“Excuse me, miss."

A three-tap on his desk made the girl flinch. He turned his head, seeing two men whom he did not recognize standing with strange smiles.

“Bby acquaintance? Uh, can you speak Indonesian right?” said one of the men.

While the other chuckles while pointing the phone at the girl. Looks like he's recording.

The girl frowned dislikeingly. Both men should have understood that this girl was disturbed.

But they didn't care and kept talking to him.

“It doesn't speak Indonesian? Well.. very dear, so can not acquaintance dong.”

The girl rewinded her chair to the wall, as the man who kept talking started to approach.

He looked around. Many people were paying attention, but none of them had any intention of helping him.

Some people choose to pretend not to know.

The girl remembered, if there was anything she should wave her hand. So he immediately raised one of his hands, and waved.

Unlike what he thought, Miss Sophie's granddaughter did not come right away.

The bully guy chuckles. “Hahaha, what the hell? Waves ga clear.”

She kept approaching the girl, and her friend continued to record without permission.

“Hair is good, I see ya.” The man extended his hand. Trying to get the girl's hair.

While the girl closed her eyes. Terrified. Inwardly, he kept hoping that someone would help him. Because somehow, his body did not dare to fight back.

“Hannie..” murmured the girl slowly. Very slow. Until he was not sure if anyone was listening.

“Hoi.”

“You think, what are you doing?”

...…...

I didn't stop checking on Geeta who was sitting at the end of the room. He looks worried.

I'm being pity. Would it be better for her to get tired of waiting in line with me than to wait alone?

There was one more person in front of me. Good, please hurry.

“Good day, please order, sis,” said the cashier and order registrar once my turn arrives.

I thought for a moment. I forgot to ask Geeta what she wanted. Sighing rudely, I chose to order the best menus only.

Not that I don't know the menu is good. But I don't know Geeta's taste. It could be different from me.

After my order was recorded, I glanced again at the corner of the room checking on Geeta.

Instead of the sight of Geeta glaring at me earlier, I found two men approaching her.

I growl. What the hell are they doing?

“Order, brother.”

I paid quickly, and hurriedly approached Geeta.

Didn't I tell you to wave if there was anything? Or did I not see it because I was busy ordering?

Oh, now that bully's trying to touch Geeta!

I ran small. It doesn't matter if you nudge people though. Why is there no stopping this ‘cowok-cowok’?!

“Hoi.”

I clutched the wrist of the man who tried to touch Geeta.

“What are you doing?” I said restrain emotions.

The man snorted. “Themselves?” reply with an irritating tone.

I grit my teeth. Put a tray on the table, and throw out the man's hand.

“Better you go before a commotion,” threatened me.

But he laughed instead. “Oh, yes? Don't know who I am?"

I cringe. Ah, so it seems. Is this the reason no worker here stopped him?

I snorted in annoyance. Look at him he's still a kid. A SMA?

“Oh? I don't care who you are,”. No matter around.

I turned to his friend who was filming. I quickly grabbed the phone and deleted the video.

“You know what crime you're doing?”

I threw his phone at the table. Then looked at the two.

The arrogant boy was shocked. Then growl.

“I'm the son of the restaurant manager here. Don't fuckin. If the phone is broken you want to change?!”

I massaged the temple for a moment. Trying to stay calm. If it explodes now it can be bad.

“What is the price?” my sigh.

“That's the latest output! Har—“

“By-good. Take-take this. Satisfied?” I interrupted her talk and let go of my watch. Put it on the table.

“Ro-Rolex..” murmur male mobile phone owner.

“It can be made to buy five same phones at once.” I grunt. “It's still in change."

Then switch again to the person who claimed to be the son of this rhetorical manager.

“If your parents are indeed managers here, it is better to take care of the attitude. Don't throw tantrums and embarrass your own family.”

I pulled Geeta out of the chair.

“You're lucky I'm still paying for this meal,” my hiss before leaving.

From behind, I could feel people whispering about us.

Bodo time. I hope this case is a little famous and people realize that such a thing should not be left alone.
