0053. La Grande Councubine Katarian Qui s’ Sentie Humliee (Great-Grand-Grandmother Catherine who felt humiliated)
“Thank you? Shouldn't you be thanking me, Katarina? Through this divorce, you will have more opportunities to seize the position of Queen,” whispered Kayena without fear. His eyes looked sharp, highlighting completely towards Katarina. “See this carefully, Katarina. Please enjoy your days with everything that is my ex. Until then, you will never be me. Un canard ne devrait pas r ⁇ ver de devenir un cygne quand il sera grand.”
Commonly flattered as a beautiful woman, suddenly spelled out like a duck. Who wouldn't be angry try? Katarina felt that way too. Clearly, his face was showing anger. Reflexes, he raised his hand to give a slap to the former Queen who had just been removed from office. Now, she is the only female King who has the highest power in Robelia. So he felt he had the right to avenge all the forms of humiliation that were committed to him.
Grep's!
However, he forgot that the woman before him was not just the former Queen. It was Kayena de Pexley. Grand Duke Pexley's favorite daughter and the entire people of Robelia. So no wonder when he raised his hand towards Kayena, not only did the King react, the entire audience in the room did the same. The most extreme reaction was demonstrated by Khayansar de Pexley. In the blink of an eye, the man's sword had been drawn to Katarina's neck.
“Before you touch my sister, this sword will first slash your neck,” Khayansar said with emphasis.
Kayena herself looked calm with a flat face. His hand managed to withstand the sudden attack that Katarina had launched. “You offended?”
“Please talk to you,” said Katarina immediately released her hand from Kayena's check. “How dare you be rude to me?!” his face looked red, holding in anger when he reopened his voice. “Your brother even dared to point his gun at Grand Concubine.”
Instead of trembling, Kayena smiled. He looked for a moment at the older brother who had just pulled his weapon. If he did not code his right hand to his father, perhaps his hero would act like Khayansar.
“Il n’y a pas de fumee, s’il n’y a pas de feu (no smoke, if no fire).” Kayena returned to take a look at Katarina. “Comprenez bien cette expression, Grande Concubine Katarina (understand the phrase well, Grand Consort Katarina).”
“Business!” katarina Sentak. Not accept being treated that way.
Already humiliated, armed with a sharp weapon also by his first love. Katarina Poor.
Kayena still looked calm, enjoying the show that Katarina made. Let “itik” it explode and humiliate himself. When you want to go back to acting, a voice stops the “itik” step.
“Katarina.”
King Robelia who had been sitting on the throne seemed unwilling to stay silent. Moreover, the conditions in the room began not conducive. The dispute started by Katarina could have made the two factions that were gathering revolted and attacked each other.
“Stop your childish actions.” In order to break up the dispute, Kaizen even had to intervene on her own. Approaching her former Queen and Concubine who suddenly become emotional women. “What's with you? You forgot where you were?” kaizen chirps while successfully blocking Katarina's wrist.
“Sickness, Your Honor,” light Katarina.
“Shut!” kaizen, beaver. “Better you immediately return to the palace Concubine.”
Katarina blinked in surprise. “But ..”
“Now you're starting to dare to refute King Robelia's orders?”
Katarina immediately shook her head. “I dare not argue with Your Majesty,” he said with teary eyes. “But, former Queen just ..”
“Save your complaint,” cut Kaizen. “Now come back.”
Despite being upset and angry, Katarina could do nothing. Kaizen has lowered the order, he must obey. Even though his feelings are hurt. He does not want to lose just like that, after being told “itik” by his former employer. Was Kayena blind, so unable to discern the equation that matched her?
“I will go after ushering in the departure of the former Queen,” said Katarina, stubborn.
“Katarina,” furious Kaizen.
Katarina shook her head with a hand that tried hard to escape the clutches of Kaizen. His efforts succeed when Kaizen is off guard. After being released, Katarina actually used her hand to link up with Kaizen's big hand. Let Kayena see with her own eyes how it fits them both. “Do we not have to deliver the departure of the former Queen?”
Kaizen sighed in frustration. If now he openly shows dislike or unease for Catherine's actions, then many will be suspicious. The pro-Katarina faction will not remain silent. Catherine's position as the King's only woman would also doubt her power.
“No need.”
No, it wasn't Kaizen who just raised her voice. Except the party in question; Kayena de Pexley. He looked two steps forward, still under the eyes of Khayansar's eagle.
“I am not a guest of honor whose departure must be delivered by the Imperial Sun and her lover.”
Kaizen seemed to be in disbelief with the phrase. However, just as she was about to retaliate, Kayena had already paid her last respects without giving the slightest reproach to her voice.
“Goodbye, Your Grace. Happy new life with your beloved. Hopefully, you will soon forget the failures in our marriage. However, never forget that we once had a Son.”
“…”
“We were once so happy when we were waiting for his presence,” Kayena added when Kaizen was still standing where he stood. There is a sense of tightness felt by both, of course, in different frequencies. “Once in a while, visit Carcel Cathedral. Our son would be happy if his house was visited.”
“While we are officially divorced, Prince Carcel should not be forgotten. He cannot choose to be born from knowing what kind of person he is. As parents, we are guilty of not being able to give our best. So, I hope Your Majesty does not forget the obligation as a Father.”
After saying so, Kayena then smiled thinly before turning around and rushing away without looking back. Leaving behind Kaizen and Katarina who were still glued to the spot. Kayena's back that was walking with dignity became their sight, until the beautiful woman in the blue dress completely disappeared behind the door.

“Thank you for still keeping faith in your Queen who has been hit by various accusations,” Kayena said before leaving the capital Robelia. A short message was delivered, in front of the people who had been waiting for his presence. “Stay prosperous and happy life in this blessed land. Your queen never left. Your queen is here, with you,” she added with a hand gesture touching the surface where the human heart lies.
“I leave Prince Carcel to you. Visit his house occasionally. The door of Prince Carcel's house is always open to everyone.”
The message was closed by a warm smile that managed to make the people increasingly feel the loss. They would no longer see the beautiful face of the owner of that warm smile. But how else. They also want happiness for the Queen. It is better for the Queen to leave the palace, rather than suffer for the rest of her life.
“We will sail soon, put on these clothes.”
A set of clothes was thrust towards her, making the beautiful woman who was a while ago enjoying the view of the main heart of the land of Robelia distract.
“Why did you suddenly ask me to change clothes?” confused Kayena.
“There is a time you will understand,” replied Khayansar. “Change first.”
Kayena nodded, then picked up the simple clothes her brother had just offered her. After Kayena's death, Khayansar gave command to the captains to immediately run a sailboat that would take them to Kyen. In total there are 8 sailboats with varying sizes from two fleets that will sail from downtown Robelia.
From a distance, there are still people who deliver their Queen's departure to the dock. Khayansar also believes that one of them is a spy sent by someone who wants the death of his sister.
“Before the investigation produces satisfactory results, I will not let you touch my Brother,” Inner Khayansar.
Before coming to Robelia, she had sent a message to her father. They then agreed to conduct an investigation to find out the root of the problem that scapegoated their beloved Princess. Khayansar also took Cesare and Kaezar in the operation. Including an Emperor who volunteered to join to uncover the motive for Kayena's overthrow from the Queen's position.
“Why should I switch sailboats?” confused Kayena who had changed clothes with a simple dress.
“Because you will not go to Kyen,” Khayansar replied. Of course it managed to surprise Kayena.
“A-pa? but how can it be?"
“Of course you can,” replied Khayansar while dropping a kiss on the top of his sister's head. “For a while, you will stay in a pretty far place.”
“Where?”
“In a prosperous country.” Again Khayansar did not explain in detail. However, from the look in her eyes, Kayena was sure that the older sister had prepared a plan very carefully. “There you can stay for some time. Brother will also change your identity, so you can stay comfortably.”
Kayena was pensive for a long time. However, the presence of the father who participated gave understanding, making Kayena approve without much question. He believed in his father and brother. They will do their best for him.
“Go. This sailboat will take you to your destination.”
Kayena smiled with a small nod. “Please promise if Brother and Dad will take good care of themselves.”
Khayansar chuckled. Laughter that is rarely, never even shown to others. “Good, Little peach of June.”
“It is forbidden to imitate Sister Cesare,” Kayena said, anxious. “So Brother used to call me Cheri.”
“Je, Cheri,” reply Khayansar. Cheri comes from French which means “sayang”.
“Live there, until one of us comes to pick you up.”
Kayena nodded obediently. He asked because he wanted to be sure. “Who are the parts of “we” that Brother means?”
Hands raised to reach the right palm of the brother. He then placed the four emblems in the shape of a brooch that glittered when struck by light. Kayena of course memorized 3 symbols in between, while one more emblem is somewhat familiar. However, he recalled one name after raising his head towards his brother.
“Khiev de Pexley,” said Kayena, then separated one emblem with a base color of white and silver. “Khayansar de Pexley.” One more symbol he separated, this time the basic color is white and red. “Cesare de Pexley.” The third coat of arms of Kayena separate. Among others, the emblem belonged to Cesare who was the simplest, yet so precious. Given the emblem was also used by the Princess of a large kingdom that Cesare had married. “And then,” Kayena paused her sentence. As if waiting for a reaction on the face of the brother.
The beautiful man only raised one corner of his lips, creating a slanted smile there. A smile that he rarely sees.
Slowly but surely, Kayena also co-published a smile on her lips as she picked up the last badge. “Imperial young Eagle of Robelia, Kaezar Kadheston.”
