In an increasingly chaotic situation, Veridion's forces continued to advance towards the leaders of the region who were still defending inside the fortress. They fought tenaciously, but they knew that this struggle was not over. The challenges that confront them are getting bigger, and they must find the strength within themselves to face them.

Amidst the ferocity of the battle, Roderick felt a burning adrenaline rush within him. He realized that he had to find a way to master the power within him.

In a depressed state and a battered army, the remaining Veridion forces continued to fight with strong determination. Sir Roland, their badly wounded leader, felt a heavy responsibility for the death of his comrades-in-arms. His heart was filled with deep guilt and regret.

From a distance, Ignis witnessed the destruction he caused. He showed no remorse or mercy, but rather a satisfied smile on his evil face. Ignis is a ruthless and powerful leader, with powers that exceed the reach of anyone's imagination.

Sir Roland, despite being severely injured, felt a burning fury within him. Unable to accept the fact that his partner had been killed by Ignis' attack, he invites Ignis to a duel. Ignis casually accepted the challenge, knowing that the difference in their strength was huge.

In an unbalanced fight, Ignis easily dodged any attack by Sir Roland. Each of Ignis' movements carried a deadly force, and his attacks instantly hit the target with astonishing precision, making Sir Roland's left hand stump.

Pain and despair filled Sir Roland's heart as he fell to the ground. He looked at the sky with increasingly dim eyes, recalling the struggle they had put up together. Sir Roland felt a deep sense of regret, but also pride in the unwavering courage of his troops.

Ignis stared at the scene coldly, enjoying the victory he achieved with ease. He realized that his strength was unstoppable and that nothing could stand in his way. He walked away from Sir Roland, leaving the Veridion army lying in agony.

Meanwhile, Roderick, watched the battle from a distance. He sensed the dark force that increasingly controlled him and the mysterious presence that followed his every step.

Roderick pondered the growing fear within him. He knew that he had to find answers to the questions that haunted him. Only by uncovering the truth behind his dark powers will he be able to free himself and Veridion's army from the threat at hand.

Roderick feels the darkness inside him getting stronger, and the painful memories of his past come back to haunt him. He remembered the moment of his comrades' death. Guilt and regret that had been pent up for years began to permeate every fiber of his body.

With the mask destroyed, the amulet that protected his identity was also destroyed. Everyone around him including Sir Roland was surprised to see Roderick's face identical to the poster depicting the hero they hated.

"Who... Who exactly are you?" sir Roland asked with a mixed expression.

Roderick tried to answer, but words stuck in his throat. In his confusion, he ends up revealing the truth about his identity, about how he is actually Ethan, a sojourn they hate and seek to destroy.

"From the beginning, I tried to help you by using a pseudonym and a mask to hide yourself. I never meant to hurt anyone, but things got me into this battle" Roderick, aka Ethan, said in a trembling voice.

The Veridion army was confused and divided. Some felt apprehension over his exposed identity, while others felt betrayed because he was hiding himself. The surprised Sir Roland tried to digest all the information he had obtained.

"But... Why are you doing all this? What's the real reason?" sir Roland asked curiously.

Ethan sighed and replied honestly, "I came to this kingdom to look for seal magic that can control the dark forces within me. I wish I could master it so that it no longer harms anyone."

Meanwhile, Ignis who was still watching from a distance knew the reason why Tenebris could lose. After learning the reason Tenebris had lost, Ignis was immediately delighted to see the chaos between the Veridion forces.

"Your partner turned out to be just an immigrant with dark powers. You're all stupid!" ignis exclaimed with a cynical laugh.

Ethan's revealed identity raises doubts and confusion among Veridion's forces, while Ignis the ruthless leader gladly takes advantage of the situation to his own advantage. Will Ethan be able to prove his goodwill and find a way to control his dark powers? Or will the revealed truth be a disaster for the Veridion army? Only time will answer.
