"So she's close to this girl?" Elena threw a piece of the photo she had just received.
"really. Her name is Kyra Sada Batari. They were stuck together on the island when Mr. Bara disappeared a few weeks ago."
Elena smiled wryly. He looked at the smiling photo of Kyra with nanar.
"Stay watch over him. I don't want Bara to repeat the same mistake as Daniel."
"Okay, Madam!"
.
.
All day, Kyra felt like her entire body was being beaten by hundreds of executioners. He woke up uninspired and his head was as light as cotton. Maybe because last night he rained and did not shower quickly because he still had to clean up, so now he caught a cold.
"Are you okay?"
Kyra who was daydreaming from drowsiness was startled and turned to the side of the table. Lena was already standing there while observing the pale-looking Kyra.
"You sick?" Lena reached out her hand and examined Kyra's forehead.
"I'm fine, Brother Len," Kyra lied as she pulled her forehead back.
"You have a fever, Sada! Why did he go in when he was sick!" sulk Lena was worried.
Ms. Meta who happened to have just come from the production room on the 5th floor, turned her head and looked at Kyra's desk.
"What is this!?" ask Ms. Meta when it reaches Kyra's cubicle.
"Oh, Miss Met. It looks like Sada is sick. Body's feverish!" obviously Lena was worried.
Meta noticed Kyra's reddened face with eyes that looked wet. "You dizzy?"
Kyra nodded. He let Ms. Meta check his forehead.
"It's okay. Soon the return hour arrives. I'll wait until it's time to go home."
"You better go home first. Do I need to take a taxi?" tawar Lena is worried.
Kyra shakes. He promised to wait for Bara. So there's no way Kyra's disavowed and ended up making the forger angry.
"Yes already. If you need help, don't tell us." Ms. Meta gave a message before then she went back to her cubicle table to clean up.
Kyra watches all her friends who are busy coming home. When the clock is right pointing at the number 5, they start queuing to miss the check lock machine. Only Kyra and Ms Meta are still left in the room.
When Kyra's phone rings and appears the name she's been waiting for. He stood up and grabbed his bag to get down.
"Hello, Bara!"
.
.
"Hurry, Morgan! We should get there soon." Bara once again stared at the circular watch on his left wrist.
Morgan took a deep breath. If he knows he will rush, he better ask Mr. Tino who picked up Bara so that he can be free to go home without hearing his scolding.
Traffic jams due to the full number of vehicles before the office hours is a thing that Morgan hates. He does not like traffic jams, he also does not like the noise of a kind of nagging Bara since they got off the plane earlier. But what power, he actually got a comfortable job even though he had to every day hear the melodious voice of Bara who was nagging.
"Morgan!"
"Still jammed, sir. You can see for yourself the vehicle in front of us has not even moved at all" explained Morgan patiently.
"Ehem, your employees are also taking part in this traffic jam, sir. They're also home at this hour."
Bara looked at Morgan in annoyance. His secretary was right, but couldn't he comfort Bara a little?
Thirty minutes later, Morgan's car stopped right on the lobby terrace. Bara immediately jumped down without waiting for the car to stop perfectly because he did not want Kyra to wait too long. Stepping wide, Bara tried to dial Kyra's number. Directly connected and lifted.
"Hello, Bara!"
Bara's grin when she heard Kyra's greeting slowly faded as she arrived at the lobby and saw Valeria standing there waiting for her.
"The coal!" Vale ran cheerfully towards his beloved heart.
Not to lose Bara's shock, several reporters had suddenly surrounded him and Vale. Kyra's voice calling out her name many times from the other end seemed to be boisterous with the sound of the camera shooting Bara as well as the deafening questions of the reporters.
"So what about your wedding plans?"
"Have you set the date yet?"
"Vale, tell us, later you will wear a dress designed by the designer of which country?"
Bara felt his head twirling when he heard the question. Valeria's grin and the gamitan of her hand on Bara's arm left a big question mark on her mind. What the hell is going on? Why did this reporter suddenly come and say that he was going to marry Vale? What kind of a joke is this!!
Meanwhile, Kyra, confused that Bara did not answer her question on the phone, decides to wait for the man in the lobby. With giddy steps, Kyra arrived at the elevator while holding on to the wall.
When he heard the noise that echoed around Bara earlier, it seemed like he was in an open room, not in a car. Patiently, Kyra waited for the elevator to move down. The slight pain seemed to evaporate after hearing the sound of Bara. Sneaky bottom, is this pain hurting him because he misses that strange man!? Kyra smiled to herself.
Ting.
The elevator door opened slowly and Kyra stepped out. The crowd in the middle of the lobby seized his attention which had been daydreaming Bara.
"What's that about?" muttered Kyra was curious because it seemed like the one in the group was a journalist.
Still with her steps feeling light, Kyra approached and passed through the crowd without daring to turn her head. There is an interview with the artist. But what is the artist doing in this office?
Deg. The artist?
At once Kyra remembered the words Praise about Bara's lover who works as an artist.
With her body trembling as her mind began to be poisoned by curiosity, Kyra turned around and noticed the crowd of reporters. Kyra could not see clearly who was in the crowd and was interrogated by them because the number of cameras blocked her sight.
For some reason Kyra's feeling started to get bad, some questions about the wedding she caught from one of the reporters' questions made her chest start pounding weirdly. And yet his curiosity was answered, Kyra's head suddenly dizzy. He retreated slowly to find focus.
Grappings.
A sturdy hand restrained Kyra's body that started to look at her. Phew! Kyra breathed a sigh of relief as she did not fall to the floor.
"Sir Bara, where are you going to have your wedding? Is it abroad or in Bali?"
A ember?
Kyra sharpened her eyesight once more. One of the reporters who moved backwards made Kyra able to see clearly who the man who was with the beautiful woman was. He's Bara. Kyra's heart suddenly melos.
But a few seconds later Kyra regained her senses, the hand that was holding her arm seemed familiar. Kyra looks doubtful among the dizziness that is growing in her head.
"Daniel?"
And everything was instantly pitch-black.
