Last Breakfast

The next day, Kyra accidentally wakes up early to prepare her husband's special breakfast. During pregnancy, Kyra who does not like various kinds of seafood, this morning it cooks Bara's favorite seafood menu.

A serving of pepper-rica seasoning shellfish and a serving of grilled black squid has been presented complete with sambal and warm rice.

"Hmmm, looks like this is going to be a lovely breakfast for me!"

Not yet eaten, Bara has already praised Kyra cuisine whose aroma fills the dining room. He hurried to pour a few scoops of clams onto the plate and devoured it after praying.

"Nake?" ask Kyra to make sure.

Bara nodded quickly. "This is the best shell I've ever eaten! Tomorrow I'll be sure again, huh!?"

"No, ah! Eating too much seafood will even be dangerous for your health," declined Kyra reluctantly.

Not enough with the shells, Bara grabbed the grilled squid and tried it. "It's also soft! Wow, you really practiced your cooking skills well!" Highlight those shining eyes were not lying, Bara really liked Kyra's cooking.

"Later tonight, I'll tell Daddy that you can cook a good squid. Daddy also really likes squid. I'm sure he'll be hooked on you!" continued Bara while chewing his breakfast with full enjoyment. Sometimes he sipped the warm water Kyra had prepared beside her plate.

"Bara, can I say something?" kyra said hesitantly when she was silent.

"By the way, what's the license!"

For a few seconds, Kyra tried to sort out the right words so that Bara understood the meaning and direction of the conversation.

"I want you to live well."

Bara stopped the movement of her hand that was about to gulp down water and looked at Kyra in confusion.

Kyra nodded quickly. "No, I'm just reflecting on my father's experience."

After gulping down the water, he put the glass back down and watched Kyra closely.

"Your nightmares last night, huh? Tumben once this early is mellow!"

Only a discordant smile was Kyra's response. A small kick from her stomach makes Kyra immediately understand if she has to be strong for their baby.

"Don't try to get away from me again, Kyra. You know how much I tried to marry you. I'll find you all the way to the ant hole though and drag you home!"

Kyra laughed to cover up her gala. If he had to leave Bara a few months ago, maybe Kyra would have done it without thinking. But now everything has changed since she got to know her husband more closely. Behind all of Bara's infuriating attitude and temperament, she was just a lonely figure thirsting for affection. The embers outside the lion will turn into a cat while near Kyra.

"Don't think weird! Eat your breakfast and take vitamins." Bara then gulped down her drinking water and stared fixedly at Kyra. "Later tonight we'll eat at Daddy's. For the first time, I will introduce you officially to my family. Dress up pretty."

Kyra nods, leading Bara to disappear at the elevator door. As soon as her husband's figure was out of sight, Kyra's body slowly fell on the floor. Both of his legs were no longer able to support the heavy weight he was carrying alone. For the good of Bara, the husband he loves, and for the future of the child he bears, Bara must remain in his position as CEO.

[Later tonight I'll make it all end for you and my son. Be prepared, and wait for my instructions.]

"Navio  ...."

Kyra's tears were dripping without her being able to hold. His heart was very sick, seeing Bara smile at him before the elevator door closed earlier made his regret for Bara deepened. This is the only way, right?

"Why loss is more painful when love begins to grow between the two of us" Kyra whispered between her chest-stifling sobs. "I'm sorry, Bara."
