I Love You, Mr. THE CEO!
Departure Preparation

Since being allowed to go home from the Hospital, Kyra began to busy herself with packing and preparing all the documents to leave for Singapore. Though sad to be left behind for the next few years, Roni tries to cover it up in front of Kyra.

For 24 years Roni has separated Kyra from her biological mother. Just because Roni was heartbroken at Shakira's treatment at the time, she viciously separated the infant Kyra from her mother. Yes, Shakira at that time preferred to return to her former lover who was rich compared to living with Roni simple. Roni is just an ordinary guy who is betrothed to Shakira. For two years, Roni tried to make Shakira love him, doing everything she could to open her heart to him. Roni deliberately fucked and made Shakira pregnant at the time, hoping that his wife would love him that way. However, fate says otherwise when Shakira's ex-lover returns from abroad. His wife prefers to go back to her ex until Roni finally takes Kyra and divorces Shakira right then and there.

After Shakira returns to her ex and moves to Singapore, Roni begins a new life of just three with Kyra and Roni's biological mother. However, in various ways Shakira still wants to take control of Kyra and seize it. It's just that Roni insisted on taking care of Kyra until her daughter grew up as beautiful as she is now.

After seeing Kyra in a coma and almost dying at that time, regret hit Roni's heart. He promises to meet Kyra with her mother when her daughter comes to her senses, and a miracle happens. The relationship between mother and child is re-established even though the shadows of past wounds sometimes still touch Roni's heart.

"Call calling Dad often, Ky! Even if you're busy, call this old man!" roni's grumbling was a little jealous.

Kyra stopped the movement of her hand that was putting some clothes into the suitcase and turned to look at the maniacal Father at the door.

"Later every day before going to bed, Kyra will call Dad! Promise!" Kyra points her little finger as a sign that she is making a promise.

Roni approached her daughter's bed, her father's heavy breathing made Kyra stop doing her activities. He knew his father would be very lost.

"Dad, I was only in school for two years. If I'm successful, I'll come back here and accompany you again!" Kyra pulled Roni's hand and grasped it tightly.

"Two years, huh? Hmmm..." Roni looked blankly. "What is the meaning of two years compared to the twenty-four years you have missed with Dad here. Looks like I was very selfish when I told you to leave. But how else, you're all I have, Ky."

"Dad is still my father even though we are separated by distance and time. Up to now, Dad is the best man I have in the world. Don't even think I'm leaving Dad forever. It's only temporary, Dad. Only until I manage to get my life back together."

"Four 10am. I booked a taxi online to pick me up at 9. Dad's gonna take me to the airport, right?"

Roni shakes. "No. I don't want to let you off the weight if you take you to the airport."

Hearing the rejection made Kyra sigh in disappointment. "alright. If so instead, Dad will have to pick me up when I return to Indonesia!"

"okay! If that's what I want!"

The sound of Kyra's laughter and babbling that night warmed the atmosphere of an increasingly cold night. Very different from the atmosphere in a skyscraper located far in the middle of the city. In the middle of the pitch-black room, Bara stared blankly at the window that spread the city view with a dim light.

Based on the information he got from Morgan, tomorrow afternoon Kyra will fly to Singapore. Yesterday afternoon, Morgan and Kyra met to hand over some of her remaining files and clothes in the penthouse. Only documents were taken by Kyra, while clothes, bags, and other luxury items bought by Bara were returned.

"Aircraft take off at 10, sir. Your ticket has been prepared with a seat next to Miss Kyra."

Bara smiled softly. He can't wait for tomorrow. At least, just taking Kyra to Singapore is okay, God?
