I'M NOT A MATRE GIRL

I'M NOT A MATRE GIRL
Chapters 10. Love Expressions

"Don't go. Stay with me here" said Daniel.

"But, Mr ...."

"No word but. This is an order" Daniel said firmly.

Adel was forced to sit on the edge of the bed. In silence Daniel laughed. He wanted to prank his subordinates.

Daniel pulls Adel's waist down until the girl falls on the bed, right next to the boss. Their eyes meet. Stare at each other without blinking. The man drew his face closer to the subordinate.

Their current distance is only a few inches. Adel can also feel the roar of the boss's breath. Daniel drew his face closer, and kissed Adel's lips softly. The woman was speechless, just speechless, fixated.

Adel's waist is increasingly pulled until the body of both are tight. That girl who had never been this close to any man, became nervous. His heart beats faster.

"Adel, will you be my lover. I know this might be too soon. But doesn't love come without us expecting" Daniel said.

"What did you say, anyway? Being drunk is funny too. Reveal love again" Adel replies and pinches Daniel's cheek.

Adel thought Daniel was drunk and was talking because of the effects of the hangover. He did not know if it was indeed revealed from the man's heart.

"If it were true and revealed from the heart, I would be happy, because eventually my intention to change fate would come true. Being the lover of the rich," Adel murmured inwardly with a smile.

Daniel's forehead creased to see the girl smiling to herself. He who was watching Adel from earlier so asked, what was in his mind.

"Adelia, I never thought anyone would make me smile, laugh, and win my heart as fast as you do. You are the most unexpected person who came into my life and that is why I love you. You are a love that comes without warning. You have my heart before I can say no" Daniel said.

Adelia looked at Daniel's face without a blink. If the man was indeed drunk, it would be impossible to string such a beautiful word together. But he did not want to hope. Maybe the boss loved him. He can find a woman who is more everything than me.

Daniel hugged Adel's body tightly so that he could not get away from her. They both sat quietly without speaking. Until an hour passed, the girl looked to the side, apparently the boss had fallen asleep.

Slowly, Adel tried to let go of the hug on his waist. He left Daniel's room. Fear of something unwanted.

Arriving in the room, Adel pensive. He still remembered Daniel's love. Is that true or the effects of being drunk.

Until three o'clock in the morning, Adel can close his eyes. There's only one day left for him and Mr. Daniel in this town.

The next day, Daniel invites Adel to walk to the beach before they return tomorrow. The girl looked a little awkward when faced with the boss.

"We go to the beach before tomorrow's return" Daniel said in a soft voice, different from the usual emphasis.

Adel could only answer by nodding his head. Don't know why he's being awkward. What else Daniel no mention of his love expression, so he felt the man said all that under his consciousness.

Daniel smiled seeing Adelia staring at the sea in awe. The two of them strolled along the deserted beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city they were used to. Daniel is feeling calmer here, and he hopes Adelia feels the same.

"Tonight the sky was so clear, yes sir," Adelia said breaking the silence.

"Yes, very clearly," Daniel replied as he glanced at the unbelievably clean sky.

Daniel smiled awkwardly, "Yes, I feel that way too." He hated himself for always being so clumsy when he was near Adelia.

Daniel remembered his love last night. He knew Adel must have thought everything was just a joke, when it was from his heart.

"Do you want to sit down for a while and enjoy this place there," Adelia asked as she pointed at a large stone.

The two of them sat on the rock and continued to stare at the sea while talking about trivial matters. All of a sudden, a certain amount of courage overwhelms Daniel, and he decides to be honest about his feelings.

"Adelia, I want to say that all this time secretly loved you," Daniel said with a slight tremble.

Adelia gasped, "What?"

Daniel looked into Adelia's beautiful eyes firmly, "Since the beginning of your work, I've felt this feeling. I can't hold it much longer."

Adelia fell silent, shaking her head. "I don't know what to say, Mr. Daniel."

"I understand" said Daniel. "I demand nothing from you, just want to say something I've been hiding all along."

The atmosphere became awkward instantly. Adelia returns her gaze to the sea, while Daniel anxiously awaits a reaction from Adelia.

"Sir Daniel, I appreciate your honesty" said Adelia finally. "I'm sorry for the moment that I haven't been able to answer. Give me some time."

Daniel was disappointed and started to get up from his seat, "Sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable. I don't want to ruin this relationship."

"That's not it, Mr. Daniel," Adelia grabbed Daniel's hand. "It's all too soon for me. Give me a week. I'll answer you later."

Daniel nodded his head. "I understand, Adelia. I'll wait for your answer."

But Adelia pushed Daniel's hand to keep her seated, "Stay here, let's enjoy the beach atmosphere tonight. I hope this closeness stays awake."

Despite his disappointment, Daniel complies with Adelia's request and sits next to her again. They continued to stare at the sea, this time with a much sadder atmosphere. Daniel feels a deep heartbreak, but is quite grateful Adelia is still by his side. He was afraid that the delay was the only reason, actually refusing.

The night was long and quiet. They both enjoy the beach atmosphere, talking about their lives and dreams. At about 2 a.m., they decided to go back to the hotel. After arriving, Daniel asked permission to leave for a while.

"I need to take a walk alone" she told Adelia.

"All right, but don't go too long. And remember not to drink. Later you get drunk again," said Adelia a little anxious.

Daniel nodded and walked out of the hotel, looking for a quiet place to be alone. He looked up at the night sky and spoke to himself, for his love had not been received. However, Daniel smiled in light of Adel's thoughtful message.

As he walked home, Daniel realized it was a good night. He realized how valuable the time he spent with Adelia was, even though it made his heart ache a little.

He sighed and stepped forward with optimism for the future. He'll be waiting for an answer from Adel. But until that time comes, they will continue to be good friends and support each other. It was the best for both.
