I'm Not My Boss' Storage

I'm Not My Boss' Storage
Small Hints in Bandung

AGNI, can you accompany my wife to the supermarket?

When the message came in, Agni was tidying up the makeup. In about ten minutes, Rano will get to Uak Puput's house to pick him up. Then, why should he take Dareen's wife, whom Agni assumed was Inggrid in the context of the message, to shop?

When should I take my father's wife?

Before you go to the office, can you? I'll shareloc the house and I'll give you an extra fee.

Agni growled in annoyance. If Uak Puput says, he who katempuhan*. Not the party looking for things, but even got the sap. Day after day, his respect for Dareen was eroded. Unfortunately he is helpless and can only be frowned upon to find a solution to get out of his boss's problems.

“Kusut really, there was a meeting this morning?” rano asked as Agni got into the car. “Need we take the road pin—”

“Antar me to his wife's house Mr. Dareen.”

“Wife? Notn—oh.” Rano understood which wife Agni meant. “Where is his house, I'll take you there.”

Inggrid is a taboo figure among Dareen's employees. Everyone knows who that woman is, just talking about her like a curse that will bring disaster. Agni and Heni, the leading pawns that Dareen installed for defense, could not do much. In the eyes of some employees, they are used as a credible source to ferret out the latest gossip. Some consider them to be sycophants because they did not fight Dareen.

Agni wants to be careless, but Dareen's actions can not be justified. Especially she's a girl. Agni would not blame Tanisha if she became angry once she discovered this secret. Dareen deserves it.

“Sorry, yes, we can't go to the office together.” Agni took off the seat belt, then stared at the house that still maintains European architecture across the street. “I'm also worried that there will be similar requests at a later date.”

“You can't refuse Mr Dareen's request?” This time, Rano sounded resolute. “Do you think he doesn't plan? All this time said do not bring personal affairs to the office, but now even drag his employees to cover secrets that are not related to work.”

Come to think of it, Rano's words had a point as well. However, Agni did not have much time to discuss it. “We talk again at lunch.”

“You're sure we can have lunch together?”

That question was heartbreaking for Agni. In addition to lunchtime, now the shuttle moment that he always awaited was disrupted because of Dareen's various requests. Man has a limit of patience and Agni is well aware that he must immediately take decisive action before Rano breaks that limit.

Since the first time I met Ingrid, it was hard for Agni to hate him. Not only his appearance is neat, he said also polite. Heni had told me that Ingrid had distributed pastries for the front office while waiting for Dareen. It didn't take long for his kindness to spread throughout the office; it created a dilemma for employees.

If only Ingrid wasn't the second wife—

“Dareen don't bother you, do you, Agni?” Inggrid dragged Agni out of the reverie. “Usually he who brought me monthly shopping, just earlier he had to go to Jakarta to meet clients.”

What client ‘clien’, Agni replied inwardly. “Nothing, Mom. In the office there are those who help handle the schedule. I can also control via mobile.”

“I will take you to the office, so don't wait long ojek.”

Agni shook her head quickly. “Not bother—”

“All I want to hafalin route in Bandung,” Inggrid snatching fast. “So if you want anything, I can go alone and do not bother others.”

Agni can't argue. She understood why Dareen liked Ingrid, but made her his second wife? Then, does Ingrid know he's not the first?

Judging from the way Dareen controlled the situation, it seemed that Ingrid knew nothing, including Tanisha's whereabouts as his legal wife. Then the fact that Inggrid moved from Malang to Bandung.kentara once Dareen took advantage of the distance to cover his status who was married and had children. Imagining the impact that arises if this secret is open it has made Agni nauseous.

“Thank you for accompanying me,” said Ingrid when they arrived at the office. The woman took a bag containing two boxes of pizza that she bought near the supermarket. “Make you and friends. Accepted, yes.”

I swear, Agni is getting more and more hesitant. Inggrid probably just wanted to familiarize herself with her husband's employees. However, this treatment will certainly change drastically when Ingrid knows the truth.

With a careless step, Agni entered the office; ignoring the curious gaze that was watching her. Agni then approached Heni, then handed him a box of pizza. Just through glancing, they understood what was happening. Then, Agni passes to the elevator, hoping that Rano will not be angry and willing to have lunch with her.

Ishaan is surprised to find Dareen's arrival at the restaurant with no news. The brother-in-law greeted the staff on duty before joining Ishaan who was watching from the second floor.

“So far it's safe, I can adapt.” Ishaan cursed in his heart. Though just this morning Micah's men were assigned to Bandung to stalk Dareen. “How long is Mas in Jakarta?”

“Tomorrow nights also back to Bandung. Office can not be long left.” Good, at least Ishaan can tell his man to move. “I want to check the kitchen first.”

As Dareen descended towards the kitchen, Ishaan turned towards the study. Shia was apparently waiting at the door with the report she requested.

“Dareen here.” Ishaan opened the door. “You've met my sister-in-law, right?”

“Already, several times Mr. Dareen here,” Shia said while putting a map containing documents. “I want to remind you later at noon there is a wedding organizer who wants food testing.”

Once again, Ishaan is hit by waves of memories from the past. Given that Shia is good friends with Agni, it's only a matter of time until Ishaan asks her about the girl. “OK, you will handle first, I will join after lunch.”

“Someone you want to ask or remind?”

Ishaan initially wants Shia to continue the work. However, he was curious, had Shia ever seen Dareen being friendly with other women or even blatantly carrying her.

“Shia,” Ishaan make sure the door is closed, “time visit to restaurant, does Dareen always come alone?”

Shia pensively for a moment. “Sometimes alone, sometimes come with clients who want to eat or use a restaurant.”

“Weekday or weekend?”

“For work visit usually weekday. Rarely on weekends unless invite his family lunch or dinner.”

It's too early to conclude Dareen is innocent. “Alright, thank you. You can continue your work.”

Ishaan did not immediately check the documents when Shia left the room. Mind branching. Between focusing on working and monitoring Dareen. Not to mention Lea who can come at any time.

However, there is nothing worse than being haunted by Agni's shadow.

Although Dareen is in Jakarta, Ishaan ensures Micah's men continue to work. He shared Dareen's office address and locations most likely visited by his brother-in-law. Unfortunately, Ishaan does not yet know the new address of Dareen's house. Asking it openly will certainly invite suspicion.

“Mbak, know where Dareen's new home address is?” Tanisha must know. “I want to ask my man to stay there.”

Tanisha, who was washing the cutlery, made a nod. “Let me send via chat.”

This evening, Ishaan also spent the night at Tanisha's house instead of pulling over at the apartment. For the sake of his mission to gather clues so that he can return to Frankfurt faster. Ishaan was willing to play horses with Haikal to eavesdrop on Tanisha and Dareen's conversation in the living room.

“Mau holiday to Banduuuung.” Tanisha sulks spoiled. “I'm the same Haikal hasn't been perfect, you know, sleeping in your new home. Every time you go there, you must stay at hotel.”

“There is still room renovated,” Dareen say. “Meanwhile I haven't taken you to Bandung. Most next week.”

“The driver this week. Not anything staycation also origin can collect threesome.”

Tanisha did not get the expected clue, but Ishaan kept asking his man to come to Dareen's home address. On the eve of sleep, Ishaan, who was sleeping with Haikal, receives the message he had been waiting for.

Sir, the house is no longer renovated. In fact, it looks like it has been lived, the message reads, complete with a front-facing photo. Should I keep an eye on it?

Go home first. Tomorrow morning, you come again, Ishaan replied. Remember, not too long. Someone will suspect.

One little clue. Ishaan chose to keep it first. Once strong enough, Ishaan will hand it over to Tanisha.
