The dream came again.
Ishaan was a bit confused by the way his brain worked. How could she have dreamed of an intimate moment with Agni a few hours after they met for the first time in seven years. In the past, this happened when they started traveling in Europe. Makes him wrong for days.
Before the dream becomes more unsettling, Ishaan forces himself to wake up. Agni has a boyfriend, she reminded despite feeling sad. He must not imagine strange things with women who clearly choose to make serious commitments with others.
Ishaan. Throat's dry. Then he took a glass of water he kept on the nightstand. As he took a sip, Ishaan tried to cast out Agni's shadow.
Unfortunately, the attempt failed.
The hourly hands show at half-four in the morning. Tanisha asks to return to Jakarta at seven. There is still enough time to go to sleep, but Ishaan jogs in the dark before his brain shows scenes from a hot night with Agni in Barcelona.
*
"Did you jog early in the morning? Sure you don't want to drive to Jakarta?"
"I'm all good. Than the mother who brought the car. Are you sure we go back to Jakarta with no name left?"
"Ih, amit-amit!" Tanisha boycotts Ishaan's forehead. "Yes, we have replaced. I was driving, and you're halfway through."
Tanisha's mood has not fully improved, but at least the older brother is now able to maintain his attitude. At breakfast at the hotel, Tanisha has not mentioned the incident at the office. Maybe wait for the right moment until his head is really cold.
Before leaving for Jakarta, Tanisha had a video call with Haikal. The smile and warmth that emanated were so contrasting from the fiery figure that Ishaan saw yesterday. Haikal asked Dareen before ending the conversation that Tanisha replied on the grounds that Dareen had left for work.
"Why did you come home today?" Ishaan opened the topic after they entered the toll. “The same problem Dareen has not resolved, right?”
“You're right, I can't be embarrassing in Dareen's office.” Surprisingly, what kind of enlightenment did Tanisha get last night. “Meanwhile I want to change my strategy so that Dareen admits his mistake and wants to expel the woman from the office as well as our life.”
Okay, Ishaan was too quick to conclude the calm demeanor Tanisha showed. His sister must have had a terrible plan and he's certainly going to be involved. “Mbak, please don't let us falsely accuse people.”
“You see, no, the photos I took yesterday? Need me to zoom in?” Tanisha frowning. “Listen, I will take over the company in Jakarta, while you I assigned to supervise Dareen and his affair in Bandung.”
“Shortly, briefly..” Ishaan Attention is split between listening to Tanisha and making sure the brother does not bother while driving. “As I recall the agreement was when Dareen was proven cheating, Mbak would sue for divorce before taking over the company. I can go back to Germany, right?”
“Ya, the problem is both Dareen and the woman did not want to confess,” said her brother ketus. “If you were there, they would be depressed. Then they have no other choice to admit the error.”
Ishaan doubts the plan will work. What if Dareen, at the same time, was looking for a way to save her affair? Worst of all, what if her sister-in-law never gets two?
“Does Mbak have any evidence of Dareen cheating apart from the photos?” The documentation that Micah's subordinate setor has not been too powerful. Especially if Tanisha will continue the case to the court, the evidence must be more. “Text message or phone recording, for example. To catch them wet, we also need at least two people as witnesses.”
Tanisha did not answer, but as she increased the speed of the car, Ishaan understood her brother was being overwhelmed with anxiety. If Tanisha sent him to Bandung for further search, it means he won't be monitoring restaurants in Jakarta. However, Ishaan also does not need to continue avoiding Lea who has not given up on attracting his attention.
One more thing, Ishaan will often meet Agni even though he does not know whether to feel happy or worried about responding to her.

The message that Dareen sent the next morning did not necessarily improve Agni's mood. He was clearly slandered in front of many people. The accusations are also degrading. Another thing that made him hurt was Dareen who chose silence instead of defending or simply keeping Tanisha away from him.
Not to mention that the incident was recorded by several people. Ishaan did warn them to delete it, but who knows if someone saved it and made it gossip in group chat.
Or worse, share it with Rano.
“She hurt, but even copied.” Tired Uak emerged from the kitchen while carrying a bowl of complete chicken porridge for him. “Luck Mang Saep is still in front of the alley, so abomination to buy.”
“Nuhun, Uak.” Take a spoon off the shelf. “If you want to go to the shop, nothing. I'm just a tadpole, not a fever or a cold.”
“Ya already, but Uak sells half a day,” said Uak Puput. “How yesterday, you took Rano?”
Agni shook her head weakly. Dareen asks him to come home early, but Agni does not take advantage of the opportunity to meet Rano. He chose to be alone in a city park until the return to work hours arrived.
“Let's go if he's better. Yesterday nge-chat, he said he was still coughing.” The message Agni delivered was the one Rano had sent two nights earlier. He needs a good reason to support his lies.
Thankfully, Uak Puput was unsuspecting. The woman continued her work before selling at the stall. Agni ate her breakfast in silence and returned to the room after the shower.
A pile of notifications filled the screen as Agni unplugged the charger cable from her phone. Part of Ulfa and Heni, part of Dareen. Agni was not ready to read the messages until her eyes caught a phone call and a message from an unknown phone number.
Muscles tightened. What if the message came from Tanisha?
Agni turned her body until her face faced the pillow. The release of the cry that had been held up since yesterday; leaving it muffled in the thick of the cloth. His reputation and career are at stake. What should he do to repair his image that was damaged by someone else's fault?

By lunchtime, Agni wakes up. Both eyes were heavy from crying so early. Slowly, he sat on the edge of the bed while gathering consciousness. However Agni can not look alarming in front of Uak Puput.
Agni washes her face and tidies her hair. When he heard the fence open, the girl quickly went down to the first floor. Uak Puput had gone home, as his words had said this morning. But when Agni was about to open the door, her ears heard a conversation between two women.
Again, his body froze. Plastered ear to the door leaf to check the figure who chatted with Uak Puput. The laughter that sounded indicated his guest was not the one Agni was worried about coming, but his calm was not immediately over.
Agni retreated as the Fertile Cracker entered the key and opened the main door. The woman was surprised to see him. “Eh is awake. Uak here bring guests, the person had lunch at warung.”
“Tuest?” Then, Agni turned her gaze to the back of the Fogged Uak. When he saw the hijab figure smiling towards him, Agni's knees instantly went limp.
The guest was Ingrid.
