Flashback Daniela, first life before reincarnation.

Daniela was pushed to the point of falling into a narrow room.

Duke Vilvred stared coldly at Daniela. "You are punished for one week in this room, food is given only once a day with bread and cold water, only to go out if you want to go to the toilet with the supervision of the knights."

Daniela shuddered in horror. Punishment was caged and a little food was still tolerable, but to the toilet while being seen by the duke's knight? It was so embarrassing.

The duke closed the door hard and gave the order to the butler. "No one's helping her, give money to Daniela's nanny."

"Good, duke."

Daniela had always been punished in this cramped place, and only now was a new punishment with the watchful eyes of the knights. Do you want to embarrass me too?

The duchess in the dining room, asked the duke. "Where's Daniela? Why hasn't it shown up yet?"

"Punished again?" The duchess did not believe it. "What other mistakes did he make?"

"He messed up at the empress' palace, you don't interfere with the educational matters I applied to him." Tegur duke Vilvred's. "What about the youngest? Has the fever gone away?"

Duke Vilvred heaved a sigh of relief then gave the order to the butler. "Give her the best food and care, I don't want anything to happen to my heir."

The butler bowed respectfully. "Good, duke."

Duchess Vilvred could only silently observe her husband.

Before long Ella came and joined the annoyed face, sitting next to the duke, facing off with her mother.

"What's wrong? Why is your face like that?" Ask duchess.

"I heard that brother messed up at the empress' palace, I was heavily tortured, the crown prince couldn't help me." Pissed Ella.

"He's a legal father, you can rest easy."

Both of Ella's eyes sparkled and then dimmed. "But, is it not a matter of your brother being punished constantly?"

"That proves your brother is too stupid to get a lesson from you." Suhut duke Vilvred.

Ella thanked the waiter who gave her food and spoke to her father. "The crown prince promised to marry me."

Duke Vilvred placed the fork and knife on the table violently. "Ella! Stop being the destroyer of your own sister's relationship!"

"But ma'am, it was my sister who started it. The crown prince also never cared for brother, he loved me. Isn't our family lucky now?"

Duke Vilvred laughed happily. "My daughter did bring me luck."

"What about Daniela? Did he know that already? Ella, don't be rude to your own sister."

Ella remembered and got up from the chair. "Not yet, but I'll discuss as usual to big brother."

"He's being punished, you don't have to bother to see him." Advice from duke Vilvred.

"Calm down, dad" Ella said, walking out of the dining room with her nanny.

Duchess Vilvred talks to her husband. "Duke, can't you just keep punishing Daniela?"

"I told you there's no need to interfere with Daniela's problems, you'll take care of our other two children."

"But-"

Duke Vilvred holds the duchess' hand. "I try so hard that we can be together, lest he disturb our harmonious relationship."

Duchess Vilvred was a little frightened by the behavior of duke Vilvred, her father whose butler had repeatedly expressed disapproval over their marriage, but duke Vilvred spreads rumors of true love between nobles and commoners and is bullied by noble women who come from traitorous families.

Duchess Vilvred has no power whatsoever, her life depends only on the duke despite a slightly aching conscience seeing Vilvred's treatment of Daniela.

Duke Vilvred kissed the old duchess' hand and went back to eating.

The duchess did the same.

While Daniela who could not bear to go to the toilet, banged on the door. "Please, I'm going to the toilet."

One of the knights opened the door and grabbed Daniela and dragged her into the servant's bathroom.

In the hallway, Ella accidentally sees Daniela being dragged by a knight of her father while grabbing the brother's hair.

Ella was stunned and smiled a little. "Did I not look wrong?"

"No, lady."

"Where is he going?"

"Say to go to the toilet, the duke allowed Daniela to go to the toilet alone with the knight watching."

Ella ran after the knight and her brother and laughed. "Crazy! Dad punishes him like that? Wh why? Never before."

"As I heard, no waiter would clean the room unless paid high. Besides Daniela there's no price in this house, the duke won't pay high and allow her to go to the toilet under knight's supervision."

Ella laughed out loud as soon as she saw the toilet door opened and the knight standing in front of her. "Sister, do you want to show the body to a lowly person?"

Daniela who was not resistant to urination, immediately closed her skirt that was opened as knee-length. Ella leaned against the door.

"God, what if the crown prince knows this?"

Daniela looked worried. "I-i"

"Just calm down, I won't complain but instead-" Ella pulled Daniela's hand while laughing.

"Tu-wait, I'm not done with the toilet yet."

Ella had an idea and pulled her sister into the dining room. "Sister, I want to deliver the good news in front of our parents and brother."

Daniela bites her lips while trying to resist urination. "Can I go to the toilet first?"

"No, don't go to the toilet. I have to announce something to father, mother and sister." Reject Ella.

Once in front of the dining room, Ella opened the door loudly and called out to her father.

"Dad!" Call Ella.

Duke Vilvred smiled then his smile disappeared when he saw Daniela's figure. "Do you want her here? He's being punished!"

"He said he'd listen to my announcement, right?" Ask Ella to Daniela.

Daniela's head lowered, still concentration restraining urination.

Ella cleared her throat and started talking. "Actually-"

"Geez!"

"Yes!"

"Give it!"

The servants in the dining room screamed when they saw the embarrassing sight.

Daniela tried to hold back the tears.

Duke Vilvred's face grew even more wrathful.
