"Sure," replied Alfred without a second thought.
Lynn smiled in response to Alfred's words, she wanted to leave her side before this feeling grew bigger and instead destroyed herself.
Lynn realises her feelings as she hangs, surviving at the root of a tree. The last person she thought of was Alfred, Lynn felt regret for not expressing her feelings.
Happiness and disappointment stir Lynn's feelings simultaneously. Happy to see Alfred willingly throw his body down to save himself, disappointed that it was only Alfred's responsibility.
Lynn was quite self-aware that, in the corner of Alfred's heart was filled with other people, Lynn chose to give up, but it was not her type.
"I'll stop working too." Lynn muttered softly while lowering her head.
Mats... Mats... Mats...
The rain drenched the ground, Lynn did not budge from her seat. Staring at the fallen clear grains left a trail of holes on the ground, implying the current state of his heart.
"Come in, the rain will wet your clothes." Alfred touched Lynn's shoulder.
Lynn turned her head up, pursing her lips.
"I just want to enjoy the rain, this whole thing is just a speck." Denied Lynn stretched out her hand letting the water flow between her fingers.
Blarr...
Lynn was aghast, waking up from a sweet seat hiding behind Alfred's back.
Lynn clasped the edge of Alfred's shirt tightly, a very thin smile rising at Alfred's lips.
"Are you afraid of thunder?" Goda Alfred's.
Lynn took a long step back from Alfred while glaring her eyes at Alfred.
"Who said? I'm not scared!" Denying Lynn, shakes her head.
"Oh, so ... Then why are you hiding behind me?"
Alfred raised one of his eyebrows. Lynn was speechless, biting her lower lip at the thought of a reasonable reason.
"I'm not hiding, I ha-"
Brarrr...
"Yeah!" Lynn shouted, jumping into Alfred's embrace.
Lynn closed her eyes tightly, Alfred froze on the spot, unable to respond to Lynn's actions.
Lynn opened her eyes, hearing the sound of Alfred's heartbeat beating in her ears, Lynn let go of her hand, taking a step back.
Lynn forced to draw a line in her lips, scratching her neck. Lynn did not dare to look Alfred in the eyes choosing to lower her head.
Alfred was dumbfounded, using his right hand against the wall. Alfred touched his chest feeling an unnecessary heartbeat.
"Why does my heart beat like this? Do I have a chronic illness?" Alfred asked but there was no answer to his question.
Alfred glanced inward, closed his lips with his right hand thinking hard what the cause was and how long his heart had changed like that.
"What's wrong with me?" Alfred muttered softly.
Alfred shakes his head unwilling to think and find out again, choosing to go inside.
Lynn was lighting a candle and a lamp she found on the table, Alfred closed the door as soon as the room was lit by candles and a lamp.
"Where did you get stuff like that?" Alfred asked curiously to sit in the wooden chair.
"I found this lamp spelled there and candles inside in the drawer." Clearly Lynn while pointing towards the table located in the corner.
"I think this hut, it hasn't been abandoned long. The gear is so complete in here, I think it's probably the shack that hunters usually use." Lynn held up the match in her hand showing the equipment she told Alfred.
"Well, so we're not**-"
Brarrr...
Lynn crouched down covering her ears, from the small she really does not like thunder, Lynn just likes rain.
Alfred crouched down, stroking Lynn's head. Lynn opened her eyes staring into Alfred's dark eyes, Lynn could not see what was inside it was dark and very dark.
"Let's take a break" Lynn stood up and carried the lamp in her right hand to the long chair near the window.
Alfred pulled his hand, sitting in a long chair looking at Lynn who was on his back.
Brarrr...
The thunder did not stop grabbing, Lynn blinked her eyes many times. Alfred covered his face with his hands.
Lynn got up with a lamp and put it on the table, crouching in the face of Alfred.
"What are you doing?"
"Eem, can I sleep here? I can't sleep for fear of thunder." Lynn said in a slow tone.
Alfred removed his hand from his face, looking at Lynn.
"Sleep I'll take care of you." Alfred agreed.
Lynn smiled brightly, put her head on the low table, used her right hand as a pillow, closed her eyes trying to sleep.
