When Misaki actually saw that Shishio was going to practice martial arts, she ran towards her room to bring something back.
"Don't start yet! Wait for me!"
Misaki quickly ran over after leaving such words behind.
Shishio looked behind Misaki and wondered what this girl wanted to do. He shook his head and then stood in the middle of the courtyard. He took a deep breath and quickly put a "horse elbow" on his leg.
The first thing he tried was "Bajiquan Mastery" because it was a martial art and he did not need a weapon to try it out unlike "Thunder Breathing" one needed a sword to do so because it was a sword technique.
However, actually, even without a sword, he should be able to use "Thunder Breathing" as this sword technique revolved around speed, especially "First Form of Thunder Breathing" and he could also use that technique as a movement technique.
But then, Shishio quickly threw away all the distractions in his mind and used the "Mastery of Bajiquan" he had received earlier.
Bajiquan is a Chinese martial art that accentuates explosive power, short range and is famous for its elbow and shoulder strikes. Its full name is" kai men waji quan", meaning "open eight-ended fist".
Bajiquan was originally called "bazi quan" or "scratching fists" because fists, held loosely and slightly open, were used to strike downwards in a rake-like manner. The name was considered rather crude in the original language, so it was changed to bajiquan. The term wedge is derived from the Chinese classic, Yijing (I-Ching), and signifies "an extension of all directions". In this case it means "including everything" or "the universe".
Bajiquan forcibly opens the arms of the opponent and launches attacks at high, medium, and low body levels. It is most useful in close combat, as it focuses on the attacks of the elbows, knees, shoulders, and hips. When blocking an attack or approaching an opponent, the technique emphasizes the main points of vulnerability that attack, namely the thorax (body trunk), legs, and neck.
In addition to boxing, Bajiquan also teaches armed martial arts, namely swords and spears.
However, Shishio had no intention of trying it now because he wanted to familiarize his body with this martial art first.
*swoosh!* *swoosh!*
His fists moved extremely fast, creating a mirage of several fists that appeared and a fist sound that broke the air rang out, showing how powerful each fist was.
Shishio had to admit that this martial art was dangerous because it always attacked the vital point of one's body at an extremely fast speed and was created to defeat one in a single move.
Shishio also had to admit that the uniqueness of this martial art was how he took out each of his fists. Although the distance he threw the fist was short, with the strength of his waist and legs, the additional strength of each fist became even stronger.
That is also the reason why the Bajiquan exercises are emphasized on the lower body.
As Shishio was focusing on his practice, there was a girl who looked at Shishio in surprise.
Kawai Ritsu was thinking of reading her book quietly, but she did not expect to hear a loud noise from Misaki and Shishio who were fighting with each other. He thought about going back to his room, but he quickly sat in the recreation room once again when he heard that he was going to do martial arts training because the book he was reading back then was a novel about a martial artist.
Ritsu who was at the side noticed Shishio who was training in astonishment as every fist sent by Shishio was extremely strong and fast. It was so fast that he could not see his fists clearly.
Ritsu then heard a scratching sound then turned his head and looked at Misaki, who was drawing something in her book. She saw Misaki's serious expression and could only shake her head before continuing to read her book. He thought for a moment and decided to visit the bookstore later because he remembered there was a new book.
On the other hand, Misaki was very serious, drawing the figure of Shishio who was practicing martial arts.
Shishio uses a variety of Bajiquan techniques from boxing, elbows, shoulders, knees, feet, etc. He had to admit that other than his strength, this martial art was fast, extremely fast. He also understood why the master of Bajiquan, Li Shuwen's famous quote was "I don't know what it's like to hit a man twice" because as the quote says, it's like, as long as one was exposed to the Bajiquan technique then the chances of them going up would be close to zero.
Shishio then rested for a while and sighed calmly. He was feeling very good at the moment and "Possession of Bajiquan" was fully integrated into his body, however, he wasn't sure if he could fully use all of these techniques during a fight because he didn't think that he would have a chance to fight someone in the future.
The world was so peaceful and Shishio had no hobby of provoking someone.
Lastly, as a smart person, it is better to use the brain for revenge than the muscles.
When Shishio stopped, he heard a voice from his side.
"Why did you stop, Shishio-kun?" Misaki asked curiously because she knew that Shishio did not seem tired and she also wondered if he could see more techniques.
"Senpai, is there a wooden sword here?" Shishio asked.
"Woodsword? Can you also kendo?" ask Misaki curiously.
"Yes, I wonder if there are?"
"Wait a minute! Let me get it for you!" Misaki then stood up and ran somewhere.
Shishio wonders where Misaki will take the wooden sword, but before long, he returns with the wooden sword in his hand.
"Here."
Misaki directly gave the wooden sword to Shishio.
Shishio was stunned and asked, "Where did this wooden sword come from?"
"Corridor?"
"Un." Misaki nodded and said, "In the female corridor, it is used to destroy any man who will enter the female area."
"...."
Shishio nodded and did not say much. "Senpai, get a few feet away from me."
"Huh? Why?"
"Because it's dangerous, trust me." Shishio knew that powerful "Thunder Breathing" so he wanted to take some precautions.
"Un! Un!"
Misaki becomes even more excited and wonders what Shishio will do.
Shishio then took a few steps back and began his "Thunder Breathing.
Based on his understanding, "Respiratory Power" was a form of swordsmanship practiced and taught by the "Devil Killing Corps". "Respiratory Power" utilizes a specific, concentrated pattern of breathing, which increases the user's lung capacity and the amount of oxygen in the blood. This increase in oxygen allows the user to improve their physical abilities and mental concentration, allowing them to fight on par with the "Devil", whose physical strength exceeds that of an average human.
With this "Respiratory Style" his upper class body became stronger.
Shishio then started breathing and his breathing was so strong that it was heard by Misaki and Ritsu watching at the side.
The way Shishio uses his current sword is similar to the style of sword known as Iaijutsu.
Shishio channeled his strength into his legs, maximizing the output of every muscle and blood vessel within.
Later then...
"First Form: Thunderclap and Flash."
*swoosh!*
Shishio unsheathed his wooden sword, dashed forward at a blinding speed that mimicked the lightning that tore through the air, and decapitated the opponent's head.
Shishio appeared five meters away from where he was before then looked at the wooden sword in his hand before sighing as he could feel this sword almost being destroyed after he used it before, and at the same time, he sighed, his legs felt a slight pain which made him wonder if his body was not strong enough to use "Thunder Breathing".
"...."
On the other hand, Ritsu and Misaki opened their eyes and mouth wide because Shishio's speed was so fast!
'Is that human speed?' 2x
That was their mind at the time.
Shishio was about to try "Thunder Breathing" again, however...
"Shishio, can you come with me?"
Shishio, who heard Chihiro's voice, turned around and asked, "What's up, Chihiro-nee?"
"Your entrance exam results have been announced so come with me" Chihiro said.
"Yes, Chihiro-nee."
Shishio walks into the corridor and leaves the courtyard, following Chihiro to her room.
Ritsu and Misaki blinked their eyes before wiping their eyes a few times as they knew that what happened before was reality.
"Wait a minute, Shishio-kun! Ohhiro-sensei! I also want to know Shishio-kun's results!"
Misaki then goes after Shishio and Chihiro.
"..."
Ritsu was alone in the room before she stood up and decided to go to the bookstore because she wanted to see if there were any books on swordsmanship, kendo, and so on, or samurai because he was curious about Shishio's previous kendo style.
