After leaving his wife in the boarding school Abah kyai Jalil, Kenzie felt burdened by his family problems. He felt sad because his mother did not like his wife, even asking him to divorce. So, Abah kyai Jalil gave advice to Kenzie to overcome this problem.

After getting advice from Abah Kyai Jalil, Kenzie decided to go to the boarding house to see his wife tomorrow. He felt that he had to take the risk to accompany his wife. He felt that his presence was very important to his wife, after making sure her mother was also safe if she stayed.
But a second later, Kenzie was worried about his mother. She felt that her mother would be very lonely if left alone at home. Kenzie didn't want to make his mother feel sad or anxious.
Eventually, Kenzie decided to take his mother to the boarding house with him. He hoped that his mother would understand his decision and bless his marriage with his wife.

Kenzie tries to persuade his mother to come with him. But he did not say if he wanted to go to the ponpes and meet Berliana, his wife who was there because if he said, then his mother would refuse because she did not like Berliana who became his wife.
"Mama, Kenzie's going somewhere tomorrow. Does your mom want to come with me?" ask Kenzie gently. She did not want her mother to feel suspicious.
Kenzie wanted to persuade his mother to go to an unnamed place. Kenzie plans to meet with Berliana, his wife who is in the ponpes. However, Kenzie did not want to tell his mother that Berliana would be there because she knew that her mother did not like Berliana.
In fact Kenzie found it difficult to maintain the relationship between his mother and his wife. She was afraid that if her mother found out about her desire to go see Berliana in ponpes, so that her mother was angry and that making the relationship between them could become tenuous or could even worsen the relationship between them. Therefore, Kenzie chose not to tell his mother the truth so that she would go where she wanted to go.
"Where do you want to go, Kenzie?" Jill asked suspiciously.
Instead of giving an answer, Juwita asked her son back. He suspects that Kenzie will meet his wife at the ponpes.
"But why do you suddenly want to leave?" Jill asked quickly again.
"Yes, want a little fresh air and want to go somewhere new. So, is mom coming?" asked Kenzie once more, hoping that his mother would agree.
By asking her mother to enjoy the trip alone without giving a clear explanation, Kenzie hopes to avoid overly critical questions or show her discomfort. However, this actually makes her mother more curious and uncomfortable because they do not know where they are actually going.
"Tell me first, where and in what order?" It turns out that juwita is not easy to give a reason.
"Mama, tomorrow there's an event out of town. I want to go, will you come?"
Finally Kenzie tried to divert the reason that if logical, so that his mother did not ask many more questions.
Kenzie is still trying to seduce his mother into leaving without telling him the truth about the purpose of his trip. However, her mother still felt suspicious and asked more about Kenzie's travel destination.
Kenzie feels uncomfortable or anxious to tell his mother about the true purpose of their trip, which is to meet Berliana who is currently in the boarding house. Kenzie is worried that his mother will refuse to go there or even feel angry if she finds out her purpose is to meet Berliana there.

Kenzie sighed hearing his mother's question go round and round. So she just looked at her mother, and did not want to answer again.
"Mama's coming!"
Finally Juwita relented and gave an answer, bring her to go where her son would go. He did not want to be left alone at home, afraid that Kenzie would go to see Berliana without his knowledge.
"OK, mom. We're getting ready."
Kenzie asked his mama to be ready, as they would soon travel as he had said.

Juwita himself was curious where exactly his son would take him away. But since Kenzie had already said that they would only go for a walk, so he no longer cared about his curiosity and immediately prepared everything.

Earlier, Kenzie simply asked her to be ready without telling her whether to bring a change of clothes or not. Juwita finally confused himself, whether to prepare a change of clothes or just the clothes he wore.
