Chapter 39's

After 2 days of treatment, Karina was allowed to go home with a record of not being able to do too much work. Especially thinking about things that might stress her out. Karina accidentally asks the doctor to tell her pregnancy to her husband. The doctor understood all that.

"Darling, are you ready?"tanya Derian waited for Karina who was still inside the bathroom.

"Yes...!"yelled Karina from inside.

Karina came out looking at the already existing wheelchair in her room, leaving her astonished and staring at Derian asking for an explanation.

"You ready? Ride on!"derian's order was already holding the handrails on the back of the wheelchair which still astonished Karina.

"Where to?What do you mean I have to ride in this wheelchair?"asked Karina looking at Derian in disbelief.

"You're not healed yet, come on up!"pinta Derian half forced.

"Darling, am I healed?I can walk to the front. I don't need to be in a wheelchair."

"All right! Or do you want me to carry you forward?"

"That's..."

Derian again showed his possessiveness to Karina who began to argue.

Karina could not argue anymore, Karina was actually embarrassed, she was not a sick person who had to ride a wheelchair up to his car. While Karina's belongings have been taken to the car by Noah who was deliberately asked Derian to pick her up.

It was not an hour's drive home from the hospital. Karina got off after Derian opened the car door for her.

"Thank you first who knows it's important" cried Karina who does not like to ignore her phone that rings many times. If it sounds many times, it is important. Karina won't make him ignore everything just because of him.

"Ok..ok...all right.Wait a minute."Derian received a call some distance from Karina because the name of Adelia on her phone.

Karina walked first to the lobby of the apartment building, slowly while waiting for Derian to receive a call.

Derian who had finished receiving the phone since then searched for Karina to hear the noise from the lobby. Derian approached the commotion wanting to see what was going on.

"How dare you? I'll make you sorry!!"derian yelled at Adelia's face, which turned even more red with anger because Derian was defending Karina more than he was.

Derian turned to approach Karina and directly carried Karina's disheveled body crying into Karina's own hair and body. Noah who had just arrived after coming from his master's room put down the items brought from the hospital heard the commotion and approached his master while looking down.

"Take care of that woman Noah!Give the woman a lesson!"derian exclaimed with a sharp and cold glare of eyes restraining his anger.

Derian sat Karina on the edge of her bedroom bed after arriving inside her apartment. Karina was still crying in pain unable to answer Derian's question.

"Sorry.I'm sorry.I'm late. Which part was sick, ah, for a moment.."anxious Derian knelt down in front of Karina about to stand up taking medicine to treat Karina.

But Karina pulled out Derian's fingers while still sitting sobbing as she pleased. Derian turned around and clasped her, channeling warmth to Karina. Karina was even more crying in the arms of Derian channeling all her pain and her surprise received unsuspecting treatment so far.

"Sorry .. forgive me."whispered Derian lirih felt sad and sick to see Karina's messy state. Moreover, Karina who just returned from the hospital due to fatigue and maybe fatigue and her health that is still recovering makes Karina again sick.

After nearly 2 hours of crying in Derian's arms, Karina fell asleep still in her sleep. Derian looked at Karina fixedly touching her cheek that was flushed from Adelia's slap. Derian rose from his sleep, taking the medicine to smear Karina's cheeks that were reddened by the slap earlier. Karina only scrunched up as if she felt a chill on her cheek but still fell asleep.

"How's Noah?"derian asked in his study already away from where Karina was sleeping.

"..."

"How can you?"asked Derian wrath whose emotions were mounting.

"..."

"You clean up that video first!"derian's orders are absolute, closing Noah's call.

Derian fiddles with his phone looking for something Noah infused on him.

His jaw hardened, his hands clenched, his face flushed staring at the video from one of the accounts spreading it across the social media made Derian's anger feel heated in his crown wanting to squeeze Adelia who treated it so badly to Karina. Derian exasperated after watching a video that lasted approximately 60 seconds.

Derian contacted Noah again, his anger was already unstoppable.

"Make him regret and get nothing out of our divorce, if necessary let him rot in Noah's prison!!"derian growled behind his phone.
