Chapter 45's

Karina still felt her stomach nauseous, already four times she went back and forth to the toilet of her room. Luckily, Derian had already left for the office. Karina was sitting limp on the sofa of the room, with an irregular breath after endless nausea. Karina took anti-nausea medication given by doctors hoping her nausea subsides. He fell asleep on the sofa.

Until 3 pm, Karina woke up, went from her sleep feeling hungry looking for food but found nothing in the kitchen refrigerator. Until Karina exits the apartment to go to the nearest supermarket to buy something that can be cooked to eat.

And he unfortunately wanted meatballs sold at a depot near his home while living with Reno.

Karina descends from the ojol arriving at her destination, a rib meatball that is famous for its delicacy. Makes Karina almost drool because of cravings. Karina came in ordering and sat by the window.

Karina tried to walk for a while after finishing her cravings. Walking towards the park near the depot and sitting on a park bench leaned against his body due to the fullness of his stomach. The ball rolling right in front of her feet, Karina stared at the ball which was approached by a boy who was probably about 2 years old.

"That's my ball Auntie?"the boy said he saw Karina picking up the ball.

"Karina.."call a man who had just arrived to the little boy.

Karina looked up cancelling out her intention to take the ball without leaving the bench.

"Mas Reno?"karin was equally surprised.

Karina instead looked at the little boy and turned to look at Reno. Karina had thought, maybe Karina met the child but only this time looked at face to face and somehow they did not look alike, the inner Karina.

"What's right here?"reno asked to see Karina sitting on the park bench alone.

Reno sat down on the bench next to Karina, having said hello to each other asking for news, respectively, Reno chooses to sit on the bench with Karina and hands her adopted son to the nanny's aunt who also accompanies playing in the park.

"Where was that from?"tanya Reno started the conversation after sitting down for quite a while.

"I stopped by to buy meatballs. I don't know why I want it so much." Karina explained.

"Ah, crave huh?"reno said with a bitter smile.

"Maybe?"karina replied worriedly.

"Only?"

"Derian's at work, I don't want to bother him."

"Congratulations!"

"Thank you."

They were silent again no more material to discuss.

"Where's irene?"karina asked after a long time of silence.

"We're divorced." replied Reno. Karina spontaneously turned to look at Reno.

"Sorry."

"What's wrong. We parted fine."

Karina felt guilty.

"It's not your fault, it's purely our fault" Reno clearly looked at Karina looking down silently as if feeling guilty.

"Maybe not Reno's soul mate."the comforted Karina stared at Reno who was reciprocated looking at her.

"It's a nice move if you're my soul mate" Karina gasped at Reno's clinging.

"I'm just kidding." Karina smiled wryly seeing Reno smiling funny grinning making Karina laugh wide,

Reno laughed out loud. They both laughed.

"Mas, the joke isn't funny."

"I'm not kidding this time." said Reno firmly looking at Karina attached seriously. Karina stared back fixedly closing her mouth in disbelief.

"Irene was pregnant with her lover's child when she married me.." clearly Reno paused her sentence waiting for Karina's reaction before she resumed her words. Karina was silent.

"I'm sorry for my mistreatment of you and your mother for being my wife. We have wronged you and sinned. Maybe an apology is not enough to eliminate our mistakes. But I still want to apologize to you. Hopefully..."

"Why I'm sorry.it's nobody's fault. We're both wrong, not just your fault. I'm also wrong with you not being a good wife and a good son to you."

"No. We are the most wrong about you. We blame you too much for our marriage. Which turns out I'm the one who put the mistake ."

"What do you mean, Mom? The past let us pass through the past and begin to fix the future and hopefully the past can be taken and used as our lesson later."

Reno smiled bitterly feeling guilty, so airy Karina heart understood our mistakes that really used to throw it like a useless object. Without looking for clarity which is right and which is wrong. Inner Reno sighed.

Reno lowered her head and covered her face with both palms, not feeling tears streaming down her cheeks.

Karina just kept quiet knowing what Reno was going through was not something easy. Too heavy a thing to go through in his life. Karina pats Reno's shoulder trying to cheer her up, but Reno rests her head on Karina's shoulder. Reno is tightening up Karina's shoulders. Karina did not refuse, patting Reno on the back to comfort her.

If Karina still loves Reno, Karina may be willing to leave Derian, but the love is already so great for Derian that she is hesitant to leave Derian for the sake of her family's happiness, especially for the two little girls Derian who want the wholeness of his parents.

Derian contacted Karina's phone many times, since 2 pm was not picked up. Derian thought maybe Karina was taking a break during the day, while leaving for the office Karina's face looked a little pale, but Karina did not seem to complain and smiled happily to take Derian away from work. Derian did not continue to ask maybe just tired when making love all night. Yes, last night Derian 'attacked' Karina again, even though seeing Karina exhausted did not discourage her from wanting again.

Somehow Derian's lust rose again to see Karina's body that was sleeping sexy once, even though she was just silent.

Up to 2 hours later Derian contacted Karina's phone again but remained unappointed. Derian tries to dampen the emotions, believing Karina, might call back when he sees a missed call from her on his phone.

Until 4:30 p.m., Karina's cell phone remained unplugged. Derian's patience is really on the verge of taking his coat and running away from his job to go home to the apartment to see that Karina's situation might happen.

Derian's unrelenting punch struck Reno in the face, who was not ready to take Derian's punch making Reno fall backward with Karina screaming hysterically stopping Derian's punch. Help Reno to stand up but Derian's wrist is blocked from helping Reno.

"Suckers. Don't touch my wife!"hiss Derian did not like to attract Karina to leave the park. Karina just doesn't say much.

Derian's journey back to his apartment, the road is indeed past Karina's house when she was Reno's husband. Inadvertently Derian saw Karina hugging Reno in the park where many people were bringing their children to enjoy the beauty of the afternoon.

Derian immediately stopped the speed of his car, no matter where the parking ban or not. He who was already covered in anger, his eyes reddened, his jaw hardened and his hands clenched, itching to hit the person who boldly hugged his wife Karina in a public place without shame. As if he was hers.
