Part 41 - Navy dress

Arjuna and Jenny enter Verlita's house. Their arrival was greeted by bi Minah, a domestic assistant who had worked for decades at the Verlita hostel.

"Young master has come."

Sapa bi Minah approached her employer, although actually the purpose of bi Minah is not just to say hello. Bi Minah is more curious who wants to know the appearance of a woman who will be Arjuna's life companion.

"Where's bi?"

Arjuna asked with both eyes looking for Verlita, after he reached the middle of the room.

Arjuna clasped Jenny's shoulder possessively, like sending a message to bi Minah that Jenny is the woman Juna really loves.

"It's so pretty about Jenny. It's worth it you can't wait to quickly marry Neng Jenny."

Bi Minah is not shy to convey Arjuna's intentions in front of Jenny. Actually it is not Arjuna who tells bi Minah, but Verlita who tells everything to bi Minah. Verlita already considers bi Minah like her own family, so do not hesitate to share the story with her domestic assistant.

Arjuna had guessed, surely from his mama's mouth if bi Minah knew everything.

Bi Minah chuckles at her confession.

Jenny thrusts her right hand at bi Minah, then politely shakes her hand as an introductory greeting at their first meeting.

Jenny tries to solve the awkward situation by teasing Arjuna a little. There's no way people in her house know Jenny's name if Arjuna never told her.

"Mamah's son-in-law's candidate has come apparently."

The sound came from the back room. Jenny turned to the source of the voice, finding a middle-aged woman with gray hair, neatly shouldered, wearing a navy-colored blouse. The woman's face is very similar to Arjuna, ranging from the shape of the forehead and also the nose very exactly with his son.

"Good night aunt."

Jenny greeted Verlita. Although her heart was nervous, Jenny dared to say hello, then shook Verlita's hand.

Arjuna and Jenny laugh at Verlita's chatter fed up with her daughter's attitude. If only Serlita was at home would have been nagging, boasting the beauty of her body that is really well maintained.

Jenny chuckled to herself.

"Call mama, not aunt."

Verlita protests against her son-in-law.

"Oh yeah, Clarisa where?"

Arjuna only realized that his daughter was not there, usually Clarisa who most want to know if someone visited her grandmother's house.

"Alya came to get Clarisa, she said she wanted to bring Clarisa a new toy."

Arjuna sighed deeply, he did not like the attitude of his grandmother who often spoiled Clarisa. Almost twice in one week Clarisa was brought by Alya just to buy toys, even though Clarisa's toys have been stacked so much in the warehouse.

"Another toy, another toy. Mamah didn't try to ban mamah Alya anyway."

Arjuna protested against Verlita as if he did not allow his daughter to be taken away.

"Mamah is confused Jun, if mamah is forbidden it will be thought that the mama is too powerful against Clarisa."

Verlita's explanation has a point, too, but Arjuna's heart still doesn't like it when her in-laws spoil her daughter too much.

"Here you go, mending we start eating."

"Jenny, you want to talk to me."

Verlita said after dinner.

Verlita takes Jenny to the TV room, then sits on the couch. Many things that Verlita wants to talk to Jenny, Verlita has asked Arjuna to give space between them.

"Did you really love Mom Jenn's son?"

Verlita clasped Jenny's fingers tightly.

"Jenny can't promise anything to Mamah or Arjuna."

Jenny seemed to understand Verlita's intention to ask Jenny to promise to accompany Arjuna for the rest of her life.

"Why Jenny?"

Verlita was immediately jumped to hear Jenny's words.

"Jenny is only afraid that one day Arjuna's love will change. Surely you've known Jenny's complicated love life in the past."

Verlita's heart is like a feeling of tightness that Jenny feels, it's natural that Jenny can't expect much from Arjuna.

"Dear, you can understand. But mamah hope whatever your household exam later, do not say the word separation between you."

Verlita expressed her hope in the Arjuna household with Jenny later.

"Yes, hopefully."

Jenny agreed with her future mother-in-law's expectations.

"Jenn, forgive the mama who never knew Cleo's presence. Forgive Arjuna too, you should not carry the burden alone. Arjuna should be responsible for what he did to you, Jenn."

How wise Verlita was before Jenny, a very different attitude to her mother-in-law. Jenny is very grateful to know Arjuna and enter Arjuna's life.

Verlita doubts Jenny's affection for her first grandchild.

"Ma definitely."

Jenny replied briefly, then hugged Verlita with a hilarious feeling. Never before had Arjuna's mother been this warm to Jenny.

Clarisa cried while running towards the whereabouts of Jenny who was still sitting with Clarisa's grandmother. The little boy immediately slammed into Jenny's lap so spoiled.

"Clarisa from anywhere? Ante Barbie waiting for Clarisa's omah."

Jenny stroked the top of Clarisa's head gently.

"Abis walks with grandma."

Answer Clarisa. While both eyes Jenny looking for the figure of Alya's grandmother, but not Jenny found.

"Where's grandma? There's no."

Jenny protested Clarisa's words.

Arjuna came down from the second floor, fresh in a white T-shirt and knee-length navy jeans. Arjuna's steps so quickly to the TV room to join Jenny and her mother.
